NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon on the specific issues most at stake. I am able to look lying American psychiatrist in the eye and call them out, with due respect herein for any possible range of the given circumstances, of course, and I can maintain a learned sense of just legal process in any court of law; and I feel that I both see and read through bad acting American psychiatrists like a book today, as per  my own extensive 1:1 experiences in seeking to trust these kind of doctors; and I  am well versed in the unenforced civil rights specific to all American citizens, as carries to  persons affected by disability, and as does apply to those mentally ill Americans who are affected and disabled by serious mental illness. Fact being, that no other type of licensed medical professional in these United States more flagrantly violates the civil and human rights of their own patients than these specific type of American doctors in this, the year 2026. And in relying on the falsely construed dictate of the DSM, these many psychiatrists have no right to demand respect as medical doctors nor scientists, in fact. And chances are that they will not even even it see coming when it does come, as per their being blinded by the cancer of American indifference towards the suffering of others.

Pop culture myths feed the warped minds of lesser intelligent American professionals today, even those who have high level of degrees to back them up. Medical doctors are not inherently smarter than anyone else, per se, just as makers of automobiles are not any lesser inetelligent than many American medical doctors. But you take away the firmer evidence, as with what the American psychiatrists so heavily rely upon, and you have some very desperate people seeking to get away with over 75 years of false diagnoses of their own on chosen specialty, mental illness itself.

Poor poor 'lil 'ol American charlatans. Party poopers and common thieves in the night.  

    With the many bad actors catching the attention of a very misinformed American president today, you'd think the many bad acting, law breaking American psychiatrsts would catch the man's attention. And with his and his people's firm dislike for insurance fraud of just a bout any kind, man, what about the biggest fraud against the Centers For Medicaid and Medicare Services, who continue to pay the salaries of very abusive American psychiatrists who work in many state or other like public in-patient psychiatric care settings. Uh, I het them low, I hit them high, I come at them broad, I come at them deep. I see no reason for these kind of doctors to be paid one more nickel from a our very pinched federal monies system. 

   And not to mention to attendant fact that some number of these kind of people are sexual deviants, from any such a medical professional who would agree to having cameras staring directly at adult women and men who are using toilets in patient rooms, in a facility dedicated to promoting the ugliest myths about mental illness, such as that we are perverts, or that we all pose risk of violence. Any person of reasonable intelligence today knows that mentally ill persons remain at far higher risk of becoming victims violent acts imported upon us by person not affected by mental illness. Yes, ignorance run deep in today's American psychiatric establishment.

Get the message? People everywhere are now seeing blood, and there is no holding back what these doctors have coming to them. It may by fast, in may be slow, but it will be. The fall of the hate centric, dimwitted,  and discriminative American psychiatrists is on its way out. 

I promise as much.

    The above commentary was provided to my  "Montana State Hospital. Montana's Forgotten Suicides." blog project in 2023. And for the record herein, the psychiatrists based in Missoula, MT, are very, very selfish, caring nor nearly enough for the many children who are dying of suicide, knowing that they have no understanding of neither depression nor suicide, but not understanding how very mislead they remain today, relying on the accursed DSM. As is the nutfuck APRN manager, Jeremy Williams, a lunkhead with a pointy beard, reminds this learned American of a skin head white trash biker.   

No matter the day, no matter the season, no matter the goings on in any area of the world. My task is clear to me today, that which I have seen and come to understand as reasonably well educated and proven to be dutiful American citizen. I bear a certain knowledge that escapes the public eye, and understand the reality most at stake, as per my ongoing own self-directed process of continuing  education. As per the kind of people who know that more can be done, who see as do I these things that very much need to be fixed. 

     And yet, there are also those who only sit and wait, as per the way haters were raised, and as per that which they hold as most important. The people who resist change because it frightens them, and who defend even the most ill-advised belief systems and associated attitudes, as with white hate that remains a very real reality in these United States today. No telling a racist that they are a racist, they don't care to hear any such claims and may not even be able to believe them, and will very often make fools out of themselves even today in seeking to tell others how honest and loving they are.  

      One man is one man, nothing more of less than that. One man with tools to help other remans one man, and one man without tools remains one man. No man is in any way superior to any other man, no woman is somehow above any other woman, no man nor woman bears better genes nor superior character. We all breathe the same air that our species continues to poison, and we as species all pay that tax in unison. 

     No matter all such things, it is the way of things that bad practices always fail, just as bad policies self defeat. Just as person who harbor known to be obsolete beliefs about other in time learn the hard way how little personal opinion, even religious belief, matter in relatoin to world affairs, and the United States is hard 4th only nation=state on the table. 

      No matter, I will continue to focus on addressing the many, many bad acting American psychiatrists who even today believe that mentally ill persons are inherently born lesser than and are permanently damaged, and utterly undeserving of the right to be seen as equal to the very doctors who claim to care so very much about us. I know all too well that this claim is false on its face, that until these doctors take into the account the suffering of all mentally ill Americans as a whole, they will only continue to do as much harm as good. 

     I have been lied to, have been subject to punitive retaliation, have witnessed horrifying mistreatment of others, have been emotionally and psychologically abused, and have had my own share of the civil-rights that all American have a right to stolen from me by the kind of persons, these kind of doctors, these kind of nurses, and these kind of social workers time and time again since 2011. 

    I am not like these kind of people, Even at my worst, that is, no comparison, while when at my best, same count. I one of those Americans who had to make what I could out what I didn't have, after coming out some five years of at times severe emotional and psychological abuse, imparted upon me by my mother when she was racked with severe anguish, in time when single mothers were more or less left to fend for themselves. 

     I pursued things that were well outside my easy grasp, from the moment I headed out the door at the age of 17. I suffered a very debilitation knee injury in skiing accident incurred at one the best ski mountains in the US, on one the very deepest and most famed runs. I took that, and as per the good advice of a real doctor, one who knows the meaning of true science, earned respect and recognition as national class amateur bicycle road and mountain bike racer for the whole of the years 1983-1990, living and training with and racing against some of the very strongest American bicycle racers, and even som every talented International competitors, including outside of the United States. 

   I gained confidence of a sort that ai had never yet attained, and in my late 20s chose to get my GED, as I had not had the opportunity to finish high in good standing due to the above mentioned anguish and relate chaos in my mother's home circa the late 1970s. I found my way not college, and surprised nobody more than myself in pulling off a very high grade average in a reasonably challenging area of studies as undergraduate, went from there to attain an MA, and then really blew my own mind by receiving a full ride scholarship to attend law school. The whole of my own education was provided in major American university settings.

    And the many awards and scholarships that come to support my own college trajectory back in the day were very hard earned, as well. I know what it means to bust a nut working in blue collar work, have been a day laborer and heavy equipment operator, a carpenter and a builder of adobe homes, even a steel worker for time. Not to mention nor virtually all restaurant poisitions , front and back of the house, and even some management. 

    I have no hesitation in declaring myself far more intelligent than are many of those who who work in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system, including the American psychiatrists who have never seen mentally ill Americans as equals under the law of these United States. And even one like myself, an armchair scientist, knows that the DSM and its followers are far less than the sharpest tools in the shed out back.

    They market their products in the same manner as do makers of cat and dag food, introducing and reintroducing shit to try and make up for the harms associated with severe side effects or fatty poisoned pet foods. They do not move in keeping with advancements in the arts nor the sciences, only in reaction to socio-poltical influences. They so disqualify themselves from science and scientific inquiry as a whole, insisting on falsely construed methods of diagnosis and care and treatment, the only real aim being to make as money as might be humanly possible, as per the false narrative of the American Psychiatric Association.   

     And while there has been the slightest of APA sanctioned response to increasing criticism of the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, which remains a wholly false medical text that only really serves age old prejudices about mentally ill persons, what the APA had to day falls. And, in willfully misdiagnosing mental illness for just as long the DSM has been in print, they have proven themselves as patent liars only intent upon serving themselves.  

    And, as these processes of long past criticism of the DSM continue to manifest in the public eye, there reaming the attendant reality that there will never be any way of knowing just how many otherwise preferable harms including preventable deaths have ben caused as a direct consequence of this heavy dependence upon the DSM itself odd the last 75 years and change. 

    Not one inch of excuse, in that many advance- ments have always and will always continue to play out in all areas of the sciences- including the medical sciences over the last century- while only have these kind of doctors remained so frozen in the past and hooked line, weight and sinker to the DSM's patently inaccurate claims and graphically imprecise as it gets findings.  

They are aware of truth and yet defend the lies, they admit to knowing how badly run state managed mental hosptials are, yet have no compassion for those mentally ill American in those specific settings. The APA is headed by a pink gassing faggot who is nothing but one more over dramatically flamboyant moron who would never have been treated equal in the United but a few scant decades ago. 

   And he,  a Greek born insolent who confuses 'Greek democracy' with American democracy is just like like the rest, equally unconscionable in turning a blind eye to the many abuses of mentally ill Americans in state managed and other like in-patient psychiatric care. They only care about that which impacts them personally, obviously, and cannot be relied upon to ensure lawful and compassionate care of mentally ill American citizens.   

     I hit them high, I hit them low. More then one email contact effort with the American Psychiatric Association over the last decade, and one pointed question each time: What of the realities that still define state managed mental hospitals in the US? What of the known abuses, what of the many excess threats to the greater public, what of the lying, what of unbearable scientific method that leaves you with unmeasurable outcomes that leave all Americans having no way of known how many otherwise preventable harms not limited to deaths for just as long as these doctors have been thumping the DSM little different than the way right wing white Christians thump the King James version of the Bible. 

      Some 50-60 years of lying to the American people. Never having any interest in truth, only having interest in false appearances and the fallacy that is the DSM. Never caring about the health and safety interests of mentally ill American children and adults. Never keeping pace with the passing of civil rights laws, nor any Acts of the US Congress that expressly serves the interests of all Americans on equal footing. Only seeking them selves their own serfs interests. And believing that mentally ill persons deserve to be abused, shield expect to be abuse.

      What they do not earn is their own pay, not in any nature of  fair trade sense of the concept, dutifully and fairly earned pay. No, any doctor willing to abuse the civil and human rights of their own patients loses their right to demand payment. Yet to them, it is normal for many persons to dislike how they do things, and yet, they care not one bit to think about what they actually means.

     They tell others, "Well, mental illness is a very hard thing to understand, but we understand it well, as per our own expertise." What they don't tell others is that they are banking upon false scientific method is making diagnoses of serious mental illness. I think of a man like Ira Gaddy trying to get down the pants of girl from Venezuela, all telling her, "Well, hey there, hey hey hey there..." in his Mississippi rick boy drawl, "And you know what? I'm a doctor?" 

      I spent my time in the Deep South, I learned how sleazy many white men from the south tend to be, and I listened the stories passed on to me by black friends I made when I lived down there, as well. I know not to look at a doctor as being above me, just as I know not to look at a physically disabled American citizen as damage goods. I know that equally beats all, and that only deeply sick and irresponsible American adults would ever reject equality in this day and age.     

     That these hospitals bring in federal funding, they are stealing federal monies from the American people. They are the most corrupted, least moral, and most depravedly unethical medical professionals in the history of modern American medicine. 

     The rare few who are of character owe it all mentally ill American to stake a stand against these many bad acting and law breaking American psychiatrists, anything less than than that is passive participation, as I see it, active compliance with an arguably perverted status quo.  

       No more mister nice guy, as it were. I have had it with some doctors willing to call some of these very real concerns out, yet, who remain quite on the fence beyond these simple refrains. Each hesitation contributes to a furthering of these kind of otherwise preventable harms. Otherwise preventable harms and deaths, of mentally ill Americans in most cases, but of members of general public in all too many cases.  I have seen this, these wrongs of revolting type and kind time and again when in these care settings only.

    And all too many confute to prove thier deep resect for the letter of the law, and with all that I am researching today here in the northwestern USA at this time. Much to come, and change be on its way, as per the normal, as per the usual. Nice to know who is in the right in these troubled times, and while nobody is perfect, especially little old moi, the civil and human rights wrongs at issues herein exceeds the wrongdoing in any other area of modern medicine today. 

     Yes, 15 years of being wholly justified and proven accurate time and time again, and yet, these are people who just never know what it means to change, no matter how needed. And it it true, the change you don't want may just be the only change that matters. Those who cannot see these nature of human dynamics as pertains to how we see and treat one another in these United States, they are the same troublemakers of old, wearing slightly toned down garb, but acting much like they always have.
