NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon on the specific issues most at stake.

After Dr. Steven Dingle, working in complicity with Dr. Pervaiz Akhter and the ASH Chief Executive Officer, Cory Nelson, in subjecting me to patently unlawful punitive retaliation....
Nelson stated this in a letter response to my initial patient grievance about this unlawful act of punitive retaliation: "As CEO it is within my purview to move hospital patients wherever I want to and for whatever reason."
"The fact that these issues are not isolated incidents but part of a broader national problem in mental health care management is alarming. The article highlights the need for systemic change and accountability in health care management in Brooklyn and beyond. It's essential that those in positions of power, like CEOs and department heads, prioritize the well-being of their patients over budget constraints."
You bet your ass I hobnob and collaborate with many people who are smarter than the average American psychiatrist, and who clearly possess more professional ethos than do the average mental health care setting managers, such as Jeremy Wiiliams, APRN (Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital. Missoula, MT), Cory Nelson (ASH), et al.
We the are the ones who lead to needed change, those of us with vested interest in the health and safety interests of seriously mentally ill American citizens, family members and friends, and mentally ill Americans with just as much, maybe even more education than have many of the boneheads who work in our nation's defunct public mental health care system.
Pushing those away from you who speak can for themselves, well I do so herein, and there's no pushing the jive out the way, nigger.
Yes, blatantly ignorant managers work in complicity with bad acting American psychiatrists, and act in ways that mirror the worst behaviors of white Americans in the Trump Administration.
"The governors’ group, which is scheduled to meet from Feb. 19-21, is one of the few remaining venues where political leaders from both major parties gather to discuss the top issues facing their communities. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Tuesday that Trump has 'discretion to invite anyone he wants to the White House.' "
"It’s the people’s house,” she said. “It’s also the president’s home, so he can invite whomever he wants to dinners and events here at the White House.
Stupid Americans are again on a rise, go figure.
But many of them are aware of the dead-end nature of direction that they are in. They bear that much awareness, if not much else, the nervousness, the near desperation. Setting up in tele-health, seeming safety, and well away from the settings where they 'appear'. It's the same pattern, hiding themselves behind like doors, only now putting miles between the people they are telling the lies to.
Spooked by things not so scary, fearing the honest voice of the honest American citizen, trembling at mere mention of direct critique, and running away every time due accountability arises somewhere in sight. They will go to great lengths in doing really stupid things, this alone speaks volumes in terms of how very lacking in simple smarts many of these kind of people, these kind of doctors really, really are.
And the very terms that they struggle to sell others, well, many of those very terms go right back to them and the hole they are in today: These kind of doctors were saddled with a mark of shame and the suspicion of many Americans many years ago. They define the kind of people who deal with stigmatization, not us. They have much to be ashamed of, in fact, while there is nothing shameful about being affected by mental illness. Period, but for the public ignorance that serves the bad acting American psychitrist all too fuckng well, and vice versa.
All the crazy shit going on out there, while right here in the United States.... Yeah, right here, in the one nation that has led the sciences in most all respected ways, in the place where democracy tells us that all Americans are equals under the law, in the zone man where people from all the world the around look at with envy.
In the one country that prides itself on kindness, in the more ethereal sense, where nice people know what it means to act nicely. Where honest people know not to tell lies. Where forward thinking people know not to keep secret things that are important to the whole. Where wiser people pursue values by which to set examples. It is not some nature of pipe dream, these ideals and the history underlying what the American people hold close to heart.
Then there are people who struggle to see things in the same way that others might see things. There are peole amongst us who do not aspire to greatness in honest manner. There are those in the bunch who will not lead anyone out of danger, who do not take the same sort of risks that many Americans are willing able to take. They are afraid where no real threat exists, they cannot more easily through the environment if they are not fully protected, as in wrapped in saran so as to not to spoil.
They feel that other people have nothing to offer, and this is a direct result of their own way of seeing things, and is why what they offer is most often lacking in substance. They are not real doctors, but they tell people they are, which in itself saddles them with a lie that will steal any hope of wellness in the family. This is how things go with people like this, and they are always the ones who cannot even get just how much they have lost until well after it's gone and gone for good.
And they read a thing such as this, this writing, and they wonder what in the hell they are reading. They cannot accept the plainest of values no matter the presentation, have never acquired the simplest of skills in terms of such acceptance. They cannot handle criticism of any kind, see that as writing on the one wall that they will always be terrified to look at.
They know that if people knew the truth, that it these truths were not so brazenly shrouded, were these horrors not something they need to keep secret, they know just how far removed from the normal pulse of American life they have gotten after long years of telling one primary lie, and after just as many years of issuing false medical diagnosis.
I bet all the man told her at first was "I am a doctor". Who knows how long, it too or at one point he got around to fully divulging "Well, I am a psychiatrist."
Awkward dude moments of the sort are right out of comedy. And I laugh at men like this, who stereotype women in ways that shame both the woman as well as the boneheaded white male American man who felt the need to boast about this. They do that all the fucking time, and wind up putting their foots in their mouths every fucking time.
That he is a psychiatrists, so what, go figure. It would suck to be like them, to bear the stigma that is theirs.
One big-ass hole that they will always be stuck in, and nobody is about to reach out and offer them much help. This is also the way of things, the plain fact that really fucked up people always wind up facing the music all on their own. Plain awareness once it beards ups the worst behaviors in the bunch, be it one hundred and thirty years ago or be it 60 years ago, and so on right up to rapid fire demand of today's public for fuller accountability specific to the a pervert named Epstein. It's prime time for some major busts, and if the public continues to gain steam in defiance of such ugliness, no telling the broader implication,
I can see this, and so can many other reasonably well informed American citizens today. The ludicrous direction of the current administration is doomed to fail, and the American people will prevail in recovering a keener eye on how such excess wrong ever came to be. This can carry, and will carry in ways that are not predictable today. But I do believe that the greater the wrongs, simply stated, the greater the likelihood.
In keeping with something I stated years ago to one particularly brain dead white male American psychiatrist, Dr. Ira Gaddy: It's plainly stupid to believe that you will perpetually get away with taking unfair advantage of at risk and vulnerable human beings.... It just is, dumb shit, plain shit stupid on its face....
.... That they will perpetually get away with abusing the civil rights of highly vulnerable and at risk children and adults, no way that shit will fly forevermore. Only really closed minded, utterly dense American adults would ever act in the way that these doctors so often act.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
