It's crazy. And no pun intended. I honestly have no idea who is behind this website, and really do not visit it too often. But as the following postings to the site itself illustrate, there are serious concerns about ASH that even staff are willing to report, in spite of knowing that their job security is put at risk due the willingness of ASH administrators to violate the rights of such staff, who are only doing the right thing when they do, in fact, report such issues. I encourage anybody and everybody to visit the "crazycorycorner" website in their right. My comments about the following staff reports (A-C) are below.

My concern is for the patients who are being reintergrated into society from the ACPTC part of ASH. There are those who are being punished because of someone elses actions by Mr Nelson. He has crossed a fine line by bounds with this punitive action. This is a treatment center not punishment for these men. You do not make someone go out in full shackles for 3 que exposure outings and not have that considered punitive. The worst part is ASH gets away with this illegal activity claiming "treatment purposes" Once that "treatment purpose" is used the state hired attorney's don't do a damn thing. There has to be something done to stop Mr. Nelson's use of extreme punishments for these men.

ASH - I have witnessed Abuses on Patients and Employees. This is perpetrated mainly By OLDER Employees - who have worked at ASH 5-20 years. These OLDER employees are only at ASH for a (1) Paycheck (2) They all making sure that they will receive Retirement Benefits after 10-20 years of service - this includes a portion >50% of their base Salary for the rest of their LIfe. In order to receive this Free Money -- These OLDER employees have to Discharge, ignore, and outright prevent PATIENT and EMPLOYEE COMPLAINTS against themselves by stating the Patient is Psychotic or the Employee is obviously NOT WORKING. and then get the Patient or Employee moved to another Less Desirable Unit - like Cottonwood. These Employees have Formed Personal Relationships with aggressive patients like MW - and then Direct Him using -- Codewords, Nonverbal Cues, and incentives like extra privileges or women (nurses bumping up on him) -- to attack certain Employees, Nurses, Techs, and YES OTHER PATIENTS. MW is Rewarded by these Nurses and Techs with extra privileges, food/snacks, and possibly even by over looking Drugs like Spice, Bath Salts, Crushed Medications, etc. the Older Employees LET come into the units. Lastle PATIENT COMPLAINTS are not taken seriously UNLESS its against a NEW Employee - The OLDER EMPLOYEES are trying to Rid of. These older employees have a little Gang and they all meet after work at certain places, homes, and bars. The policies of ASH and obviously the LAWS of the State of Arizona regarding patients and employment do not apply to them because they can just gang up on you and lie about it. They Confidentiality and HIPPA to act like they protecting your rights when they are really using confidentiality to cover up what they are doing. The Investigators at ASH are also on Salary and Will not blow the whistle in fear of getting fired. They won't eve investigate a legitimate Complaint -- They are only there to cover the complaint up and act like they looked into it. EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION -& NEPOTISM - They are hiring their cousins, relatives, and friends and setting them up with large Salaries -- job performance standards do not apply for these people. Many of these OLDER Employees are in their 50's and 60's and would not even pass a Physical Examination to do the Job. Most of these OLD EMPLOYEES are WHITE, Caucasians -- they are literally Rednecks -- Small Town FOlk - and then there are those who are light skinned ""Mexican and White"", and, then they hired a couple Blacks and Mexicans to make it all LOOK GOOD! The blacks and Mexicans are Expendable and have a very High Turnover Rate. The Older White Rednecks with their small town racist mentality always survive the CUT -- The only way they can survive cut is apply ASH policies in a racially biased manner AND Ignore and prevent any Complaints against them from PATIENTS. No compliants made against these people are taken seriously.

My responses to these reports:
A) "My concern is for the patients…who are being reintergrated into society from the ACPTC part of ASH…"
Yes. There is definitely a presence of punitive attitude underlying the manner in which many ASH clinicians carry on their practices. Herein the fact that Cory Nelson's formal professional experience flows from history in the South Dakota corrections system, and my contention that he needs to be held accountable as per all/any applicable law and policy, and the simple fat that ASH psychiatrist Pervaiz Akhter. expressed incomprehension of the fact that my status as an ASH patient had nothing to do with criminal misconduct ("Are you really not a felon…?) And I could not agree more with this writer's statement about Joel Rudd, who has been the acting ASH attorney for many, many years. He has engaged in condoning and outright supporting the wrongdoing at ASH as a representative of the Arizona Office of the Attorney General, which is arguably the most powerful law firm in the state. And as I have stated many times already, these people engage in violating all aspects any ASH patients rights on the basis of these patients being seriously mentally ill and disabled. Patent discrimination in all sense.
B) ASH - I have witnessed Abuses on Patients and Employees…..
Thank you, thank you, and thank you again, for taking the risk of being treated like a villain, simply because of feeling the need to speak out about the horrifically substandard health care practices at ASH. I mean that. I also apologize for not having come upon (YOUR) this person's posting long before now. Herein, I find the testimony of this ASH staff person's as most clearly powerful and obviously legitimate evidence to the effect that at ASH, some proportion of staff are engaged in deeply inhumane, criminally unjust, and outright sickening misbehavior (and I contend that these Rat Bastards are the majority at ASH, most specifically in terms of seniority). Each and every detail offered in this posting is 100% valid, and I can attest to that. Hands down. From the overtly selfish misbehavior of ASH's "war horse" nursing staff, the majority of whom were (and are still) willing to participate in highly questionable mistreatment of ASH patients, up to 25-35 years ago ("These OLDER employees have to Discharge, ignore, and outright prevent PATIENT and EMPLOYEE COMPLAINTS against themselves by stating the Patient is Psychotic or the Employee is obviously NOT WORKING. and then get the Patient or Employee moved to another Less Desirable Unit - like Cottonwood…").; and the clandestine/cloak-and-dagger inner sanctum of those ASH staff who do whatever they can to preserve the depraved status quo that only the worst staff at ASH benefit from (these Employees have Formed Personal Relationships with aggressive patients like MW - and then Direct Him using -- Codewords, Nonverbal Cues, and incentives like extra privileges or women (nurses bumping up on him) -- to attack certain Employees, Nurses, Techs, and YES OTHER PATIENTS. MW is Rewarded by these Nurses and Techs with extra privileges, food/snacks, and possibly even by over looking Drugs like Spice, Bath Salts, Crushed Medications, etc. the Older Employees LET come into the units…These older employees have a little Gang and they all meet after work at certain places, homes, and bars). And as, perhaps most importantly, the reported details specific to the criminal misconduct of the Hospital's administrative staff, including staff "investigators" who are basically at risk of being fired if they are willing to abide by actual ASH rules, state and federal law, and so on (The policies of ASH and obviously the LAWS of the State of Arizona regarding patients and employment do not apply to them because they can just gang up on you and lie about it. The Confidentiality and HIPPA, to act like they protecting your rights when they are really using confidentiality to cover up what they are doing. The Investigators at ASH are also on Salary and Will not blow the whistle in fear of getting fired. They won't eve investigate a legitimate Complaint -- They are only there to cover the complaint up and act like they looked into it.) I can attest to this last point, as per the presence of VICKY FOX, an ASH-State investigator who was indeed fired for giving my concerns due attention, as I attempted to abide by specific protocol in terms of how to go about reporting the abuses that I witnessed and experienced at ASH. Likewise, I have no idea what happened to former ASH Patient Advocate, Sonya Serda, who did as a matter of fact cooperate with ignoring my reports as the merits of my efforts find ground- she was in time relieved her duties, as well, and I feel safe in presuming that her loss of employment at ASH has everything to do with the grossly unlawful abuses on administrative authority at ASH. It is all really pretty clear, at least to me, with my formal understanding of systematic corruption and related wrongdoing whenever it comes to the needs of any state or nation's most at risk and vulnerable citizens.
C) I haven't even read or even thought to look at complaints because honestly if I was a former patient I would leave. And never look back. Ever….
I find this statement touching, in the sense that, yes, I and any other person- mentally ill or not- would do well to have nothing altogether to do with the substandard conditions at ASH. I understand this writer's sentiment, and only wish I had such convenience, as it were, in terms of boing able to "never look back…". But then again, I am content with the sense of duty that has, to date, compelled me to remain on track with exposing the wrongdoing that I know, as per my very real experience, directly detriments the needs and flow of treatment there, at ASH. At the expense of ASH and pateints alike. ASH, where all staff, regardless of their status or sense of morals, are effectively forced to go along with the grossly unlawful conduct of senior clinical staff, with the full support of ASH administrators, and highly authorized department of heath officials, such as Will Humble.

If you welcome comments, why do you delete them before people have a chance to read them? I guess that would only matter if anyone actually read this garbage. In my experience, most people with personality disorders get defensive instead of listening to what people have to say & instantly begin justifying their behavior by blaming others. Sound familiar? Its easy to call out people by name knowing they can't respond because of hipaa rights, or you probably would have been called out. I would b quick to call u the chicken. Time to take a long hard look at yourself. There is only one cure for being an asshole & the state is not allowed to help u with that. This is the last time i read your blog. If anyone reads this before it is erased, know that this is typical behavior for someone who cannot take responsibility for the situation they are in. Time to act like a man & take responsibility.
ReplyDeleteI ageee. You sound like you still need help. Resentment only hurts you, not the people you resent. Maybe you should focus on your "recovery". Btw, i don't think anyone thinks your intelligent because you write "a good paragraph". You've proven your immaturity for months now!
DeleteAbout time people called out this douchebag. He seems to have no problem calling people names & blaming. Sounds like people have been calling him out for months, but paolo just erases it. Get a life dude! You don't sound mentally ill, just angry & bitter.
DeletePeople don't go to the state hospital for depression. Why were you really there? Sounds like anti social or borderline personality disorder. I have bpd and was treated at ash, but i used my time positively. Maybe if you had done the same you wouldn't have been thete for two years. You must've stayed voluntarily if you were there that long or you were admitted for a crime. It couldn't have been that bad if you stayed by choice & if you were there for a crime, what are you complaining about? I got great care there and moved on with my life after...maybe you should do the same. Thanks ash!
DeleteI cannot believe you are defending the patients at acptc. They are convicted sex predators. Clearly you don't have children, which may be a good thing for society & the gene pool in general by the sounds of it. I am sad i stumbled upon this through google.
ReplyDeleteI am loving the comments! I check out this blog whenever i need a good laugh! I cannot believe you were there voluntarily after all the whining you%ve done about "mistreatment" etc. I also like the comment about hipaa. Your rights are protected while you call out staff by name, pretty "chicken shit" yourself. Its real easy pointing your finger knowing that no one will ever be able to confront you. ll check in again in a week when i need another good laugh. Keep the comments coming!
ReplyDeleteDisagreement, even outright foment. But not one shred of evidence proving any falsehood to the core of data now shared between the author of this blog, various media outlets, and so on. And not until the most recent of these specific attacks has the author deleted any feedback. And as has been stated, why not step up to the late without wearing a mask, if you in fact posses a sound basis to your criticism.
ReplyDeletePoint in fact. The above testimonial data (A-C) was shared by persons who work at ASH, in fact. Therein, data, in fact. Not opinion, or other like word speak. I encourage and/or welcome anyone able to establish untruthfulness in terms of these staff persons to bring it to the table. If any claims of such untruthfulness is valid, it will not be hard to prove. But can you, in fact? Likewise, to declare that "nobody goes to the state hospital for depression (sic)" just confirms the ignorance of these comments. MDD and related suicidal ideation affects any number of ASH patients, many of whom have been there for many years; and as I have stated, my diagnosis as per my history, etc., is far from uncommon in the halls of psychiatry and related mental health care. But even herein, go ahead and feel free to share any data in support of challenging what I am willing to identify as ignorance. What's holding you all back? Thank you, and I hope that you are all doing well, in fact.
