RE: Salem (OR) Recovery Village.

This was written by the founder and contributors to the publication: "2026. PJ Reed. The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse."
Intoduction: It is readily evident that wholly unjust commodification of drug addicts and alcoholics, mentally ill men and women and children, and the homeless has become a serioud issue of concern in the US over the last 4-6 years, if not longer. And in the state of Oregon, sadly, these nature of concerns take on a glaringly unfathomable degree. And at root lies the direct influence on deep set prejudices associated with the state of California. Any reasonably sage reader of John Steinbeck's portrayal of western US history circa the 1930s and 1940s, as is so eloquently put forth in his Nobel Prize winning opus, The Grapes of Wrath, can serve the enlighten such readers specific this premise.
And the majority of those working in these settings are far from sage enough to understand such concepts, having little in the way of higher education in at last some cases, and those who did go to college likely chose fields that have never attracted the brightest of students in our nation's university system. Begging the need for only the best and brightest of medical students to have the right to choose psychiatry, these who are reasonably ethical, and who understand the importance of both civil rights in this nation, and its bearing upon the fact that no American person, doctor or not, is any better than anyone else.
Point in fact. Late day October 09, 2026, PJ Reed made clear his own right to access a telephone as means to contact his own lawyer in an in-patient residential medical care setting in Salem, Oregon, a patently ignorant white man stated the following:
"You have no such right. This is a private facility. We can do things however we want."
This was stated by a man named Anthony, who loves to call himself the CEO of what more than a few call the "worst managed in-patient residential medial care setting" easily imaginable in this day and age. But this white American man's calling himself a CEO is a patent lie, as well. The CEO, in fact, is some woman up in Washington. Yes, the some the on the medical staff in the site live to lie about their own valid qualifications, such as an NP who states that she plays a role as medical doctor. And the aggressiveness of other male's who seem to hold some nature of sway over the others, females and so on, very much speaks to the direction our nation is headed in today, This with regard to both the above mentioned bullshitter who is no kind of CEO, in fact, as well as at least one of the staff SUD counselors, such as a man named Les, who made all too clear his own inability to control his emotions, a joke when one considers the buzz term, stress tolerance, that these boneheaded SUD counselors are sos fond of throwing around.
Lack of insight that extends to flawed mindsets in terms of how to interact with others, taking for granted that the people who have paid for the treatment at stake are not able or, for that matter, have no right to challenge these seemingly in-charge men no matter how bizarre their own behaviors may so happen to be, in fact. This may be a west coast sort of reality, given that only in Oregon have these sort of shit behaviors so readily come to the fore. Patent ignorance as preteens to the merits of established standards of medical care in the US, as well as equally well established enunciation of law and public policy. This Les fellow, for example, served in the US Navy, not as an officer, and it's pretty much common knowledge that these such members of the Navy may tend to a somewhat sleazy; and Les himself characterized his own challenges with alcohol as "chronic relapses."
"You have autonomy because it's your decision."
No person is in a position to deduce another person's actual status specific to autonomy in itself. Just a no abusive person can understand what a victim of abuse experiences. And any person who does not get this is clearly not too bright. It was Les, the SUD counselor, who stated the above when one of own clients raised the topic of autonomy in making their own decisions specific to their own future interests. But the fact is, this man heavily leans on the actual decision making process of how own clients, thus this defensive attitude in insisting that the person themself possesses autonomy.
Given how little control these kind of supposedly clean and sober men have over their own choices and behaviors, one really might ask how clean and sober these people are, in fact. The strengths associated with remaining clean and sober really cannot be taught, which very much speaks to the fallacy of 12-step approaches of both booze and narcotics. The Big Book of AA, for instance, is no more grounded in valid scientific understanding of illness and affection that is the false medical test that all too many of today's American psychiatrists remains so addicted to. Conditioning in both respects, the kind of people who have little sense of what true autonomy is all about, as pertains to the autonomy of the any person's actual identity.
Such ignorance of the civil rights that all American share equally very much extends to the typical American psychiatrist, as per the choice to enter one specific profession that had never proven itself as caring about the rights of its own paying customer-consumers. Virtually all seriously mentally ill Americans who seek in-patient psychiatiric care have health insurance funds provided by one of the other of federal and/or state is not both health insurance monies. While the doctors and other staff who work in state managed mental hospitals in the USA are virtually paid by these same forms of public funding.
Thieves with MDs, no other way to put it, and prejudices about mental illness that came with them from wherever they came, be it raised in such ways here in the US that they were simply not well educate while growing up about the core nation of equality amongst all human beings, nor shared rights as per the established status of all American citizens. All such truth lies in how any person is raised in the society they call their own, and this does extend to the reality that our own choices and behaviors have everything to do with who we are, in fact. as for those psychiatrists who were born, raised and educated into some nature of privilege in foreign nation's such as the Philippines, Pakistan, of India, the risk runs high that not only do these kind of people have little sincere understand of core democratic values nor heartfelt appreciation for neither civil nor human rights.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) councilors in Oregon all too often display highly unlearned mindsets and grossly unprofessional behaviors . They tend to be loosely accredited and in many cases, have little formal education in terms of college, less so, higher quality graduate school learning in reputable university settings. Said differently, these are some of the least intelligent professionals in the US today, utterly unadapted to the vast array of societal and cultural advancements that have served to better advise those American really willing to the relevant work.
Speaking for myself, I have found these SUD counselors in the state of Oregon to be some of the least intelligent 'medical' professionals I have to this met. Comparing these people to the ones who were employed in the first rehab site I ever accesses, New Directions, Tucson, AZ, in 2005, who knew not to vulgar language, and who were not what I can best call "performers". I use this expression for that is how these modern SUD people behave, as though the ones who they are claiming they care so much about had bought tickets to some nature of perverted stage performance. I dealt with one in a North Portland site, The Hope Center, who is employed by the wracked with scandal company "Oasis BHC", a female named Shannon who was glaringly flirtatious with certain of the males there, and who used the "f" word in company with "shit" in all bet every sentence she stated. People like this apparently feel that to fit in with others, such language is cool stuff. No, it's vulgar through and through and has no place in an azure of medical care and treatment, not limited to addiction counseling of any kind. Yes, the director of New Directions, Jason Brown, was highly competent in doing his own job very well, as were his own staff counselors, such as Darryl Norris. It's night and day, dealing with these boneheaded Oregon SUD counselors, and looking back as I can to my experiences in Arizona back in the day.
This Salem based facility and another in North Portland, The Hope Center, mirrors the state of Oregon's very poor reputation specific to public health care, a crisis that has directly fallen upon most vulnerable adults and children. Addicts holding positions relative authority most often act like addicts, while felons holding any such status will likely do the same. This speaks to inevitable conditioning, and such conditioning is omni-present in the philosophies of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous. Here too, just about any reasonably savvy modern American can recognize these such
And, there are non-psychiatrists who work there who breach informed consent, changing psychiatric medication without asking for the own patients to permit this. And, the term "mental rehab" is one aspect of what this site claims, but there is simply no such thing as "mental rehab, and there are those who are in the place are affected and disable dby serious mental illness. Yes, this site in point with with the fact that the state of Oregon is known as having a one worst ratings specific to its public mental health care system. Yes, this is what happen in states such as Oregon, very dangerous people running around lying about this fact. They will learn the hard way to claim such a thing.
Likewise, on basis of the fact that the majority of the patients in this facility receive public monies, such as the Oregon Health Plan, which falls under the federal authority of the public agency Medicaid and Medicare services. Thus disqualifying itself from any claim that that it is a private facility.
There is an Oregon Law, OAR 415-050-179, which as per the express language of this legislative statute's sub clause (4) (c), which has the following express language: "Patients have the right to send and receive personal mail, the right to have family visitors and other members, and the right to access a phone in privacy to call and receive personal phone calls.
In gross violation of this law, the one's running the place imposed a blanket for any patients in the place to use the facilities house phones in privacy.
Likewise, this Salem Recovery Village site is also dealing with endemic shortages in nursing staff, day in and day shortages of staff that very much compromises this facility's who standard of care, and equally comprises the experiences of the paying patient-client. And yet, as per superseding federal law, such shortages in medical staff are not permitted in any nature of in-patient medical care setting. This a core tankard of care that applies to such settings not matter where the medical facility happens to be. This is clearly laid out as per the authority of the Centers for Medication and Medicare Services, wherein it expresses strict protocols and guidelines specific to medical staff and patients.
And like it or not, these people are looking at soon to go into effect CMS investigation, and per the fact that CMS has been contacted, has issues both a case number as well as assigning a Quality Improvement Department advocate-investigator. Likewise, the Salem newspaper, The Statesman Journal has expressed keen interest in this ongoing exposure of The Salem Recovery Village.
And one member of the admistration in this site is a trans person, who seems to have forgotten when these kind of doctors still characterized members of the LGTQ community as depraved criminals until well into the late 1970s.
Fact being, I called CMS when I was in the Montana State Hospital circa fall, 2016, on the same basis, and following a series of CMS investigations, and that state mangled mental hospital was slapped with a CMS generated Notice of Jeopardy specific to its very license of operations. And per my right to advcuate in the interest of all the patent-clients in this faciilty, I again placed a call to CMS in this context. And as of now, CMS has assinged both a reprstnatnive investigator, named Linda Segura, as well as an open care file.
And the conditioned worlds used specific to these very dimwitted SUD counselors, such as the term "distress tolerance;', which one who rocks there named Les lost, when called him out for lying about Oregon law, leading the man to have a true hissy fit, and insists that I was being distrutive, when in fact he was the one being disrurive, very aggrieve behavior, instating that I need to exit the gourd that he was leavding. None of these people are trained as teachers, yet the love call such groups of "classes". Myself, I have taught student in several places, and as such, none of this shit holds any water.
These are people who would be unemployed in such sites, feeding on addicts and alcohols, and very much relying on the conditioning that is associated with AA and NA. People running saying "I love you" when they are likely not terribly loving. in fact. Blaming and shaming is very much what AA is all about, and these kind of people are for the most vert less wise. They need to kind places like for a job. Losers, as I see it, who are likely would have have hard time fining ant other places to work.
The US in crisis today, and explains why there are these kind of people are able to locate such places to work. It's an insult to this writer's intelligence, having not only hard earned high education, and as such, I have no qualms in stating that I am for more sage than the bulk of these kind people, just I have learned the hard way that I am more intelligence than the average American psychiatrists. As I see it, the weakest medical students, who make fools out themselves in when in medical schools, as per several other books I have read in recent months.
True as well, that these are medical doctors who only know to choose to easy way to treat mentally ill persons, such as the lobotomy of old, and the advent of many of today's psychiatric medications, which in effect is all to similar to lobotomies. They are doing what ever they to keep their own patients dumb. They know all to well the reasonably intelligence may call them out for abusing mentally ill American, as per myself, who who twice proven that these kind of doctors rely heavily on punitive reptilians in obvious hope to make us submissive to the them. Yes, I have suffered this shit, on basis of my effort to to do the right thing, to call about American psychiatrists who still remain no less abusive that they were in the past.
On this note, thanks to the current American president, white hate is on a rise. And it's been proven that racism remains all too real specific to today's American psychiatrists. Fact bing fact, this profession embraced the the early American eugenics in the early 20th century, and like it or not, such patterns have continues to dominate the profession for many yesrs. Ego, one Ira Gaddy, who was born into white with in the Deep South, yes, he can hide this shit all he might try, but I can see through it with no difficulty. A man who is really not to damn attractive, thin lipped and alscilly ugly faed, who had no choice but to marry a women from another nation.
Poor 'lil old Ira Gaddy, he can hide in a place like Montana, just as another pig a white male psychiatrist named had to run off to Alaska. They are sleazy ass men, as tight the CMO of the Arizona State Hospital, who last his job in a teaching hospital, on basis of sexually harassing and abusing female residents. They believe that safe haven, watching each others back in the regard, in only normal, as with the manner in which a hospital in Missoula provided safe haven to a psychiatrist who lost his job a state managed mental hospital, which really takes quite a lot.

There shall be no more denying that punitive retaliation remains the hallmark defensive mechanism of the all too many bad acting American psychiatrists running around our nation today. As per many news reports in this context, such as recent reports about about the Oregon State Hospital. Nor that it can take on more than a few forms, such as denial of access to crucially needed care. And as per what the bad acting American psychiatrists pulled on PJ Reed, after those who work there condoned a hate centric false allegation towards him. Yes, this so upset Reed that in just about 5 weeks after those people treated him so vert badly that he attempted suicide by hanging, and one those employed by this hospital, Dr. Jason Molinaro, broke the law and denied him access to crucially needed care. They have all proven themselves as being one more hospital packed with bad acting American psychiatrists. No surprise there, none at all.
This is proven evidence that commodification of all disenfranchised Americans are again being abused by a very corrupt American Psychiatric Association, which is very much in support with the fact that many state managed state managed mental hospitals are being turned in forensics hospital, which is again turning tens and upon tens thousands of mentally ill American onto the American streets. Just as happened in the 1970s, when the failed promise deinstitutilization
These such truths about the American psychiatric profession more than well proves just how selfish these kind of medical professionals still are today. They care not about the degree of risk that serially mentally ill Americans face any time and anywhere they are forced to live on the streets, the very same Americans that these specific kind of doctors have always claimed they care so much about. But any honest survey of the factual history of the profession itself, as does speak to the deeper entrenched prejudices long associated with the repugnant role of The American Psychiatric Association has played over the last century. All known aspects of the public mental hospitals of old, that is, and the unable failure of the APA to ensure that no mentally ill American be victimized by all nor any potentially abusive medical professionals who function in our nation's always dysufntinal public mental health care.
I will now share an experience I had with another seriously mentally ill and disabled young woman who I came to know just a few weeks ago, here in Oregon. She related the fact that she had been in and out of in-patient psychiatry care sites since she was 12 years old. I stated to her when I had the chance, "So, you know a thing or two about our nation's still very dysfunctional public mental health care system", in response to which, she offered me a fist pump. I then stated one word only: "Psychiatrists" , in immediate reponse to which this very savvy woman stated "Motherfuckers." Sound evidence to the effect that today's American psychiatrist is more than willing to abuse mentally ill children just as much as they still do mentally ill adults.
There shall no denying that the Trump administration and the current director of the FBI, Kash Patel, are lying about these overt increases in violence here the in USA. As per breaking news reports today, horrific mass shootings in both Pennsylvania and Oregon. And this chaos is not only leading to lesser intelligent youth, and is contributing to all and any who have little understanding of quality in care. Very frightening to any who can see these truths for what there are and what they imply.
This will be it for now. Clearly, bad acting American psychiatrists are spreading like wildlife, er. uh, like vermin, making their sick minded presence made in seemingly all in-patient psychiatric care settings in the US at time of this writing, and here we know as well, they they abuse at deeply at risk and highly vulnerable mentally ill children, as as well. These perverted behaviors only exacerbate the struggles that mentally ill men, women and kids face on a daily basis. And they are proving that they are just fine with limiting access to care to persons who those mentally ill American who make act violently. These are this most selfish and least trustworthy medical professionals imaginable in this day and age, unchanged behaviors that are 100% consistent with longer history of the profession itself.
And just as clearly, wholly unjust commodification of all disenfranchisement of all American citizens, a glaring repeat of history, when these grossly unethical doctors turned a blind eye when 10s upon 10s of thousands of their own severely mentally ill persons were forced onto the stents of the USA. They are shameless and no less dangerous today than at any point in the past, this with due respect the rights and care needs of all mentally ill human beings.
