NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Readership numbers are on a rise, not quite but almost as steeply as did the first publication I put time and effort into my first human rights activist blog. Yep, that's what they are.

The precise words this sleaze-ball used to justify sexual abuse of female subordinates, prior to when got fired from a teaching hospital, and well before he was provided safe haven to work at the Arizona State Hospital. They do not even get that, the obvious implications of providing safe haven to known abusers of mentally ill American citizens.

Just one more freakshow white male American psychiatrist, one of many. I had Dingle in a tizzy by the time I departed the AZ State Hospital in February, 2012. He would rush past me on the sidewalk, barely glancing at me other than via turning only his very spooked eye balls towards me, for one maybe two brief instances, knowing that I was on verge of expoing the damn place.

Yes, they behave in ways very easy to read. Gullible beyond belief, ignorant to great fault, and utterly untrustworthy.

Montana's public mental health care system is so fucked up that we may as well be talking about Louisiana, or Mississippi, or any bum fuck state in the US.

And just parents who lie to their kids will just easily lie to other adults, parents who do not know their history will raise kids that don't either.

And the only scientists who lie are those dad set on power, such as the physicists who built the first atom bomb in my home state of NM, in Los Alamos, would tell the people in Santa Fe that they were building vacuum cleaners. They even lied to their own wives, which I am willing to bet many while male American psychiatrists do as well, telling them "I am a doctor, and what so you think of that?"

Gaddy, again, likely told his immigrant wife that he was a 'doctor", without mentioning that he is a psychiatrist, in fact. Clearly a man not very good with women, I mean, just look at the photo above. What a stupid man, what stupid men.. and women. And the photo above, again, these kind of people make fools of themselves in medical school, as per the many testimonials to this effect by females who study medicine.

These have no natural emotion, may not have any idea how to grieve their kids who may so happen to die by suicide, as did Jen Tandy, the daughter of a Phoenix area psychiatrist. Poor sap has maintained one of those rather lame on line "memory" pages.

Normal people don't do that, by the way. Nope, they are abnormal human beings who lie ever to themselves, who likely couldn't handle the possible demands of being other kinds of medical doctors. Dr. Jason Molinaro sure couldn't, a failed surgeon who found safe haven in psychiatry. They are the losers who manage to somehow get into and out of medical school. Likely with way too much parental assistance.

Got to wonder how many them were scholarship supported medical students, Hard to say, but I am willing to award a learned guess. Yep, scholarships of pretty much for the best and the brightest, and none of these people are terribly bright. Only dumbasses would think they can get away with absing their own patients, that is, just as it is socially stupid to not understand the history of civil rights in the US. They are misfits who likely couldn't find their way out a paper bag short of being guided in some of another fashion.

Yes, they remain the socially inept.

Poor poor 'lil 'ol American psychiatrst.

Yes, Oppenheimer was a freakshow egocentric white male American physicist who needed to believe in his greatness, but only winding up responsible for killing hundreds of 1000s of innocent people; just as the common American psychiatrist needs to feel he or she is great, while only winding up as abusers of their own patients, particularly the white ones, and causing an un- knowable number of otherwise preventable deaths.

Few locals believed that story about making vacuums, of course, just as few people today do not see the contemporary American as real doctors. Suspicious, that is, not dedicated to anyone other than themselves. They sneak around hiding secrets, and while nothing about what they do is 'top-secret', in fact, they nonetheless tend to hole well away from the general public. Fearing, of course, that some will see them for who they are.

And yes, they are all white men and women who abused the hell out of the locals, from the American=Indians to the Hispanics.

What reasonably sage people know is that keeping secrets from the American people rarely works out well, and these doctors have been keeping secret this false medical text for so many long years that even they likely believe in it today. They are not forward thinking, have zero vision, and have not one thing to prove themselves.

Nope, they are lodged like stones in a riverbed, while the water flows around them. They have sat on their asses while progress occurs, and have no idea how to change their own behaviors. These are not the kind of people we should allow to care for our mentally ill American citizens. Never have been that, as per the known history of the profession here in these United States. History that does not lie will in time serve to take them down.

And so far as they are concerned, it is just fine to act so very badly. Taught to believe such shit, they are the least knowledgeable American doctors out there.

And just a couple more examples of how messed up in the head these kind of doctors still are today, no different for the not so long ago past, or the very lon ago past. They are holdouts from the darkness of 19th century, no better informed as to American culture and the values and principles that we all should dear, than they were back when... whenever.

Gutless and shameless, dishonest and near wholly untrustworthy, but the ver rare few today. Or, conversely, those who have not only there MD, but Phds. in the neurological sciences, who know that that "mind" is mere concept, and that the brain is an organ.

Oh, I never pay attention to the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Ira Gaddy. 2019,

On both counts these supposedly trustworthy American psychiatrists proves just how little they care about the rule of law, nor the authority of the entity that oversees them and their behaviors.

Oversees my ass. The American Psychiatric Association has been enabling bad acting American psychiatrists for just as long as it has been recognized as medical organization. Gaddy can defer for the authority of the APA all he wants, for all he is doing is proving his dislike of authority. Holden, meanwhile, was attempting to come off as some sort of a progressive, when in fact she cares not for rules that serve the interests of all Americans equally.

Same thing, Patel #2, cajoling me recognizing the authority of law and the rules that apply in state managed mental hospitals. This cat was present and accounted for during that period when I was actively exposing the hospital where at the time worked. And boy, the hate in his eyes when he spotted me sitting in public, at a table in a Missoula park very close to where I lived at the time.

They certainly are frightening people, but they havenever scared me. I did not bow down to their submission when they subjected to unitive retaliation, and I sure the fuck am not about a run away from them today. They are shit people who desire to be held fully accountable for the many otherwise preventable harms they have caused over the last 60-75 years, and still counting.

Yes, indeed, Oregon Disability Rights (ODR) does damn good work in the interest of mentally ill Oregon citizens. And as per the reality that American psychiatrists who work in most any state managed metnal hospital still make their own patients targets of patently unlawful and gravely inhumane abuses.

From the Pink Floyd album Aninals, and the sang "Dogs." And very telling about the nature of human character and humans who act like dogs on the hunt. I used to sit with my high school pal Craig Y., in his yellow VW bug, listening to this album on the east side of Albuqueue, as we smoked weed. Craig went on become an air traffic controller at the Boston, MA, International Airport, while I managed to kick ass in college in my own right.

Proving in my own right that mentally ill people are very capable of such achievements. On point with Dr. Mark Vonnegut, and so many other mentally ill people who bear reasonably high intelligence. I am no longer the newby that I was in 2010, nope, I have busted two of these fucked state managed hospitals, and know all too well that very few American psychairist can be trusted in the roles that they play.

Even today, this shit still goes on. 2026, no different from 1954, nor any other point in American history. These people have never seen mentally ill persons as human beings, they are not able to see all persons in this way. They are no better than the common white racist, nor any better than the slaveowners of old.

They are the crazy ones, they are the ones who feel that civil rights are reserved for only some Americans, and they are the ones who still abuse the people who come to them in trust. They are worst of worst medical professionals, but to them, they are inherently competent. Wrong, no competent medical doctor would ever rely upon a false medical text, just as no real scientist would ever accept statistical deduction and analysis in seeking proven evidence.

They come in having little idea of the history that is their own and their's only. Bonding with the American Nazi Party in the early 20th century, and supporting eugenics in the same period They were not ones who opposed this shit, nope, they have been doing horrible things for as long as they have existed in these United States.

This is not about the VA, as Dr. Ira Gaddy once premised. It is limited today to state mental hospitals only. These bad acting American psychiatrists can be found in the vast majority of in-patient care settings. And I have proven as much, as per my efforts since 2012.

This is the new trend, lawsuits in the interest of mentally ill Americans who suffer abuse from these kind of doctors. I am content in my own status here in Oregon at this time. I have served as a consultant to many of their actions against the Oregon State Mental Hospital, and am today working with an ODR attorney who is going after the Eugene Peace Hospital's ER, on basis of turning away persons such as myself when in crisis.

"Harm and death" associated with bad acting American psychiatrists, which was surely preventable. This too is a bottom line reality when it comes to American psychiatry, otherwise preventable harms not limited to deaths, all on basis of relying upon a patently false medical text.

As per the DSM being used for so many years, the APA and its collective membership have been lying to the American people for just as long as the accursed DSM has been in use. They know not fucking about mental illness, having grahically misdiagnosed mental illness for just as long as the American psychiatrist has been in existence.

They are patently untrustworthy, have no interest in the rights and care needs of mentally ill American citizens. Proven as per the horror show hospitals of old, wherein patients were treated like animals, and wherein these doctors became entirely too comfortable with persons who cannot speak for themselves.

They not only benefit from public ignorance specific to mentally ill American citizens, but have been willful in furthering this nature of ignorance. KNowing that, were the American people better informed about mental illness, they would never stand idly by in the fact of this form of medical wrongdoing.

Shame has no bounds, and these doctors will in time bring a cloud of shame upon the American medical establishment. They are shameless and unable to understand such reality, have been lying to and manipulating public awareness about mental illness of just as long as these kind of doctors have been trusted to care for mentally ill Americans.

My own efforts to address bad acting American psychiatrists very much includes my having brought about long past due accountability specific to two state managed mental hospitals, where American psychiatrists willfully abuse the civil and human rights of their own patients. Targeting us as means to satisfy their own twisted mindsets.

I have seen and I have heard it all from these American psychiatrists, from the otherwise preventable death of April Mott in late summer 2011 (and the involved psychiatrists all got away with it), to the preventable suicide of my friend Shane Pelletier; I have witnessed them acting as though they are certified crime investigators, and have my own right to due process violated by these fuckers.

The Portland site of Peace Hospital was sued for goddamn good reason, falling in its duty to provide esatabhsed medical standards specific to mentally ill Oregon citizens. As was the Providence Legacy chain of for profit hospitals. Those ass wipes who work in the Missoula, MT, Providence Hospital site are very fucking lucky that they are not part of this chain of their hospitals in Oregon and Washington. And the Eugene Peace Hospital is being sued for equally damn good reason. One kind of doctor, and the underlings who kiss their asses, the 'mental health professionals' in tight relationship with the common LCSW who works in public mental health care.

These people are not medical professionals, in fact. That have no real medical training at all, and as such, are breaking patient privacy each and every time they access patient PSI. Just as these psychiatrists are not valid medical doctors, on basis of heavy dependence upon a false medical text. This is the type of person we are talking about herein, utterly unqualified to care for mentally ill American citizens. They have no respect at all for our civil and human rights, and carry on though they are entitled to such prejudice.

But Montana Disability Rights continues to do good work as well, and I have advised them of my own concerns about this Miaaoula hospital, not limited to the fact that Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital somehow saw wisdom in hiring a very abusive American psychiatrist who lost his job at the Montana State Hospital on basis of his known abusive mannerisms. Like it or not, Wang had accrued a fat file of patient complaints with Montana Disability rights be the time he was fired from the MSH in fall, 2016.

Matters not one whit that the equally corrupt MT DPHHS provided Wang a quiet resignation, clearly not wanting to admit that they would have hired a man like Wang in the first place. It's state wide in Montana, and those American psychiatrists working for Providence-St. Pats, not limited to Wang, are just as dangerous as any other bad acting American psychiatrists.

For the record, the acute "NBMI" psychiatric care setting's manager, Jeremy Williams, was the main player in this hiring of a very abusive American psychiatrist. But believe me when I say that I had shared my horrible experiences with Dr. Colby Wang with the psychiatrists who do work for this Missoula hospital. They bear knowledge of bad acting American pychiatirsts, and as such, they are no less up to the task of caring for highly vulnerable human beings than are any other of these kind of 'doctors.'

They know, as stated, that American psychiatrists in state managed mental hospital still make their own patients targets of abuse, in that they are very aware of my success in bringing about long past due federal oversight and intervention to both the Arizona State Hospital in 2012-15, and the Montana State Hospital in 2016-17.

But do they give a shit? Of course they don't. To do that much would open them up for further investigation of their own fucked up behaviors, or worse yet, create a sense of guilt for being so fucked up in the head. They defend against progress, fear change for they are cowardly and spineless.

Mentally ill Americans by and large are far more ethical than are the very people they are supposed to trust. I have proven how badly they act, and I know the broader truths about these kind of people, these kind of 'doctors.'

To hell with any doctor willing to trod all over the civil and human rights of their own patients, which the American psychiatrist is 'best' at. They have been getting away with abusing mentally ill American citizens for as long as they have had a place in publoc mental health care here in the US.

This is not about the VA, as Gaddy sought to say to me. it is about our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system, ergo, far from limited to state mental hospitals only. These bad acting American psychiatrists can be found in the vast majority of in-patient care settings. And I have proven as much, as per my efforts since 2012.

Gaddy cared not for the false accusation towards me when I was on Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, over a five day period, December 24-29, 2019, He proved himself to me as being a very dishonest American psychiatrist.

I well recall sitting in Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital o/p seeing, when two very concerned parents sought help for their very at risk son.

And Gaddy rushed out of his office and intervened with this shit, not giving a rat's ass about those two parents, nor their child. He is not one any mentally ill American can trust, he is just as bad acting as the ret of them.

Too bad, you corn pone Mississippi raised American psychiatrist.

Those who cannot see these nature of human dynamics as pertains to how we see and treat one another in these United States, they are the same troublemakers of old, wearing slightly toned down garb, putting on false appearances of caring, yet acting much like they always have. They cannot see this in themselves, are those kind of people. And this will in time land on them like a falling piano.

Yes, the nation is turning into a police state, which I am willing to bet pleases the common American psychiatrist, as means to better get away with all the shit they are known for. It's a never before seen crisis, and this extends to the nation's horrific mental health/illness crisis.

As stated in prior essay-articles published herein: "Is there a fucking doctor in the house?"

And like it or not, many Americans see Catholicism as the 'evil' religion.

Given the prfoundly negative impacts of Catholic intervention in the Rio Grande Valley, in my home state of New Mexico, I have no difficulty understanding a perspective of this nature. While my Hispanic pals who are Catholic in New Mexico are all pretty stand up people. None of this talking in the same precise manner that abusers of vulnerable persons speak.

Personally, I have respect not for the Roman-ized aspect of the Catholic Church, but rather for the spirit of Irish Catholics, such as my own first gentian Irish-American grandmother, who once volunteered at the Cook County, ILL, insane asylum. The things she witnessed in the shit hole disturbed her until the very day she died, in October, 1990.

And the late Sinead O'Conner also suffered horrible abuse by Catholic priests in her now right. This is factual history, no different from the history of American psychiatry. Ugly ass people doing ugly ass shit to lesser empowered human beings.

While we have the white Catholic psychiatric physician's assistant woman working on the acute "NBMI" psychiatric unit at Providence-St. Patrick's, who heavily relied upon the same precise language that abusers of vulnerable persons depend on as means to get with their shit. These are all very dangerous American citizens, as per that which no person can deny, in fact.

Yep, those kind of white or wannabe white American citizen who just so happen to be psychiatrists. They feel they did signing in such a way that they should give a crap about a person's limited income, and so on. They run away to places like Montana where they reckon nobody is watching them,

White people lying just for the hell of it. Think of Monica Lewinsky.... Think of Dr. Stephen Dingle.... Think of the fuller history of American psychiatry. Not one thing in it that aggees with American values nor principles.

They are all one kind of person. And for what it is worth, parents who lie to their own kids, well, clearly they would be willing to lie to other adults. It begins with how we are raised, and winds up being the kind of person we are.

Period.

I do not give rats ass about what other people might call them. These are some very vile people, they have taken advantage of having higher education, and yet, acting as though they are entitled to treat their own patients as bad people. That's good enough to them, treating us as though we are far more dangerous than them and people like them.

No, dangerous medical care practices, acting just as badly as these people behaved in the past. The oft mentioned 'horror show hospitals of old' were still functioning in this writer's lifetime.

Ergo, my current response to Gaddy's meandering thoughts "You are about 15 years older than I. Things have raelly changed, haven't they?") Yeah, that's right youngster, they sure have. Such as the fact that the nation is experiencing a never before seen mental health crisis."

This applies to, to the dumbass psychiatric physician's assistant who recently had the gall to say to me, "Things are not the same as they were 40 years ago."

Of course things "really change". Just not the bad behaviors of all too many shit people in the US. It's our bane, for sure, but that does mean one has to accept it. I sure as hell don't.

These are not intelligent American citizens. They have little grasp of American history, not limited to the Civil Rights movement and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (also in my lifetime.) And while I am on it, The Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990/2008, in that these kind of people cannot connect the relevant dots, and the fact that many of their own patients are disabled by serious mental ill.

Each act of abuse, from the more graphic to th the more subtle, are distinct breaches of these Acts of the US Congress. They somehow feel that these standards of law and public policy do not apply to them, and feel it is okay to abuse the rights of their own patients. This, despite being well educated. That speaks to something very sinister, in my mind. Who in fuck told these people that it is ok to treat others so badly?

Right along with how many hospitals in Oregon stereotype mentally ill persons, such as the downtown Eugene BHU unit of Peace Hospital, so do all too many movies today. In this facility, they make a point of having large male security gang up on all who come in regardless of how actual threat they may pose. It's ludicrous on its face, and the 'head' doctor there, well, he did not even study psychiatry. The asswipe is an osteopath, for crying out loud.

All too many of these kind of 'doctors' failed in other areas of medicine, not limited to Dr. Jason "Rocco" Molinaro, a pea-head of man who once equated reading books as all that's needed for a person to be healthy. And who did turn me away from the ER where he is employed, after I had presented myself in good faith, following a serried suicide attempt.

As though mentally ill people are more dangerous than the general public, who pose far more risk to mentally persons on the streets. And there are so many people working in public mental health care who have no form of upper education, and are- ergo- just as dangerous as the general public.

I was physically attacked by an abusive staff technician when I was hospitalized in the Arizona State Hospital. A person with no level of college learning, a member of the general public who found safe haven to beat up on vulnerable persons.

Safe haven defines the manner in which these kind of doctors watch each others backs. Wang, hired to work at Providence-St. Patrick's, in defiance of the fact that he lost his jog at the Montana State Hospital on basis of his own abusive mannerisms.

Safe haven for shit people to behave like criminals. Only people of lesser character would ever behave in this manner.

And yet, when I took action to have that person wh attacked me, to respond to the police who I called about this matter, those cops acted in complicity with hospital administrators, telling me that I had been characterized as a pathological liar by ASH security guards. The same who stated to me, "It's not a good idea to make any waves around here." And even that took way too much trouble. One Dr. Pervaiz Akhter directly interfered in my due process rights, trying to persuade me not call the police in this matter.

Lawyer Craig Fitch, who works, or did once work at the Montana State Hospital, stated this in regards to my having lawfully filed two justified MT DPHHS patient-consumer grievance documents about Wang's abusive mannerisms: "Maybe now you will twice before you complain about our doctors." Fitch stated this with very specific regard to the fact that Wang had subjected me to patiently unlawful and gravely inhumane punitive retaliation.

They really are all one kind of American citizen, the worst of the worst, in this writer's reasonably learned opinion.

There is really no telling what these kind of doctors might try to pull on their own patients. They go to great length to suppress the patient voice, as with my own. They have made clear that no person has any right to criticize them and their own bad behaviors, and they will go to great lengths as means to suppress the patient voice. They exercise punitive retaliation as means to cow their patients in submission.

I refuse to submit myself to these bad acting American psychiatrists. They are the one thing that has most held mentally ill Americans back, them and the patently invalid medical text that they've long relied upon as seemingly valid means to generate inaccurate diagnoses of serious mental illness.

Telling us that they do not understand mental illness, in fact. No wonder they choose to act so badly, not understanding the vulnerability of their own patients, not caring about the fact that we all remain at high risk of psychiatric abuse. These facts are not of my own making, nope, this is common knowledge reality that does pertain to serious mental illness.

That is not how any doctor should behave. But to them, the mentally deserving to be treated like this. They feel that we have no rights, not human nor civil rights, and this too speaks to just how dangerous they really are, in fact.

Yes, these aspects of public mental health care in the US today are only furthering distrust of mentally ill Americans. And to take into account, as well, how very dangerous many American psychiatrists, who have no respect for the civil or human rights of mentally ill American citizens. They are every bit as fucked up as many people in the general public, lying and manipulating the truth at every whim.

I have seen the worst in people, not limited to an 85 year pedophile I very briefly lived with in Klamath Falls, OR, as well as the many bad acting white male psychiatrists running around the US today. America's ugliest citizens.

Aa such, they insult American values and principles with each act of abuse towards mentally ill Americans. I am a reasonably responsible American citizen, and this very much extends to not looking down on any other American citizens. They all share in the patterns specific to ba acting American psychiatrists.

As I see it, given the these are licensed medical doctors, I am willing to call them domestic terrorists, solely on basis of insulting American values and principles. There is no excuse for any American citizen to behave so badly, particulary when it comes to highly at risk and very vulnerable human beings.

And yes, I know all too well that many American psychiatrists working in state managed facilities make targets of their own patients, subjecting us to patiently unlawful and inhumane abuses of our rights. That they are American citizens makes me sick, for no American citizen has any right to treat mentally ill people so badly.

Where in hell do these kind of people get off? Who in the hell told them that mentally ill people should expect to be abused? Or conversely speaking, to take for granted that nobody cares for the mentally ill. It's astounding to me personally, that even in this day and age, so many of these kind doctors behave no better than their predecessors, and as such, still pose grave danger towards mentally ill Americans.

Now, given the reality, the there is no way of knowing how otherwise preventable deaths have been caused by thsse kind of doctors, what is the appropriate thing to call them. Serial killers? Sociopaths?

They have been getting away with using a false medical text for no less than the last 60-75 years. This has been discussed herein far more than once and for some number of years now. They care not about valid scientific methods, they only care about preserving their own past history. It's disgusting that these kind of doctors still act just as badly as those who were their predecessors, as already stated.

They will declare than there in no comparison, but what the fuck, they still act badly today. Clearly to them, they still justify their own behaviors, and yet, I know that all too many of these doctors still treat mentally ill Americans like as though we not from the US. They act as though they are in third world nations, and many actually do come from third world nations, in fact.

This alone begs attention. These are people from places where democracy is a pipe dream, and where there are no civil or human rights. Only in this field will the American people find such bad acting psychiatrists. And I feel that some of them, several of whom I have bumped heads with, enjoy abusing at risk and vulnerable human beings.

Yes, a man like Dr. Colby Wang, who made a point of treating me like shit when he was my doctor at the Montana State Hospital. And I am certain that Wang is a sociopathic freak who enjoys reading books about people like King Leopold, who slaughtered millions persons in Africa. And I know, as well, that Wang stole a book about Kind Leopold from the patient library in that hospital.

Stealing is a crime, no matter how else it is looked at. And as such, clearly this Wang motherfucker has a criminal mindset. And he certainly is not alone, given the many scandals about American psychiatrists in the mainstream news source, selling pills, extorting insurance money, and on the list goes, and clearly possessing criminal mindsets.

They have gotten all too used with due accountability. I know that April Mott, a beautiful young Phoenix, woman would still be alive today had only the psychiatrists at the Arizona State Hospital dishonored the Tarrasoff Act, which requires people working in public mental to report threats towards the public. To them, even the public deserves to suffer from these kind of doctors.

This is nothing short of criminally minded persons. But to hear the lying of these doctors, that too would add up immoral persons. Liars and thieves, who care not whit about their own patients. They have proven to me in all too many cases of just how dirty they are. I have seen and heard it all, utterly weak justifications for how they behave, and patently unlawful abuses of their own patients.

I would not say one thing about these kind of doctors had they not acted so badly in my own company. I have spent some 3.25 years around these kind doctors, and I know all too well how little they care about the rights of their own patients.
