NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon on the specific issues most at stake. I can both see through a read bad acting American psychiatrists like a book today, as my extensive experiences in seeking to trust these kind of doctors, and them only. Fact being, that no type of licensed medical profusion in these United States more flagrantly violates the civil and human rights of their own patients than these specific type of American doctors in this, the year 2026. 

And further fact be known, I did twice serve as the impetus to long past due oversight and intervention specific to two different state managed mental hospitals in two different states (AZ, MT), via blog publications such as this one, and never yet asking for one thin dime. Times up, not only as pertains to my economic needs today, but also in terms of federal civil rights lawsuits in the interest of all disabled American citizens, not limited to only person affected and disabled by serious mental illness. We are all equal under American law, and as per the all Acts of the US Congress, and the United States Constitution (Ratified and made effective March 4, 1789. 

And just as the DSM reads "like computer manual assembled by a committee that has no understanding of the machine's soft or hard ware, which claims to understand the causes and cures, by asking you to listen to the way the computer sounds", ((see: Dr. Bruce Perry, Phd., The Boy Who Was Raised As A Dog. [2006;2017), many of most of today's American psychiatrists represent an equally distributing image; utterly disconnected from the actual causes of mental illness, and willful dedicated to endorsing utter fallacy and patently false diagnoses of mental illness for just long as the DSM itself has been in use. 

This, in company with the plain fact that repeated updated editions of the DSM over the last 75 years (1952) have always bee heavily influenced by sociopolitical interests, representative of overly gullible professionals; and as per my own learned observations of the behaviors of many in the trade today, men and women, they feed off of bad television, in personality and behavioral traits, that even myself- far from a rocket scientist- can recognize just that fast.

They likely won't even sense when it hits them straight in the balls. Slave owners held out well after deep and lasting pain was laid upon them and their loved ones, just as most criminals fall far from being far from "the sharpest tools in the shed out back" (Prof. Joe Livermore. UA Law School; Criminal procedure II, spring 2003.)  

Note that there are both well intentioned American psychiatrists out there today continue to be held back by the all too many not well intention American psychiatrists, as well as many good people working in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system, lower ranking medical staff, nurses and even a few technicians for example, who are held back as one by the deeply corrupt American Psychiatric Association, and the all too many bad acting membership to what this writer argues to most irresponsible governing entity in the modern history of medicine and the sciences as a whole.  

I have seen and heard it all, from the good to the horrific, and know very well what these modern American psychiatrists continue to get away with even in this day and age. They are mother-fucking dinasario nut-biters, those contemporary American psychiatrists continue to act above the law, who bear viejos prejuicios hacia disabled Americanos as one, and as applies to ongoing psychiatric discrimination towards seriously mentally ill US citizens of all all ages and persuasions. Never until 2011- eight months after my first ever diagnosis of mental illnes, May, 2010- had I ever ran into graphically lesser intelligent American psychiatrists, who function as though unburdened by plain American responsibility, beginning and ending with seeing all American citizens as their equals. 

And you can puedes apostar tu trasero you law breaking illegitimate scientists  that it's impossible for such abuses of highly at risk and vulnerable person to go on forever. And is also true that first ever primary attending American psychiatrist, easily proved himself as soon as we formally met, that he is one those a cut above the rest, having not settled for only his Medical Degree, but going above beyond even as college students in hard earring his Phd. in the neurological sciences. And thanks to like better learned American psychiatrists, such as author Dr. Bruce Perry, have made clear the falsehoods associated with el maldito manual diagnostico y estadistico de low trastornos, an utterly invalid medical test that has led to unknowable number of otherwise preventable harms to mentally ill American kids, women and men, harms not limited to otherwise preventable deaths of not only mentally people in some cases. 

The very tragic case of April Mott in late September, 2011, proves that these kind of doctors work in complicity with equally corrupted administrators who have no probable at all with putting the greater public at very high risk of otherwise preventable deaths of the general public.      For the last 15 years, this writer has dedicated himself to defending the never yet enforced civil and human rights of mentally ill American citizens; that's kids, women and man who, like myself, are affected and possible disabled by serious mental illness. And as per the many increasing mainstream press reports specific to psychiatric scandals in our nation in this, the year 2026, all too many of these kind of doctors only believe themselves to be above clearly enunciated US law. This represent the most grave injustice imaginable, in this writer's eyes, and said again, no other kind medical professional so flagrantly flout the laws that apply equally to all American citizens.

    No valid schientist nor medical doctor would see value in the DMS. Thus, the common American psychiatrist who still telies upon the false diagnoses assoicatoied with the DSM immediately disqualify themselves from been respected or seen as medical doctor. They, in this regard, commonly dimwitted American men and women, be they a "Mr." or a "Mrs."    

    They stand out as the most immoral and unethical persons in modern medicine, and there is no excuse for the APA's having taken in tens of millions of dollars over the long years on a patently invalid medical text, the accursed 'bible' of psychiatry, invalid diagnoses of mental illness for just as long as the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders has been published, well over 75 years lying to the American people as a whole.

    Even the word "disorder" has roots that are very, very old. Fact is, it these kind of 'doctors' who are most out of order, as I see it, overly disordered and arguably dimwitted, and far more dangerous than are the vast majority of seriously mentally ill American citizens, in fact. They remains willful, as well, in promoting the ugliest myths about mentally ill children and adults, and remain stalwart in defending the perverted status quo that has long defined the profession itself, and as applies the overtly false narrative  of American Psychiatric Association, to boot. 

    Yet, it is only they only who care so little about us, mentally ill American as a whole. and the time is coming when all bad actors in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system will go the way of the dodo bird. 

    Ha, fucking ha! Yet the fact remains, only 'dodos' would see invalid scientific method as valid, in fact. This writer has a BS, (1996; MA 2000, and JD 2004, to boot), and knows very well what valid scientific method is all about. 2+2 is four, what goes up always comes back down, heat can burn harm human and non-human skin, and so on. And as per the unmeasurable outcomes and findings associated with the DSM, there is no way of knowing how many otherwise preventable harms, including preventable deaths, caused by these kind of 'doctors' over the last 70-80 years.  

     In closing. I well recall my former wife stating she could ever work in this area of care because of horrible manner in which the psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses so often mistreat mentally ill Americans, when she did her due rotation in such a setting, mid-1990s. There are those of us, both in medical care and treatment, or not, who may have a far better idea of what equality between all humans beings really means, in fact. And I know what is most generally permitted and what is most generally never been permitted in any medical care setting via my own first person experience in EMS, the long overnight hours I worked in a county hospital ER,  early 1980s, Albuquerque, NM. Extending to my set stance upon medical duty to the patient, which most psychiatrists in the US today remain disconnected from as well. Without even going into the core principle of do no harm, of course.  

I am nothing like these kind of people.
And all mentally ill Americans
are better than aby contemporary 
American psychiatrist.
