…..For way too long, the health care system has openly discriminated against Americans with behavioral health problems,” Sebelius said in a telephone conference call with reporters.
For what it is worth, this woman is the highest ranking authority in the United States when it comes to any/all public health care facilities, including the Arizona State Hospital. All things in good time.
