One Example of Filth II. Herein, a revisit to a story that illustrates the worst elements in human culture. ROGER JAMES FORNEY. A (former) security guard at The Arizona State Hospital.
The following is public record, available on-line via Maricopa County, Arizona', judicial website. And as the readily available legal record of this particularly depraved individual shows, Forney pled guilty and was prosecuted as a pedophile in 2010, well before this most recent body of evidence about him emerged (2012). Which is to say, well beyond deniability, that at least one ASH security guard with a heinous criminal record was allowed to continue working at ASH for at least 18 months after orignaly being exposed in Maricopa Criminal Court as the pervert that he is. 10/21/10 Pled guilty As Charged.
As usual, and as always, I am happy to clarify that there are good staff at ASH- And Yes They Know Who They Are- including several members of ASH security staff who became sincere friends during my 13 months of time at ASH. Even they, at the time that I was a patient there, acknowledged and very much disagreed with some extent of the wrongdoing that I was already dedicated- as a man- to reporting, always on behalf of both ASH patients, as well as staff. This Forney character was a rogue, at best, who basically made a fool of himself at a number of points in time right in front a minority of "good staff" at ASH, and yet he remained a full time staff member for the entirety of my time there, as though nothing is amiss. (Point In Fact: Only today do I realize the extent of this one particular staff member's profanely warped character, which 100% confirms my concerns about some proportion of ASH staff at this time). And yes, several of those security staff who came to trust me as a good faith advocate specific to the welfare of any person subjected to ASH's administration's unlawful mismanagement of the ASH operation, in general, have since my discharge contacted me in order to support my work. This is particularly crucial in terms of the massive security staff firings that short time ASH Supervisor Cory Nelson is responsible for at this time, which have been proven to escalate the violence at ASH since fall, 2012, to the detriment of staff and patients alike; this as per major media exposures, wherein Nelson patently lied about the statistics applicable to the matter. (I have shared some these communications from security staff in past articles.)
