NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon on the specific issues most at stake.

     As stated by now herein, quality in mental health care is in a very steep decline, as per the current US president, and as the per the very corrupt and disgustingly selfish American Psychiatric Association (APA), which for the whole of its history has been willful in enabling bad acting American psychiatrists. Adding to this, the fact that state managed mental hospitals are now converting to full on forensics hospitals, wherein in only violent mentally ill Americans are granted such access. And the end result, of course, is yet a spike in homeless mentally ill Americans, on point with with the failure of biggest broken promise, deinstitutionalization circa the late 1960s and into the 1970s, when these kind of doctors all say on their hands while tens upon tens of thousands of their own severely mentally ill patients were forced onto the American streets. 

     The known, factual history of American psychiatry is rife with hate-centric attitudes and gross discrimination against mentally ill American citizens, and on basis of the unwillingness of these kind of doctors to change their own behaviors for the better, these  behaviors really have not changed much at all over the last 50-75 years. What 'change' may have arguably occurred has been slight, at best, while APA protocol and policies more or less shift just enough to appear as 'change.' 

     And as per the increasing criticism of what has always been a patently invalid medical text, the accursed Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), the proverbial bible of these kind of doctors, it remains crystal  clear to any reasonable intelligent American citizen that the APA has been endorsing grossly invalid diagnoses of mental illness for just as the long as the DSM has been published by the APA. And as this writer has stated time and time again, only lesser intelligent persons would ever but hook, line and sinker into invalid scientific method. As such, these type physicians remain a world away from valid medical doctors, no matter what the APA and these lying scalawags may have to say about it. 

     Now for discussion of recent experiences specific to in-patient psychiatric care settings, three specific hospital settings, as follows. 

   First off, in Eugene, Oregon, there is Peace Hospitals "BHU" facility, where patently illegal camera technology is set up directly above and towards metal jail-like toilets in the individual patient rooms. Of course, legal precedent was established years banning the use of such invasive camera technology in American jails and prisons. And need it even be said only sexual deviants would ever put such cameras that look at men and women when they use these patient room toilets. And yes, in the facility, as well, there is the outrageous use of punitive retaliation towards any person who might choose to lawfully submit patient grievance documents. While the upper most authority in this facility is a man who studied osteopathy, not psychiatry when in medical school. Boneheads of sort often find safe haven in mental health care settings, and that is putting in mildly,  

   And as stated more than once herein over the last 12+ years, punitive retaliation towards American citizens seeking in-patient psychiatric care who are willing to criticize psychiatric abuse of mentally mental ill Americans citizens, remains the hallmark defensive mechanism of the many bad acting American psychiatrists running around the USA today. Patently illegal actions in all of its all known forms, not limited to denial of access to care on the same basis. 

   Next up, Flagstaff, AZ, Medical Centers "BHU" floor, where bad acting staff technicians are coddled by distinctly unethical American psychiatrists. These people hate it when person raises concern about such abuses of mentally ill American citizens, and as per the standard drill should a person opt to leave a place on this very justified basis, these kind of doctors just love to fall back on the overly exploited term, against medical advice. Ironic, indeed, given that these kind of physicians remains the polar opposite of real medical doctors. 

   Yes, any medical professional unable to recognize bad scientific methods is simply far from the sharpest tool in the shed out back. These kind of doctors and neither forward thinking nor creative in the work they do, and they fear change in the same that American cowards and haters have always stuff against change, not limited to the slaveowners of old, and the many racists the still dominate the American south. Ergo, what a perfect fit, to have while male psychiatrists born into the wealth and privilege in the Deep South, such as the one very dimwitted psychiatrist, Dr. Ira Gaddy, who works for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula, MT, which more recently chose to hire a markedly abusive American psychiatrists who soundly even cut it in a state managed mental hospital, Dr. Colby Wang.           

    Ergo, no Montana citizen who turns to this Missoula hospital's in-patient acute "NBMI" setting can feel safe there today, and this again stands as fair warning to all and any Montana citizen thinking to turn to Providence-Patrick's employed psychiatrists. They have the one guy who failed as a surgeon, Dr. Jason Molinaro, who has long worked alongside with Dr. Robert Munjal,  who is a typical first generation Indian-American raised by Indian immigrants very likely from upper caste family lines, overly eager in trying to appear highly intelligent. And Munjal cared not about a very dangerous person who works in the far larger aspect of the hospital that employs him. He proved his lack of concern for all patients in that facility, very much on point with the way that they refuse to care about all mentally ill American on equal footing. They cannot se anyone as their own equals, they are egocentric, immoral, unethical, very sick in the head, and anything but trustworthy.  

    Same excellent fit, this, as with one Dr. Laxman Patel, of the Arizona State Hospital, who proved his own belief that mentally ill American citizens should expect to be abused. He came from a high caste family in the nation of India. A perfect asshole, one who needs be sent back to India with a good kick in the ass, right along with such psychiatrists who from third world nation-states, where neither democracy nor human rights mean one fucking thing. I have seen and heard it all by now, and I can read these behaviors just as easily as I can write a complex compound sentence. These kind of people are always easy to read in this way, and these doctors have benefitted and still benfit from working behind locking doors, where the public can not view them. And they hole up once they are free of the places where they work, fear running into own patients, the many who have been subjected to psychiatric abuses. 

    I recall sitting, alone with a book, in a public Missoula park, when a psychiatrist who not long  before then had left his job at the Montana State State. One who was well aware that I brought long bast federal oversight and intervention specific to this facility. And man oh man, I will never forget the hateful glare that this man directed towards me. They hate mentally ill persons who bring about at leas some change for the better.  And many fear me, as well, knowing via the psychiatric grapevine that I am one who does not put up with these bad acting American psychiatrists. I have no need for ego in saying as much, these are commoners with little in the way of character nor class. I am a reasonably responsible American man, as well as decently ethical and moral, to boot; and I have no patience for any man or woman who refuses to treat all Americans as fully deserving human beings, from the common racist to the all too common American psychiatrist. They are the same kind of people, that is all I have to say about it. 

    Let it be known that any such psychiatrist from places like India or other like 3rd world nation-states need be sent back to where they came from, having the gall to abuse the civil and human rights of mentally ill American citizens.  While each and every bad acting American psychiatrist, no matter where they come from, need have their medical licenses revoked once and for all. Wang is one such doctor, the one who was let go by the Montana State Hospital in fall, 2016, on basis of known abusive mannerisms. 

     Finally, we now discuss Rainier Springs Hospital, Vancouver, WA, which also allows for punitive retaliation as a matter of standard practice against its own patients when they choose to call out psychiatric abuse of mentally ill American citizens.  And yes, in all forms, all circumstances, including forcibly discharging such American citizens regardless of how stable they are are perhaps are not. That this extends to those who openly expressing acute suicidal ideation, many American psychiatrists prove how little they care about the health and safety interests of their own very at risk and highly vulnerable American patients.  

    The APA itself and all such bad acting American psychiatrists  will in time come to face due accountability on basis of allowing for abuses of  the civil and human rights of at-risk and vulnerable American citizens who are in many cases disabled by serious illness, which just so happens to be serious mental illness.  Developments not limited to heightened criticism of the falsely construed DSM will in time come to bank the APA down, and as such, these kind of 'doctors' will in time come to shame the American medical establishment as a whole. Stories galore about how foolish these doctors behave when in medical, fools and dimwits who clearly cannot cut in real medicine.    

    As for use of the term "disorder" in the very title of the accursed DSM. Disorder in this usage bears grossly negative connotation, as though the patient-person is inherently is a state of disorder and relative chaos. When in fact, if there are any American professionals in a state of overt disorder, it's these many bad acting American psychiatrists, who willfully abuse the civil and human rights of their own patients. At no point in the history of American psychiatry have these people honored their own patients as fully deserving human beings, nor seeing them as equals here in the USA. Only these kind of doctors so struggle with such American values and principles, and as such, prove themselves as being highly irresponsible Americans, as well.  

   And like everyone else in these United States, it all goes back to how a person was raised, and those who care not whit for the fact that our system of civil rights extends equally to all American citizens. Here again we see patterns associated with white hate towards American persons of color, all the way back to before slavery was abolished in our otherwise great nation. Yes, white hate in our otherwise great nation, and bad acting American psychiatrists in our otherwise great nation. 

    Almost amusing the degree to the which the work otherwise in common to these kind of doctors,  such as otherwise preventable harms not limited to preventable deaths, which is directly associated with American psychiatrists on basis of their heavy reliance upon the unmeasurable, as in unprovable, finding associated with the accursed DSM. No way of knowing, ergo, how many people have died due to these kind of bad acting medical professionals, utterly unqualified to care for such at-risk and vulnerable human beings. They cannot wrap their bone-heads around the "illness" in mental illness, just as they cannot work their empty-heads around the term "disability, in gross defense of the known fact that many Americans affected by serious mental illness are in fact disabled by mental illness. 

     No way in hell this will go on for much longer. NPR's recent mention of these flaws associated with the DSM did not go into the broader harms caused by this use of an invalid medical text. The stance of APA, as per the usual, to rid the common medical book shelf of this false medical text, preferring to convert the thing to a wholly on-line version. Gots to get up pretty fucking early in the morning, I say here and now. And for what is is worth, NPR is most popular with wealthier white Americans, and this extends to the bulk of today's white male American psychiatrists. who very much look down on women and dismiss women's rights. 

      Dr. Ira Gaddy again, who had to marry an immigrant from the nation of Venezuela, patent stereotyping of women and unable to find anyone else to trust him in marriage. In the mind of white men like this, he scored big time, but in reality, he is no different than high school age boys who brag about the same. Poor sap must have struggled to meet reasonable intelligent, well informed American women, while it is the racist in the man that disallowed him from marrying a person of color. Not to forget, thus, this southern fool was born into white health and privilege in the state of Mississippi, and who behaves like a typical southern dumbass in just too many ways. He would look one hell of lot better today were to have married a black woman from his own home state. 

     Of course, to southern white men in many cases, any such a marriage to a back person remains taboo, proving how stupid such men remain today. Such as when Gaddy agreed to appear in an in-house produced You Tube video in 2023, seeking to market unproven, as in invalid, medical technology. These are the same kind of doctors who were selling snake oil in the back alleys of 19th century USA, and although Gaddy just ain't smart enough to get it, he made an ass of himself in this video. Doctored up, safely edited, all to create the appearance of caring about  people. 

    The APA has proven it's willingness to discriminate against non-violent mentally ill American citizens, which is leading, as stated, to just that more mentally ill citizens forced onto to the streets.  Mentally ill persons on the streets of USA face 8-9% more risk of being victims of violence, imparted upon them by persons who are not affected by mental illness, and these kind of doctors simply do not give a shit about mentally ill persons forced onto the streets of America.  

   In closing. Mental illness was once seen as a desinger form of illness, wherein the wealthy persons dealing with 'nervous breakdowns' and other such things that really do not qualify as actual mental illness. And this is what's going in on states where the wealthy have the most pull, such as Montana. Gaddy again, in the aforementioned in-house You tube video, stating so foolishly, the smooth talking piece of grace that he really is:  "Sometimes, I will prescribe my patients anti-depressants in the early winter, and then just take them off those anti-depressants  in the spring." 

       These doctors make all sorts of shit to their skewed convenience. Yes, a designer form of illness, appealing to the whims of the filthy rich, and with no concern specific to lesser advantaged Americans. These kind of people have always stood out like the cancer that they are in American culture, and today the bad acting wannabe doctors are spreading like a cancer into many in-patient psychiatric care settings  that are well away from state managed hospitals only. They watch each others backs to such a degree that they really care not for anyone else, dirty Americans who prefer to be seen as something other than the norm. What they don't get, however, is that people more people than ever are watching them today,  families of the mentally ill, and on the list goes. It'll come to hit them broadside in time, and they likely won't see it until is far too late.

     Fact remains, ergo, the many various forms of serious mental illness, including diagnosis of severe depression,  do not only arise in certain seasons of any given year.  While people who may feel  bummed out when the skies grew darker during the winger months, that is not mental illness, hello, that is perfectly normal response to such changes in the weather. Clearly, exercise and other like activities can far better serve to deal with winter periods. Only these kind of doctors would ever seek  to use such unproven medical technology, and this tossing around antidepressants as though mere candy, also speaks to how very dimwitted many of these kind of doctors are. 

    And in closing, as per the high risk of harms that mentally ill person who are forced to live on the American streets. In 1987, Albuquerque, NM, a known schizophrenic man named Carlos Graver, was doused in lighter fluid and burned to death in the alley where he had long slept in, only one half block from the University of New Mexico. Neither the following 'police investigation' nor the greater public much gave a shit about this horrifying murder of Mr. Garver.  I admit that at the time I paid far too little attention to Mr. Garver's terrifying death. Today however, I embrace all mentally ill persons no differently than I do people in general, on basis of the duty to honor all human beings to the fullest extent I possible can. 

    And as means to prove that my defense of the rights of mentally ill Americans extends well beyond state mental hospital, I was made aware of the atrocious police killing of one Robert Boyd in 2013, on the Far East side of Albuquerque, NM. Fact was at the time, Albuquerque cops were found to using excessive deadly force against mentally ill persons in this city. I thus served as a founding member of the citizen activist organization,  APDForward, as means to address the fact that some 16 mentally ill Albuquerque citizens were murdered in my one time home city law enforcement officers, including one young man who was in the backyard of his own parent's home. 

     Same pattern, as well, neither police nor the general public cared about this horrible outcome, just more proof that they care not one whit about mentally lll Americans. This serves the psychiatric profession all too well, they take bad faith advantage of all such prejudices towards mentally ill Americans. Sick people acting very immorally and unethically, very bad Americans one and all, from the common LCSW to the common mental hospital administrators, and these wannabe doctors who fool the bunch of them all too easily. 

      Damn straight, you lying American psychiatrists who have been lying to the American people for some 75 full years if nor longer, hiding the fact that the DSM is not a vild medical text. And it is common knowledge, as well, that the kind of people who keep such important secrets, very often have hard time fining true happiness in their own personal lives. Yep, these kind of doctors have no idea of what they missing out on, and they very much deserve far more than mere unhappiness. Manny need be sent to prison, causing so very many otherwise preventable deaths. That is murder, no matter how now looks at is, criminal negligence on steroids. 

   For the record. Peace Hospital site in Portland, OR, was sued by Oregon Disability Rights for good reason, failing to meet medical standards specific to how they treated mentally ill persons in that site. And I am now announcing the fact that Peace Hospital in Eugene, OR, in also on the verge of being sued for damn good reason, turning away mentally ill citizens who are affected by serious mental illness, and you bet your ass I am involved in the legal process. About fucking time, too. I have more than once prevailed in exposing the many bad acting psychiatrists who work in state managed mental hospitals via my own writing strenghts. But, as I know all too well, this did not change one fucking thing in relation to how badly many of these doctors still behave. 

   Time now for these lawsuits in the interest of mentally ill people who are abused by these kind of doctors.  I have every intent of going after any hospital any hospital that abuses the rights of persons affected and disabled by serious mental illness.  And you best be ready, you immoral and unethical American psychiatrists, for the time is coming when you too will be subject to such law suits. I could have sued the pants off the Arizona State Hospital back in the day, but I know the not only how nondisclosure agreements apply to must any civil lawsuits, and that exposing these bad care practices in the manner I have, to name names, dates, events, and on the list goes.

   No longer, times up in more ways than these kind of people can even realize. And in time, the DSM and its addicted users will in time be fully exposed, far more so than today,  on basis of how very  asinine it remains to use of that thing today, just as it was yesterday, Fact is, these kind of doctors have been gambling with the lives of mentally ill citizens for all too fucking long now, and that will lead to far mare payback that what these people can even imagine. They are simply not smart enough. Not today, nor yesterday. They prove themselves as dumbest medical doctors out there, and the most dangerous medical doctors in the history of modern medicine. No getting around it, none. 

    Indeed, a steep ass decline in quility of care specific to the care and treatment of seriously mental ill Americans. These mental health care social workers are getting that much  more stupid today,  as are many people who work in out nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system. That these kind of doctors are far from the brightest kind of 'doctors' out there in the US today, they are making big ass fools of themselves today. They remain frozen in the past, that is, while the rest of the nation continues to move forward, to progress. They have always been in frozen the past, and their ugliest traditions and their worst behaviors are increasing in proximate relationship with this very decline in quality of care.   

     Only bad people, bad Americans would ever act in the way these kind of doctors behave. They are not good people, never were, have never cared about mentally ill Americans, as the history of the profession very much proves. They are the same doctors who worked in the horror show hospitals that were still in existence within this writer's life time, and these are the kind of people who simple have no means to change their own behaviors. 

    They fear change, are that kind of American cowards. Fearing, hell terrified of someday being found out. I have seen how very nervous these kind of doctors can get when a halfway intelligent person calls them out. I have seen this time and again ver the last 15 years, for I am not only well educated, but ethical as well. Its been been wholly out of my own better sense of civic duty that I have chosen to dedicate myself to defend the never enforced civil rights of mentally lll American.   

         In keeping with something I stated years ago to one particularly brain dead white male American psychiatrist, Dr. Ira Gaddy: It's plainly stupid to believe that you will perpetually get away with taking unfair advantage of at risk and vulnerable human beings.... 

    It just is, dumb shit, plain shit stupid on its face. Of course, take away a sound sense of moral foundation, you will often wind up with the kind of people who have no capacity for seeing all people as your equal. 

    Fact being fact, as well: Only really closed minded, utterly dense American adults would ever act in the way that these doctors so often act.
