It's nothing short of a shame to have an image of the man in such near proximity to a woman such as Dorothea Dix. Not only is Ira Gaddy one of many untrustworthy American psychiatrists, but one born and raised into white wealth in the Deep and Dirty South, a white man who is clearly a chauvinist, having stereotyped the woman he mattered who just so happens to be from Velnezuela, in fact. Only the privileged from that nation managed to immigrate to the US, and only a man frozen in the past, a chauvinist. He mirrors our US president in this plain sense, houkng with such women who are attracted to wealth.
Where I was once willing to believe that this man was one of the rare few psychiatrists who could perhaps be trusted, his unwilling to take action in my defense following my having been falsely accused of physically assaulting a female staff member in the Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital acute in-patient "NBMI" care unit. I have not lifted so much as a finger towards peers nor hospital staff, having by that time spent well over 3.25 years spent in such settings.
They do not give a shit for the wellness of their own patients, and those people were all complicit in putting my life at high risk of otherwise preventable death in early 2020. They are just as dangerous as are those who work in our nation's state managed mental hospitals, just as far from trustworthy today as at any point in the past, specific to this profession, and this profession only.
I've never had any need to make false claims in the past, not today. Few of today's American psychiatrists can be trusted to care for mentally ill American kids and adults. They have never been up to the task of seeing all US citizens as their equals, and continue to trod upon the civil and human rights of their own patients.

AAll thoughts with the loved ones and family of former US Rep. Barney Frank, who passed away just last evening. The first openly gay congress-person in our nation's at times not too pretty history.
ll
"I think the key to our having made the enormous progress we made in defeating anti-gay prejudice had to do with all of us coming out and people discovering the gap between between our reality and the way we were painted," Frank said in an interview last month with NBC News.
;; While public ignorance in the US about persons affected by mental illness also remains a huge issue of concern today. The need is the same, for people to cease and desist in painting mentally ill kids and adults as inherently damaged goods who may pose threat of violence. Nothing could be farther form the truth, in that the vast majority of mentally ill Americans are non-violent persons who just so happen to be affected by on form of serious illness.
Data tells us that mentally ill American forced for whatever reason the live on the streets face high risk of being subjected to violence that is always imparted upon them by person not affected by mental illness. As with the 1988 murder of Carlos "Ragman" Garver in Albuquerque, New Mexico, doused in inflammant and burned to death in his usual sleeping spot in an alley just one block from the University of NM. Most such tragedies are not shared with the public, and this fuels public ignorance about mentally ill Americans, while also benefitting the highly corrupt APA and its many bad acting members.
Connecting dots, in other words, and proving the fact that if the American public were not still so very ignorant about the civil and human of rights and the associated care needs of mentally ill American kids and adults, these bad acting psychiatrists would no longer have so east a time in getting away with causing so very mush otherwise preventable harm, not limited to preventable deaths. It's a web of untruths, and patterns that extend to many if not most in=patient psychiatric care settings even in this day and age.
Yet, Americans bearing sound conscience have long been willing to challenge the very dysfunctional public mental health care system in the US, persons who very much know that human beings are human beings first and foremost, including those who just happen to be affected if not disabled by mental illness. Sadly, there are many in the US today, and this very applies to the all too many bad acting American psychiatrists today, who may still see mentally ill persons as permanently damaged goods. They have never seen mentally ill persons as fully deserving human beings, defy the notion of 'healing', and have been lying to the American people for just as long they have been around.
We are content in knowing that our founder, P. Jack Reed, is in good company with the likes of Dorothea Dix, a nurse who had no patience for abuse of mentally ill Americans in the darkness of the 19th century. And given that these kind of doctors have more than once leveled highly unlawful punitive retaliation towards P. Jack Reed as means to silence his first American rights to challenge psychiatric abuse of mentally ill Americans, he has taken great risk in terms of doing the right thing.
These doctors are no less dangerous today than they were in the past, the kind of Americans who far prefer to keep doing things the same way that they have been doing things. They are patently untrustworthy, immoral, unethical, and far from what it takes to care for highly at risk and vulnerable human beings. They Have never proven that they care for mentally ill American, as per the APA's role since 1844, and as carries to the many horrifically managed hospitals of the mid 20th century.
But today's state managed hospital still remain sites of American psychiatrists who still make their own patients targets of hate centric abuses of their civil and human rights, which is common knowledge even to many of today's American psychiatrists. Thus proving that few of them can be trusted today. They continue to get with causing a wide range of otherwise preventable harms, of their own patients in too many cases the general public.
They very much need, many of them, to face due accoutanbility for these preventable harms including preventable deaths, of the public, and of mentally ill American citizens even in this day and age. It's revolting to know that they still have not changed these very disturbing behaviors.
And all indications today show that these bad acting American psychiatrists are practicing in hospitals not managed by the state, and this proves one thing and one thing only, that they and the APA all need to be removed from public mental health care in the US today. One can only do so much, and our founder statements in this publication have all been proven as being factual truth.

"Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Following Esketamine for Major Depression (sic) and Suicidal Ideation for Relapse Prevention: The CBT-Endure Randomized Trial.
THE JOURNAL OF CLINICAL PSYCHIATRY
ORIGINAL RESEARCHMAY 4, 2026
J Clin Psychiatry 2026;87(2):25m16285
Abstract
Background: Suicide is a public health crisis in the US, with limited evidence demonstrating efficacy of treatments for high-risk patients due in part to their exclusion from most clinical trials. This clinical trial evaluates the feasibility and efficacy of adjunctive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with esketamine in patients with major depression and suicidal ideation (MDSI).
Ironic, that even The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry raises issues about the ignorance of today's American psychiatrists specific to them and them only, as applies to my own diagnosis of serious mental illness. But, as per the usual, it falls far short in admitting the truth, the plain fact that are many dirty ass American psychiatrists running around our nation today. They are cowards who only know to put on airs as means to appear that they care about mentally ill American citizens. No, my time in company of all too many, they still lie, cover shit up to their selfish convenience, and get away with causing otherwise preventable harms not limited to preventable deaths of not only mentally ill American, but members of the general public, as well. As with, that's right, as with the very preventable death of April Mott had not the psychiatrists in the Arizona State chosen to cover up the violent escape and known to be violent mentally ill man named Jesus Rincon Death. And because of them, that young man was sent to the Arizona State Prison, Florence, AZ, where in less than a few months, the poor young man was beaten to death.
This very much proves just how dangerous these kind of medical professionals remain today, no less so than at any time in the past. This was very predictable, as per the hospitals of old, and so on. They have never cared about their own patients, on basis of never actually being called "doctor" until the APA had already been running things for over some 50 years. They still trod upon the civil and human rights of their own patients, and tell the general public that how they behave is only normal. They see things in ways that still make this writer sick, acting as though only they have a right to the civil rights that all American share equally, and they heavily
Increases in psychiatric medications aside for now, yea, all too many of today's contemporary American psychiatrists are too lazy to provide valid methods of cognitive behavioral therapeutic to persons who are affected and disabled by serious mental illness, and bear the SMI diagnosis of major depressive disorder, and a primary risk factor associated with this diagnosis, suicidal ideation and risk of dying by suicide.
And as stated very clearly above, suicide in a public health crisis in the US, with limited evidence demonstrating efficacy of treatments for high=risk patients in part due to their exclusion from most clinical trials. They prefer to throw new pills at mentally ill Americans, and as such, this proves how little qualified they are to treat mentally ill American citizens in this day and age. Any doctor who walks all over the civil and human rights of their own patients needs to face serious criminal charges, and if we have our way, that will in time come to be. We are cooperated group, including both medical profsonals, lawyers, family members of the mentally ill, and as per the man who founded this publication, has learned all too well how very dangerous these kind of 'doctors' are today.
Fuck the psychiarists who work for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula, MT, who put my own life at high risk of suicide circa 2020. And as for the lying female psychiatrist at Eldorado Springs Hospital, Victoria Canejos, who proved herself as being very unethical. And as well, the 'mental health professional' working for a Peace Hospital in Eugene, OR, who insisted that despite my having attempted suicide prior to when I presented myself to the ER in that hospital, that "you will do fine with o/p care and treatment."
They all pose high danger towards person such as myself. And as such, have effectively slid ever farther down the tube specific to the chaos in our nation today. My first ever psychiatrist, Dr. Richard Van Rhoades, one of those with both his medical degree as well his hard earned Phd. in the Neurological sciences, provided me cognitive behavioral therapy. And yes, he is large cut above the rest who have only their medical degrees, and who is today tenured faculty with the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
No fucking way people like Gaddy, Molinaro, Munjal, Wang, Akhter, Holden, Canejos, Holt, Marcos-Ramos, nor neither of the Patels, and on that list an go, would ever be to land a job a high quality school of medicine. They have proven themselves to me as being highly unethical, and far from highly intellgent. Only stupid people would think it is okay to look down on at-risk and vulnernable human beings. On point with the fact only dunces would buy hook, like, and sinker into statistical deception and analysis specific to the valid sciences. They are all boneheads and dimwits who take for granted that on basis of 'studying the mind', that they must be highly intelligent. Of course, "mind' is but a hypothetical concept, as best, just as psychiatry has always been a hypothetical angle upon the valid idea of the human brain.
Yes, white and black contrast, between the sciences and the mythical idea of 'psychiatrist'. They were and remain the least sage medical students, but for those intelligent enough to go above and beyond in acquiring a valid Phd. in the sciences. They have long ignored the many advancements in the medical sciences, believing to be above such areas of the valid sciences, just as they all to often feel above their own patients.
No, I am intelligent, humbly speaking, proven in ways that go far beyond my own academic achievements, which included a 3.85 GPA in earring both my Bachelor of Arts as well as my Bachelor of Science, and full ride scholarships to both my hard earned MA, as well to the James James A. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. Yes, my long untreated mental illness interfered in that career aspiration. But fact is, I never wanted to be a lawyer, and I joke about it, a career decision I made when under the influence of alcohol.
I have remained sober for a number of years now, and look back on law school with a bit of a chuckle. But I was there, and I have used my legal education well in proving that many American psychiatrists are still willing to make their own patients targets of highly wrongful buses of our rights. They did it in ASH as well as the Montana State Hospital, and still use punitive retaliation as means to make us into submission. No, I have done that, they are the worst medical doctors I have ever had to deal with in my life, other than the 3 who were 100% different from the vast majority of them. Yes, my first psychiatrist is far more intelligent than is the average American psychiatrist today, and those who earned not only thier MD but Phd.s in the neurological sciences are also way fucking more intelligent than the bulk of the rest.
And yes, I also studied the American Eugenics movement when I was a student in the UNM Honors Program. I learned therein that many white men in positions of authority, not limited to very many white medical doctors, including all too many early 20th century psychiatrists here in the US, and many of whom today more or less still focus more upon the behaviors of their own patients than that which mental illness, in fact. One way or the other, these kind of 'doctors' will in time bring shame to the medical establishment, and themselves, as well.
Only really dense Americans would ever believe that they will always get way with treating at-risk and vulnerable human beings. They just don't get it, these many bad acting American psychiatrists, lying at will and yes, punishing their own patients who do not agree with them to get away abusing mentally ill American citizens.
Behaviorists, not limited to racists, have always been the root cause of graphically ignorant American citizens, and these psychiatric doctors promote public ignorance specific to mental illness, knowing that were the American far more aware of mental illness, that they would very possibly no longer be willing to look down on mentally ill Americans. On point with the fact that, were the American people aware of their shit behaviors, that they would again raise their voices and again tell these kind of people how to behave.
They are like kids, having to be told how to behave, such as when the American people told them to no longer look at homosexuals as depraved criminals, just as the American people rejected the ignorance associated with eugenics in the early 20th century. They were raised as brats, and act like brats, holding it against those of us who are willing to challenge them, and exercising patently unlawful punitive retaliation would we raise our voices as means to call them out for abusing mentally ill patients in these many in-patient psychiatric care settings.
This speaks to just how dangerous they are. I did the right thing in reporting the violent escape of known to be violent patient who espied from ASH, and on that basis, I was subjected to that shit, Dr. Pervaiz Ahkter who acted in complicity with a very corrupt administrator named Cory Nelson, who lost his job at ASH after I exposed that place. While the wannabe bullies, such as Wang, Holt, and so on; Wang retaliated me against me in fall, 2016, on basis of filing two grievances about his very abusive mannerisms in 2015. And the shit people working for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital waited until I had lest Montana- literally- before they chose to provide Wang safe haven to work in that hospital shitty ass mental health care system.
Jeremy Williams is the one who is most responsible for the actual hiring of Wang there in Missoula, but you can bet your ass they knew about Wang, in that I had been willing to speak about him when I was in that place's acute in-patient "NBMI" setting. I have always been wiling to share information with others who work in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system. Thing have not changed for the better, over the last 100 years and more. They were not called 'psychiatrist' nor 'medical doctor' until the early 20th century, which can be blamed on a very agrressive marketing ploy by the American Psychiatric Association, which was founded in
Yes, all too many of today's contemporary psychiatrists reject anything that requires extra effort. Very much reflecting lazy ass spoiled brats, who have never proven that they care about mentally ill Americans. If that were the case, the APA would have done something in the interest of mentally ill Americans long before today. It is no less corrupted, this highly irresponsible governing entity, than are many administrators who work in relation to mental illness, not limited the white men like Cory Nelson, Jay Pottenger, and Missoula, Montana's Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Jeremy Williams.
And as for the horrific youth suicide crisis in the state of Montana, which no local to the state psychiatrist has chosen to address in the interest Montana families as a whole, I hardly take for granted that none of them are much paying attention to the following news report. Or, conversely speaking, they may be somewhat aware, they are likely doing what they have always done, sitting on their hands until things actually take form in context. They have always done this, not limited to the APA's endorsing the action of kicking 10s upon 10s of thousands of mentally ill American onto the streets after the failure promise of the of the deinstitutionalization process in the late 60s and into the 1970s.
Yes, further hard evidence proving that all too many of today's contemporary American psychiatrists have very little understanding specific to both severe depression and suicidal risks associated with severe depression. Off the bat,

Montana youth mental health care expands with $1.2M state investment
Montana is putting $1.2 million toward expanding psychiatric residential treatment for young people with serious emotional needs.
According to a state press release, the money was split between Shodair Children’s Hospital and Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, with each getting $618,500 through two-year grants to add in-state bed capacity.
;;"State press release." The Montana Department of Health and Human Services, and current governor of the state of Montana, Greg Gianforte, are grossly corroupt, and are all too many members of the state's legislative body. It this were not the case, Colby Wang would still be practicing psychiatry in Montana. And this Missoula Hospital, Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, is rife with unethical medical professionals who claim that they care about mentally ill American citizens. No, we know the truth about that place, having put Reed's life and safety interests far behind their its own, and this ludicrous decision to provide safe haven to a psychiatrist so very abusive that he lost his job at the Montana State (mental) Hoipital in fall, 2016.
And those doctors all know that state managed mental hospitals remain sites of horrific abuses of the state citizens who wind up in them, and in hiring this one abuser of mentally ill Montana citizens, they have proven that they are no less dangerous than are the vast majority of today's American psychitirsts.
The American public remains all too ignorant as to the rights and care needs of mentally ill American citizens, and this place where I just happen to be has many such ignorant American citizens, drug addicts and staff members with criminal backgrounds.
This said, damn straight it is an honor to resemble a person such as Dorothea Dix. I was raised with keen sense of civic duty, passed down to me by my father, who served honorably in the US Navy, as a high ranking officer. He was Lt. Commander of what circa the 20th century was the largest US Naval Air Base in the world. this at the time of my birth in 1961, and we lived in Bermuda unitl early 1963. That is when the Cuban Missile Crisis reached its zenith, this we were forced to flee Bermuda; and my dad played a very critical administrative role in that period of American history.
Yes, some American understand that no American citizen is any better than anyone else, and that no American citizen in abose the law. And I am one such American, a cut above the average American plsychaiirsts who still abuses the civil and human rights of their own at-risk and vulnerable patents.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.
And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed for the better in lasting fashion. I have thus far done so pro bono, with zero wish for fame or fortune. This is the kind of American that I am, as a matter of plain and proven fact. I learn from my own mistakes, and grow stronger in this context.
