NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon on the specific issues most at stake.

    And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.

    I'll just say, any American from the Deep South who would ignore the suffering of African-Americans in this area of our nation is just as fucked up as the racists who define the history of the Deep South. And this just goes to say that my concerns about American psychiatrists are on point and accurate. 

    I am a well learned American citizen, well educated too boot, and I know how to recognize bad acting American citizens. And this very much applies to the today's American psychiatrists, who care about nobody else but themselves. They are patently ignorant as to the rights of their own patients, but hardly give a rat's ass about their own patients.  

Even as pertains to how American psychiatrists responded to inquires about Barry Goldwater's state of mind the 1964 illustrates who very susceptible they are to socio-political trends. And, we see this today, with respect for the fact that many side with our current president. Now, this is not say that they nor The American Psychiatric Association are ever willing to admit to such political leanings. But as author Dr. Bruce Perry, MD., Phd., stated in his book The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog, these doctors are very susceptible to such political leanings here in the Untied States. But this is hardy the only current source specific to this, and as such, these are people who will avoid any nature of direct criticism toward's them, as I have learned the hard way, and as virtually all mentally ill Americans have also had to learn the hard way over the last 50-75 years. 

   Evidence of how little they care. The Montana State Hospital crisis if leaving many mentally ill Montana citizens without a safe to go should they require lengthy in-patient time. This relates as well to delays point specific to those who are kept in jail with no where beer than that go to. 

     I argue herein that the Montana psychiatric community need prove the courage to take a stand in the interest in such persons who, like myself, are affected and disabled by serious mental illness. Through their lack of direct action, they are further proving how little they care about seriously mentally ill American citizens.

       But it is also true, that these kind of doctors have well eared a reputation of sitting on their hands versus doing anything to help mentally persons in need. No clearer evidence to this effect other than when tens upon tens of thousands of severely mentally ill Americans who were there own patients, and were forced onto the streets of America when the horror show hospitals of the 1960s were finally shuttered. 

     These are the same doctors who worked in those hospitals, and their behaviors did not change despite the many exposures of the profession itself over the last half century. They want respect as medical doctors, but no caring medical doctor would ever abuse the rights of their own patients. They want respect as medical doctors, yet no legitimate scientist would ever accept invalid scientific methods specific to the medical sciences. 

     The only other type of medical professional who has ever justified use of statistics was a psychologist who I encountered here in Oregon some four years ago. As one, these psycho-babble medical professionals are just a dirty today as at any point in the past. Turning a blind eye to the care needs, health, and safety interests of their own mentally ill patients. 

     They care not that mentally ill people remain highly at risk of abuse and very vulnerable to bad acting persons. They only care about themselves, and are set upon defending use of the DSM, no different from their defense of American Psychiatric Association's damning narrative specific to mentally ill American. They have never put the care needs of mentally ill American on equal footing, much les ahead of their own serf serving interests. 

They never go above and beyond their work, as do many other medical doctors, just as they never sign on with the human rights organization Medicine Sans Frontiers. They are cowards who have long abused mentally ill American citizens, not limited to the horror show hospitals of old. They act no better today than do any other self serving Americans, are very much among the very most selfish people in the United States today. 

    But they don't care. They don't mind being known as highly suspicious, nor known as the one kind of doctor so willing to trod all over the civil and human rights of their own patients. I have spent far too much time around these doctors to in any way back off today in my dedication to the never yet enforced civil and human rights of seriously mentally ill Americans. 

   There was no excuse for how these kind of doctors behaved in the past, and as such, they continue to believe themselves above scrutiny, and know very well that intensive scrutiny of how they behave would land them in hot water. They are chickenshits, have always been chickenshits, and they behave no differently today than how they behaved in the past. 

      The truth is, the APA and its members always shy away from taking positions on many things, as per the cowardice associated with not being willing to consider changing their own behaviors, no matter the reality, that many today, remain highly abusive and getting away with otherwise preventable deaths. They play it safe, in other words, do not open themselves up to open criticism of how they behave. 

    The APA, and this known fact, has always enabled bad acting American psychiatrists, as per known history of the American psychiatric profession. It was enabling bad acting American psychiatrists in the 1940s, the 1950s, the 1960s, and still enables such bad acting American psychiatrists. I attest to this as per extensive experiences spent in in-patient psychiatric care settings, from state managed mental hospitals to settings that are not state managed. 

    Such as the female psychiatrist I dealt with in Eldorado Springs Hospital, Tucson, AZ, who patiently lied about my own medication therapy. In this case, I medication had been discounted for some number days, and it was medication that required blood test monitoring when prescribed. This woman was over aggresive in insisting 1) You have been taking your ----- medication non-stop since it was prescribed. And 2) You had a blood test only three days ago.

   On both counts this doctor lied through her teeth. And this proves just how dishonest many of them remain today, liars and self serving medical professionals who are very willing to abuse the rights of their own trusting patients. This speaks to the history of the profession, as well, wherein they have never put the health of their own patients on equal footing when themselves. No responsible American would ever act in the way that these highly educated medical doctors act, no caring person would ever care so little about the rights and care needs of their own patients, and no qualified medical doctor would be willing to misdiagnose the illnesses suffered by their own patients. 

      All one need do is consider the history of the profession in reasonably honest fashion. These doctor seek to divorce themselves from the history of the profession, but I am one who has studied this history at length, and I know just how fucked up they really are, in fact. I have many dear friends who know just how abusive these people are, even today. I have one friend who's very well educated father was made aware of how abusive a psychiatrist working in the Montana State Hospital was. I recall speaking to the man after his son had been kicked out MSH, on basis of nothing wrong whatsoever. 

    This is not acceptable, never has been acceptable. Only people like this would seek to suppress the truth on scale that these people seek suppress the truth. And as such, they clearly have no sense of conscience, just as lack ethical foundation, and basic morals. They are the least ethical medical professionals in history, and have again again proved themselves to me as not giving a rat's ass about the health and safety interests of their own patients. 

    Facts being facts, these are the kind of American who do not believe in changing their own behaviors, no matter how far permitted their own behaviors are, in fact. They feel it does not matter because they are trusted to care mentally ill persons, mirroring the age old prejudices towards mentally ill Americans. 

     All that I have brought to public light about this area of medical care has been confirmed as reasonable accurate. I worked with media both times I exposed two different state managed mental hospitals, and those journalists also brought these truths to light, after coming to me personally as means to do the right thing. 

    And as many see it, they are our only true enemy, these kind of doctors, having long held mentally ill Americans back. And while the general public very much pose risk the heath and safety of mentally ill Americans, this remains a distinct consequence of a highly corrupt American Psychiatric Associations, and a collective membership that has never cared to see its own patients as fully deserving human beings. They benefit from public ignorance specific to mentally ill Americans. 

    If the public made aware of these truths, there is no way in hell that these many bad acting American psychiatrists would be able to keep treating their own patients as though they are lesser than other Americans. This is how it is, I have seen and heard all nature of lies, excuses, justifications, and on the list goes, in terms of these long shrouded truths specific to the psychiatric profession.

      There should be no room for debate nor denial. American medical doctors of all stripes have open windows to get away with far, far too much. As with the following, concerning yet another corrupted medical doctors in the state of Montana:

     Sure, any kind of medical doctor may engage in wrongful conduct, but need you be reminded that it is the American psychiatrist who gets away with the most, as per the longer history of the profession here in the United States, and as per the many emerging psychiatric scandals proving that all too many of these kind of doctors too often fell themselves above the rule of law. 

   So very many shrouded truths point specific to the psychiatric profession, utterly shocking to the conscience of any reasonably well informed American citizen. And it all goes back to the most irresponsible governing entity in the history of modern medicine, the American Psychiatric Association (APA).

    Some psychiatrists will defer from the authority of the APA, but that only proves that they feel authority in general is somehow below them. No, they are very much proving just how little they care about the rights and needs of mentally ill American citizens. Sure, all kinds of doctors get into serious trouble, but that in no way justifies nor reduces the reality specific to these kind of doctors and them only. 

    Too fucking bad if this status unnerves them. Too fucking bead if full exposure of how very unethical they remain today will lead to the loss of medical licenses. Too fucking bad if I am willing to call you out for who you really are. 

   This is the fucking United States of America, and racists, haters, liars, and corrupted profes- sionals of any stripe have no right to carry in such manner in our otherwise great nation. But given the fact that these are professionals who we trust to care for our health needs, doctors and nurses as whole need get up to speed with the fact that no American is any better than any other one of us.

    Only bad actors have trouble understanding these most basic of values. And as we are seeing, medical doctors are heading downhill very fucking fast, while bad acting American psychiatrists are worsening as time passes in this critical juncture of American history.  

   Today we will review more of these emerging psychiatric scandals. And to be clear, it does not take a journalist nor anyone on this end of things to get a good look at this shit. Just do what I do, almost casually: 

   Take a moment to Google "psychiatric scandals in the news." It is just that simple. Ah-ha, these people are digging a very deep hole with the passing of each day, and the time will come when the American people look straight down upon the psychiatric profession.

      Yes, and as stated, Montana psychiatrists somewhat as a whole represent the most selfish in the bunch. Which is saying one hell of lot, in fact. Clearly, they head to a state like Montana out of thinking that fewer people are paying attention to them and how they behave. 

    Wrong on all counts. This writer is all too aware of just how dangerous the American psychiatrist working for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula, MT, really fucking are. They care not for the health and safety interests of their own patients, turn a blind eye to risks associated with suicidal ideation, reject patients who turn to them after actual suicide attempts, and tell everyone within hearing that it's all above board and only normal.

      And as for deferral and denial of the fact that all American psychiatrist pose grave risk to the health and safety interests of American citizens. Yes, I well recall Dr. Ira Gaddy stating to me, in a 1:1 medical consultation: "It's the VA where these problems are the worst." 

   Bullshit don't fly no more, you sniveling denier of reality. Wake up and smell the burning coffee, there are no excuses for any American psychiatrists to abuse their own trusting patients, be they employed by the VA, be they employed by a state, or be they employed in for profit care settings, even if employed by not-for profit psychtiaric care settings.

       Jury Finds Against Defendant Behavioral Health Facility For Failing To   Prevent Sexual Assault

      This information was provided by a law firm that sued a behavioral health care setting as a direct consequence of turning a blind eye to the rape of a 13 year mentally ill American girl. These doctors mistreat mentally ill Americans of all ages, and just because so few of them ever feel the due wrath of accountability, that don't mean shit. 

     Not in these United States of America. This really is the land of the proverbial free, and all American are endowed with their equal share of the civil rights that all American benefit from. Any doctor who feels that only they have share of these rights is walking a narrowing ledge. The need for deep reform extends well beyond just the public mental health care system. 

   But to be certain, it is the American psychiatrist who most often breaks US law. They violate the civil rights of their own disabled patients, act as though we have no right to so much as mention these rights. As was made clear to me in Tucson, AZ, hospital not five months ago. 

    "In here your civil rights do not apply in the same way they do when not in this hospital."

    These are the most dangerous medical doctors in the history of modern American medicine. They blatantly abuse the civil and human rights of their own patients and feel that no standards of public policy no limited the the rule of US law.

        So many motherfucking psychiatric scandals in the news today. They make a point of ignoring any such evidence specific to them and their ways. They do that because it is all they know to do. I have never sought to treat mentally ill patients on same level that other medical are treated by other kinds of doctors. 

Now, as stated above, any psychiatrists working in any nature of hospital need adhere to all and any established terms by which they are trusted to provide care to at risk and vulnerable American who are affected and possibly  disabled by serious mental illness. 

   But here me when I way, that in same vien that for=profit prisons are most often the least up to par, this carries as well to for-profit psychiatric care settings, as proven by the details of the above psychiatric scandal. And yes, the entire Providence chain of hospitals share status as for profit hospitals, least wise, for all practical purposes. 

    Tax dodging is all too common in American business today, and you bet your ass some of these businesses claim "non-profit" while simultaneously accruing profits. Of course, hospitals tend to have a stable of powerful lawyers working for them, and as such, this can lead to abuse of tax privileges along with any other like abuse of trusted authority. 

   Don't be fooled, in other words. The Amerian medical establishment is hardly known as being trustworthy in all senses, the psychiatric establishment has always been seen as highly suspicious. These doctors have never proven one fucking thing, as per the case medical text they have long relied upon in issuing patently false medical diagnoses, on point with what the VA is known for (above).   

    I have seen the worst American medical doctors in the US taking grossly unfair advantage of their own patients. And, as has been made clear herein, any American psychiatrists still relying upon the accused Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders are not valid scientists nor legitimate medical doctors. They have always been pseudo-doctors at best, and they feel that on this basis, they ar not required to abide by the same standards of health care that all medical professionals are required to abide by.

     No fucking such thing as pseudo-American law. That these doctors are still comfortable with being seen as highly suspicious, and carry on one day to the next as though these bad behaviors are perfectly allowed, they prove themselves beyond reasonable doubt as being far from trustworthy, and not up to the task of caring for at risk and vulnerable human beings. 

    They do not see the human in the person, they refuse to recognize the reality that all civil rights are to be shared equally among all citizens of this nation, and they reject the fact that many of their patients have been afforded the full protections associated with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990/2008.

     Only bad American would ever choose to act in the way that these kind of doctors choose to act. And end all days, it is always about the choice we make, no matter whether one is a doctor, an astronaut, a plumber, or even a common thief. The have chosen to be seen as highly suspicious, these mother-fucking American psychiatrists, they accept that they cannot be trusted,

    The utterly snide manner in which Dr. Laxman Patel said to me, "The is the state hospital. What do expect?", carries to the way many of these kind of people behave today. They feel it is perfectly normal, when it remains the polar opposite of normal to see oneself as better than anyone else.
