NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon on the specific issues most at stake.

    And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.

    Facts being facts, these are the kind of American who do not believe in changing their own behaviors, no matter how far permitted these chosen behaviors are, in fact. They feel it does not matter because they are trusted to care mentally ill persons, mirroring the age old prejudices towards mentally ill Americans. They are out only enemy, these kind of doctors, and while the general public very much pose risk the heath and safety of mentally ill Americans, this remains a distinct consequence of a highly corrupt American Psychiatric Associations, and a collective membership that has never cared to see its own patients as fully deserving human beings.

       This sort of chaos, below, serves the typical American psychiatrist well. They defy American values- check= they piss on the civil rights of others- check= they care not for the rule of law-check= they are no different from any abusers of trusted authority in today's modern USA and world.

One year back in office, Trump has emerged as a president defying conventional expectations. He has executed a head-spinning agenda, upending priorities at home, shattering alliances abroad and challenging the nation’s foundational system of checks and balances. Two Americans were killed by federal agents while protesting the Trump administration’s immigration raids and mass deportations. 

As the lawmakers sit in the House chamber listening to Trump’s agenda for the year ahead, the moment is an existential one for the Congress, which has essentially become sidelined by his expansive reach, the Republican president bypassing his slim GOP majority to amass enormous power for himself.

The same kids you would likely never have wanted to hang around with when you were a kid. The rich snobs who think they own the world, who get on people's nerves and feel that it is only normal. The uncool, unpopular teenagers who struggle to feel part of the group. Who build innate resentment towards people who know how to happy in their own skins, unknowing as to what happiness is really about. Therein they are cursed, keeping secrets of immense importance from the whole, and fining themselves somewhat alone once they are all grown up. 

    They force themselves on others, the mentally ill, acting like ninnies and expect us think it's only normal. It's astounding the breadth of these inane human behaviors, and astounding that they feel it's not bloody obvious. This is the Achilles heel, one of several, that will in due time bring down these asswipe abusive American psychiatrists. For that is the way of things.     

    They adapt best in circumstances where due accountability is vague, at best, where in their minds nobody in watching them. But I have been watching and effectively studying them as the bugs that they are, learning to recognize just how how fucked up many of them still are, even today. They have always stood out and away from real medical doctors, hav long been called quack and shrink, and even today many Americans find the profession very suspicious. 

   Mental illness is real, is illness. These people are falsehood in skin and body, have never been up front and honest, and the need is real: Scrap that rag of a....

  ....and open the door to neurologists and other legitimate scientists who understand that 'mind' is illusory at best, and that the brain is an organ. Illness is illness, and real doctors treat real illness. Period. 

   This is what so disturbs them, dealing with a mentally ill American such as myself. I am their worst nightmare in very real terms, just one more person who can see though their bullshit as easly as I can a newly cleaned window. I have plenty enough time in their company, as a paying client, as an American citizen who understands civics and democratic justice very fucking well. 

     I know what valid scientific method looks like too, as per my undergraduate schooling, and I know of the laws that protect all disabled Americans, as per my post graduate schooling. I am no less intelligent than most any of these bad acting American psychiatrists, possible plain out smarter. I am emotionally wiser, and understand right from wrong on a level that stupid people have never seemed able to get through their own numbskulls.  

   So many things go on around them that they just do not pay attention to. It's not in their favor to be well informed, they prefer ignorance to awareness, and remain lodged in age old prejudices about people who they were taught to look down on. 

No mystery here, these kind of people have been stomping on the rights of American people for a very long time, patterned behaviors that stand out like an oil slick under a full moon.

     God is a three legged, one eyed dog on a hot Texas sidewalk. And when the truth comes to long square in the heads of people like this, they will look like snakes in a shoe store, confused as to why people just do not like the way they have been doing things for so very fucking long now. 

    I saw staff abusing mentally ill American citizens on the first day of my admission to the Arizona State Hospital (ASH), January 10, 2011. I took a good look at the ASH 'Patient Manual', and in accordance with that document, took my concerns to my then primary attending American psychiatrist, Dr. Laxman Patel.

    "This is the state hospital. What do you expect?"

     Verbatim evidence proving that these kind of people believe mentally ill American should expect to be abused by American psychiatrists. This man, as stupid as the rest, had no idea of the substance of what he had stated. This is nature of person who chooses to go into psychiatry, callously indifferent to compassion and the core values put forth in the Hippocratic Oath, not limited to "Do no harm." 

    They do harm as a matter of standard practice, in the same vein that punitive retaliation in its varied forms, violence no matter what else, remains the hallmark defensive mechanism of bad acting American psychiatrists. Even in 2026, that is, these are people who still see mentally ill persons as less than human, who have no means by which to see just how fucked up their own behaviors actually are, in fact.

   Patterned behaviors, and predictable actions that I can see coming from a mile away anytime I exercise my lawful right to voice dissent. I file one patient grievance, as is my right, and the reason is about always swift. Plain ass retribution for doing not one thing wrong

     I recall how nervous the ASH CMO was as my time there wound down. He would not even look at me when I would shout out "Hey, Dr. Dingle". And yeah, I know, the name. Anyway, this fucker was sanctioned by the Arizona Medical Board for sexually harassing female residents working under his own authority in a private, Phoenix area teaching hospital. A fucking sleaze bag who was fired and tarnished for life, Dingle then found safe haven to work at ASH, the sole long term public mental haiptal in the state of Arizona at that time. 

   Herein the nuts and bolts of how these kind of white men think. They are sleazy on the surface, and have poisoned hearts. They pour salt on the open wounds of their own trusting patients, and care not for the damages done. It's like this, it really is, and I have never had any reason to fabricate one fucking thing.

   Yep, they have never been the cool guys in the room. They are infinitely insecure about their manhood, either that, or they are repressed females who bow down the misogynistic construct of American medicine.  They are the worst of the worst Americans, who came from insecure, acne tinged childhood into adulthood not quite understanding how to fit in. And they do not quite hoe to fit into today without putting on some nature of performance. 

    I recall the first time I saw Dr. Ira Gaddy in public, there in Missoula, MT, and the man was wearing a flamboyantly distasteful beach outfit of a sort, reflecting the fact that in the period 2017-2019, he was what they call a snow bird, wintering in Florida, and only spending time in Montana in the summer months. A plain fool, showing it in his chosen attire, standing out like the ninny he really is. 

   A textbook dimwit nerd, in other words. Too bad, dude, you have been found out.

     No other way to describe the fucker.  

   Therein they adapt well to being outside the whole, to having to hide out and away from running into anyone who knows of how fucked up they really are. Poor saps one and all. I had never in my life been around people like this until 2010, a reality that really came to the fore as soon as I hit ASH in January, 2011.

   Since that time, oh my gracious the moronic behaviors I have encountered when in the company of these kind of wannabes. They are wannabe medical doctors, just as they were wannabe cool teenagers.

    Dr. Tandy, a white male Phoenix psychiatrist who I have never met, who's 22 year old daughter Jen Tandy committed suicide in early 2013. Poor sap has been paying for one of those on-line memory page things ever since, having little idea of how to mourn the loss of his daughter to a form of death associated with his own so called expertise. Must suck to be... No, that's not my style. The poor guy lost his daughter to a largely preventable cause of death. That is what would suck , not him per se.' 

   In this sense, I am moral, I am ethical, and I am reasonably responsible American citizens who has been exercising nothing more flighty than a plain enough sense of civic duty in standing up in defense of lesser privileged human beings. And this also lies in how I was raided when young. I am better than these bad acting American psychiatrists, and will remain so.   

    Much like the American psychiatrists in the wannabe tough white guy state of Montana, who are sitting on their fucking hands while Montana kids kill themselves at well over the national rate of youth suicide. What the fuck? Is this not what you people know so much about? What the fuck? Have you concern for the breadth of pain and suffering going on there in the place where you live? Fuck. 

    Shameless, unconscionable adult Americans, who feel that because they earned the Almighty Medical Degree, that they are protected from open criticism of how they prefer to do things.

     Medical influencer Dr. Peter Attia resigns post at CBS News after name included in multiple Epstein files.

    Reality says something altogether different. Even medical doctors can do really shitty things, and some the white males MDs are simply sleazy.  And no doctor does their own work more shitty than do these kind of people, who were never real doctors, and who remain non-scientists today. Pseudo-ism, in other words, speaks to the character of people like this.

    Nope, I have been watching them for well over 15 full years now, and out of the 21-22 American psychiatrists I have thus far sought to trust, both male and female, a whopping 3 have proven to me that they can see mentally ill persons as fully deserving human beings. That is one crappy ass ass percentage, but it remains irrefutable data, not so much provable,  but supported well via the concept of learned first person experience. In my world, such data exceeds unprovable findings and asinine claims of validity where validity just does not exist. 

   Yes, I sat like some nature of embedded journalist, documenting the many abuses of mentally ill Americans I was forced to witness when I was hospitalized at ASH, Jan. 10, 2011-Feb. 16. I took that data base and put out in my first activist blog, "PJ Reed. The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse", founded only weeks after my mid Feb. 2012 discharge from that place. 

    I was keeping it up for just about 11 months when I was contacted by David Biscobing, an Emmy award winning investigative journalist, who put his interest in my work like this:

  "It's obvious to me that you heartfelt concern for the patient community, and you are a very good writer. Would you consider collaborating with me. I would like to initiate my own investigation of ASH, and if you would allow for it, I hope to draw from your work."

   I still have that email, verbatim word for word, in my email storage base. Biscobing, who worked for the Phoenix area ABS news affiliate, KNVX CH15, then aired a series of scathing prime time news reports circa 2013 into 2014 about the breadth of corruption in that hospital, and the failure of those American  psychiatrists to bebave in dutiful fashion as per the care needs of the at risk and vulnerable human beings hospitalized there at ASH, my own peers and my own many friends. 

Fuck them, those kind of doctors, they all suck big time. 

    And in this fashion, wholly organic in the sense I was just doing the right thing for awhile when ABC News came a-knockin'. And circa the period 2014, that state managed mental hospital was subjected long past due federal oversight and intervention. And I have no problem is saying that I served as the impetus to this needed chave for the better. 

    Sadly, it really did not change one thing about he shit behaviors of the psychiatrists working there. I mean, some seven higher ranked Arizona health care officials, all of whom had functioned in direct relation to the operation of ASH circa the years 2006-2015, were summarily fired in early 2015, including the then CEO of ASH, the CQO of ASH, and one man who had been the CEO of ASH when I was there in 2011, Cory Nelson, and even one state employed attorney. 

Kaching! I say about that horse penis of a lawyer. Nothing I abhor more then bad acting psychiatrists than the many dirty lawyers running around out there today, not limited to the ones who are about always on site in these accursed state hospital settings. 

    But those ASH doctors, those psychiatrists, all of whom were perfectly aware of the ongoing abuses of their very own patients, all skated untouched. This is who they are, in fact. 

    This is the nature of wrongdoing at issue herein. These people are Saran wrapped in such a way that they are unfeeling and utterly detached from actual realty. They are ones who are tripping, in other words, believing that looking down on other Americans is only normal. 

    Freak show motherfuckers who go to great length in trying to make false impressions on the people around them, who will go to any lengths as means to continue getting away with acting so very badly. 

    Punitive retaliation in its varied form really do remain the hallmark defensive mechanism of the many bad acting American psychirsts running around our otherwise great nation, even today. 

    And for the record, any such actions towards innocent hospital patients is patently illegal through and through, gravely inhumane in full, and remans patently immoral of its face. They are lawbreaking asswipes who have no respect for the rule of law, who feel they deserve a lion's share of the benefits associated with living the US, a lion's share of the civil rights that all American share equally. 

    I have a study reader base, some of the comments that come to this pieces today are from some of the same people who were reading my essays away back some 12-14 years ago. We all agree, today's American psychiatrists is no less dangerous than were the those of the not long past. 

    The death threats that I also received not long after founding my blog about ASH, those cowards disappeared as soon as I would respond in kind:

   "Thank you. Your feed back is valuable, and I very much welcome it. Please do provide me with evidence that things there are getting better, and I will be more than happy to publish that information herein."

  Yep, this the territory in which I function. As per knowing what happens whenever I exercise free speech around these kind of people, I have taken very real risk as means to do nothing more fanciful than the right fucking thing.  

    These are the kind of people we trust to oversee the care of mentally ill American citizens. They are the same bad actors who have always given mentally ill American a hard time, the same bloodsuckers who feed upon the lesser privileged, who have long stained our shared history as a nation.

   No more kindness from the writer. The American Psychiatric Association remains the greatest enemy to the mentally ill Americans, and its collective membership is defined by hate-centric, lesser aware, patently immoral, grace unethical dunces who have little idea how fucked up they really are.

    Those kind of white American men. It's known, the asinine behaviors of the average 'psychiatric medical student' when they are working in the company of real medical students, as residents. Same nature of setting where Dr. Stephen Dingle was sexually abusing female medical residents. Them and how they behave, them and them only. 

I have heard it put it just this way- "asinine male behaviors"= by a female friend of mine of who is a real medical doctor who works at the University of New Mexico Medical Hospital., as competent a peditiran as is the schizophrenic pediatrician, Dr, Mark Vonnegut, two who are a huge cut above the average Americans. And I have read about it, more than once, in on-line medical journals and other like sources.

   And for the record herein. UNM Hospital, that is some place where I volunteered weekend nights in the ER, circa the early 1980s, when I was working as an emergency medical  professional. Not a doctor, hell no, just a lowly EMT, but I paid attention and know well what duty to the person=patient is all about. And I took my skills into professional ski  patrolling, where I learned all about the challenges of treating cold weather injuries, which are their own animal. 

    As such, I have more medical training than any fucking LCSW, and especially the dingbats LCSWs- that's you Wilfong, you fucking white female Nazi- who work in the public mental health care system, and I honor the valid traditions that I was made aware of via those experiences. Do no harm, always do good work, help the person, and so on. Never looked down on any of the people I sought to help out, never have looked down on other people, period. I was raised better than that. 

My dear pal Peggy Plews was once a social worker. She took her learned strengths a whole different direction, founded the groundbreaking activist blog, "Arizona Prison Watch", and brought about needed change in that capacity.  Peggy is better then most any person working in public mental health care today, and she shines far brighter than does any of these accursed LCSW fuck-faces. Period.

    No getting around any of this. Not in this day and age. And of the record yet again, Gaddy had to marry an immigrant from Venezuela just so as to have reasonable attractive woman as his mate. Sad, but true, and I well recall the undertone of boast when this stereotyper of modern woman shared the fact that he had married a woman from down there. 

    Fuck. I asked myself, "Where the hell do people like this come form?" not long after I began speaking out in defense of my rights the rights of my peers at ASH. At that time, given the prince of doctors from third world nations such as India, Pakistan, and the Philippines. I settled on that at the time, that these are people from places where American democracy is a pipe dream at best. 

   No longer. I have learned that the ones here are just as susceptible to bad attitudes and warped ass mindsets about other Americans are these foreign motherfuckers. They and the people who kiss their asses, the lowly LCSW, and at least some psychiatric nurses, losers top to bottom.     

    As per the usual. I attest herein to all that I have stated above. It's what I do, and I do it pretty fucking well today. The bad acting American psychiatrists worst nightmare.

     Yes, 15 years of being wholly justified and proven accurate time and time again, and yet, these are people who just never know what it means to change, no matter how much it is needed. And it is true, the change you don't want may just be the only change that matters. Those who cannot see these nature of human dynamics as pertains to how we see and treat one another in these United States, they are the same troublemakers of old, wearing slightly toned down garb, but acting much like they always have.
