Even in this day and age, 2026, the vast majority of today's American psychiatrists continue to trod all over the civil and human rights of their own patients, little different from any point in the past.
And as such, they remain patently ignorant specific to the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1900, and its revised edition of 2008. And with as the very brave white men and women who stood up against the continued lynchings of black well into the 29th century, I stand up again st ongoing discrimination against persons who like myself struggle with serious mental illness.
While is to say I have no more patience whatsoever with people today who continue to violate the civil rights of mentally ill Americans than I did when I was first diagnosed with mental illness in 2010, after having dealt with undiagnosed and untreated depression since I was a boy. And as I have made clear more than once, they are all one kind of person, who remain entrenched in their own fucking traditions.
I met another seriously mentally ill man in Flagstaff, AZ, in fall 2025, who was sharing time with me in The Flagstaff Medical Center's BHU, who quite poignantly referred to his own experiences over the course of his own, specific to being diagnosed with serious mental illness as "nothing but dumb luck." A very enlightening comment, indeed, that reflects directly upon the many ignorant people who work in our nation's never up to snuff public mental health care system, wherein psychiatrists - the point specific medical doctors in context- exercise the primary voice of authority.
Ignorance is the stuff that has long been catalyst to out nation's worst problems.
Period.
Notes on public discrimination towards person affected by mental illness:
Arguably more shocking than not, African American men today who share in patent ignorance specific to men and women who like myself are affected by seroiud mental illness. In that, there was that time- and it's incongruous at best to claim that this is limited to the past- when on basis of skin color, black or red or whatever the fuck, many others would assume such people people as being inherently dangerous.
How easily such people forger the realities of the not so long ago past. Gay people who not only seem to forget the psychiatrists saw the as depraved criminal, but who assuredly need to put such hate-centric beliefs about them on a back burner, if not into the hnerest buried file box. And to be sure, in most any in-patient psychiatric care settings todays, mentally ill gay men and women are equally discriminated against on basis of mental illness. Fuck the egocentric freak show gay man, 'Dr.' Petros Levounis, who is at present the boneheaded head honcho with the American Psychiatric Association, in that all he is doing is exploiting his own sexual identity as means to appear that he cares about all persons equally, which in the chambers of LBGTQ activism today is called "pink gassing."
Yes, in this place where this writer for now resides, there are such black men making all too clear that on basis of persons who are affected by mentally ill, that those such innocents are inherently dangerous. No such thing, I will add herein, as 'reverse racism', in that well justified resentment if not outright rage in response to being treated as lesser than on basis of skin color, that ain't racism, it's anger towards the asswipe white people who see people of color as though we are some nature of subhuman animals. Many Americans today are very confused about who they are, and even about where they might come from. The only people I trust, for the most part, are new immigrants to the US, leastwise at face value.
White hate, and the former head of ICE, Greg Bovino, is on a rise in the US, and I feel it is safe to say that any well informed and reasonably honest American citizen today can speak to why this is the case.
And the kind of people who go to medical school, and gravitate for similar reason towards becoming psychiatrists. In it own sense or way, yes, there are people help find pleasure in acting as though they have inherently greater character, who feel having whatever nature of accreditation or level of personal education automatically defines them as being compassionate if not kind. Nope, they do not teach kindness nor compassion in college, especially in the sciences, and not limited in such regard to medical school.
And as per the testimony of a number of licensed medcial doctors, namely those who did not choose to go into psychiatry- yet not limited to such persons- white men looking to go into psychiatry ofter exhibit highly qnetiaonble personalities, overly eager to prove themselves, obnoxious and arrogant, freak show men who like it or not, remain quite east to read. I can read the toxic behaviors of bad acting white American psychiatrists with little difficulty today, having som 3.40 years of seeking in good faith to trust these kind of doctors.
And as per my own first experiences, I have found that only a rare few are wholly up to the task of treating their own patients as fully deserving human beings first and foremost. Very unnerving to know this today, and as per my more recent experiences, yes, they continue to behave in defiance of even established record, lying when those lies have been electronically documented. Thus serving well specific to my own choice to lawful file in-house patient grievance documents about one such bullshitting white female American psyychitirst, whose name I will eave off the table for she is currently mired in a civil action that I have nothing to do with. What I can say is that this psychiatrist plays dominant role in Eldorado Springs Hospital, Tucson, AZ, where I was hospitalized early last summer.

Excess, far more than ample evidence to the effect that the APA and its collective membership are failing to fully divulge all risks associated with forms and anti=depressant medications that they throw like candy and birthday party.

Gaddy, again, Missoula, MT: in seeking to hawk unproven thus fraudulent medical technology supposedly designed to deal with depression to the hardworking citizens of Montana, and stated this about anti-depressants: "Sometimes I'll prescribe ant-depressant medication to my patients in the fall, and then off of it in spring."
Stupid ass. Rather then this other bullshit, why not just encourage your patients to take Vitamin D supplements, eat lots of fresh fruit, and better yet, get some exercise. Psychiatric medications are real drugs, man, not candy.
They neither take the medications they dole out so seriously- serious- than they do the responsibilities associated with the practice of medicine. They flout invalid scientific method, are curled up in bed with Big Pharm, and feel above the standards of law that her equally upon all US citizens.
Indeed, the pharmaceutical industry acts as protector of the very fucked up American Pychiatric associationh, which continues to willfully enable bad acting American psychiatrists, as it always has. These are factors that cannot be denied, are truths that bear upon of the factual history of the profession, and which stand as sound evidence in support of all that this publication has put forth to this time.
We bring into public light far more than do the vast majority of supposedly up to par medical journals and publications, and our founder alone has done more to help seriously mentally ill Americans.
Yes, the mentally citizens in Montana remain in severe crisis, thanks in large part to a boneheaded New Jersey thug who has been the governor there for far, far too long. And psychiatrists working for Providcnce-St. Pat's who have willfully provided safe haven for a known abuser of mentally ill Montana citizens, Dr. Colby Wang, a process that was rubber stamped by an equally boneheaded manager of this Missoula hospital's in-patient mental health care setting, Mr. Jeremy Williams.
And white piece of filthy trash from the Deep South, who feings being up to speed with the civil rights that apply to all Americans equally, stunted as he is due to growing in the back water shit hole that is Mississippi. There is no getting around the fact White hate remains the norm in all areas of the Deep South.

Precisely how these bad acting American psychiarists see things behave in near virtually all in-patient psychiatric care settings, believing that they are entitled to define the law, and who to after still willfully trod all over the human and civil rights of the at risk and vulnerable mentally children and adults who may come to them in trust.
They are by far the least trustworthy medical professionals in the history of modern western medicine, and are shaming themselves with each act of abusing the rights of their own patients. There may be no more important element specific to well reasoned medical care and treatment than the patient to provider trust, yet these kind of doctors so regularly piss on the potential trust of their own patients that no matter what they may argue, it stands as patently out of whack with this crucial aspect of healthful medical care and treatment.
They have baked in the seeming luxury of ignorance for just about as long as mentally ill people have been known to exist in these United States. What they don't understand is that, were one of them affected by serious mental illness, nobody would give a damn what they might have to say.
And what we feel today, in all truth, is that we do not give a rat's ass what these type medical professionals or this ilk may have to say today, knowing as we do that these people, and this institutional monstrosity, the APA, have been patently lying the American people for just as long as the DSM has been in print. And as per the longer history of psychiatry, here in the US and beyond, they have never seen mentally ill persons as fully deserving human beings.
Where common sense and public awareness of many things, not limited to the profound importance of the history of civil rights in these United States, have advanced on pace with, well, with the rest of the world, these people remain entrenched like the La Brea tar pit dinosaurs, lodged like logs in major flood against a bulwark, frozen in the past.
They were raised poorly, in the truest of senses that all persons are a product of how we are raised, and they do not understand that they share in the same weaknesses that all persons possess. Temptation to many things that sage Americans know better than, and seeing mentally ill kids and adults as prime means be which to act all knowing.
The many bozos who work in the "helping professions" who assume they know more than the persons who they talk at. Yes, talk at versus speak to or with, wholly non-conversational, the polar opposite of qualified teachers. And yes, group therapy today is too often referred to as "classes." In the same precise manner in which many medical professionals assume that in having earned a medical degree proves them as compassionate and kind, or lawyers who assume in having earned a juris doctorate assures the they are law abiding, people who are attracted to the term "helping professonal" may have little idea of what it actually means to help other people.
These kind of bozos claim that just about anything a person may not have interest in are tantamount to rejecting opportunity. Blaming and shaming, as though the person has failed to pursue shit that may fall far short in context. As if to say, anything that the person for any reason may have no interest in or no need to learn (as per higher levels of education, e.g.) arises as matter of fault.
They rely on excess paperwork and Ted Talk type shit as means to try and prove they are savvy and up to speed with what it means to look well prepared. No, there is much more to proving any such a thing, and it is nothing short of laziness for any such professional to bow out for 20-30 minutes while the people they are claiming they want to help sit there like assumably captive audiences.
Indeed, it is one thing to learn from our own mistakes, but another altogether different to have the capacity to learn from our own limitations, as in biases, plain ass ignorance, lesser if not utterly poor formal educations, and so on. As with this Williams fucker, an RN who got other forms of college edu from one of the many bullshit on-line formats. Take the real, as the living and breathing teacher or professor out the equation, no person is going to benefit one hell of lot.
These kind of people, these kind of 'doctors', are guilty of having fixed mindsets, the sort of malarky that is included in the language they so heavily rely upon. As with the social worker fuckhead in Flagstaff who responded to the challenge, "That's bad science, man", by stating that this how "the field" has always done things.

"Hospital for the Insane", cited from the 1940s for crying out loud. Thus proving how boneheaded and antiquated in the past the state of Montana is today. Referring to this issue and term "Insane", this phrase hasn't been used in the field and psychiatry and psychology for the last 75 years. And the dumbass, ass-wipe white male American psychiatrists who work at Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula, MT: Munjal (who condoned a hate-centric false accusation against in late 2019), Molinaro (who breached US law in turning me away from an ER after a very serious suicide attempt, Gaddy (who proved that he was no wrong in any of this).
Yes, they more often than not bear age old prejudices against mentally ill Americans, not believing that many mentally ill American's can bear fairly high IQS nor that some of very able to bring about needed change for the better. To hell with any American psychiatrist who would behave in the way that these ones do, behaving little different from how the typical American psychiatrist behaved in a good half century ago, if not longer.
It's high time for these kind of people to learn what it means to violate the rights of mentally ill American citizens. They all need have those cherished medical accolades taken away, those bullshit medical degrees stripped on them. They but in lock, stock and barrel into which has proven to be a patently false medical text, that "Reads like a computer manual assembled by a committee that seeks to determine the causes and cures of the machine's problems by asking you to listen to sound it makes. Since 1952, generating patently inaccurate diagnoses of mental illness, relying on labeled symptoms that all defy valid scientific method. They really are psuedo-medical doctors, as the public has referred to them for well over a dozen decades now. While this one piece of white trash form the Deep South, Gaddy, not too long ago sought to hawk unproven "medical technology" to the hardworking citizens of Montana.
They remain willful in lying to the American people today, continuing to endorse that which not a valid medical text, and carrying on as though it's all only normal. They are abnormal in terms of common sense and depraved in terms of a void in ethos. They breach the trust of mentally ill Americans at will, and they seek to convince the American people that they can be trusted.
No, if that were the case none of that which has been laid out above would be shared with the public today. We have seen them, we have heard it all from them, and they are the ones who only know to treat mentally ill people in the same way they treated SMI Americans in dark ages of the early 20th century.
As proven, Dr. Colby Wang, who does work for Providence-St. Patrick's today, leveled illegal punitive retaliation towards PJ Reed in early fall, 2016, on basis of his having lawfully filed two very valid DPHHS-MSH consumer- patient grievances about his absive mannerism in 2015. And yes, the dirt bags working for this Missoula hospital saw wisdom in hiring Wang in early 2024. No coincidence that this only occurred after Reed had fled Missoula from his own health and safety interests in spring 2023, on basis of them having put his life at great risk, turning him away when he was in very real crisis circa early 2020.
You want to hear about patterns? How about the fact that they are always quick to pay for one's bus ticket as means to escape them. I have seen this happen more than once, people who openly speak out about psychiatric wrongdoing or are otherwise difficulty to treat, and to have the kind od ''doctors', just that quickly offer them the funds to flee. Sadly, some such people, those who they send off in such fashion, are not ever stable, they care nor what many happen to them once to go off.
This very thing happened when I chose to flee Missoula, Montana, and requested some financial assistance in securing a Greyhound ticket, near immediate agreement. Fuck those people, I've many good friends in Missoula, but due to the risk they wifely put my life at, I had little choice but to get the fuck out of and away from the people working for Privednce-St. Patrick's Hospital, and a state where a known thug from New Jersey, a white man named Greg Gianforte, who for years now has been fucking this western state up in classic colonial fashion.
Much news today, as well, about lack of needed funding for hospitals in various parts of Montana, adding more truth to the known fact that Montana doctors are all gravely indifferent to such concerns. There are no medical schools in Montana, just to note herein, ergo, all such Montana doctors came from somewhere else, including the asswipe psychiatrists based in that state.
In this writer's case, I did make a very serious attempt on my life in a Salem, OR, motel not 4 full weeks after I fled those Missoula ass-wipes. They created the crisis by which I was forced to flee, still dealing with very real suidial ideation.
This the sole manner in which they know how to misbehave. They are posing grave risk to all mentally ill Americans today, lying about the DSM, endorsing lies and graphic mistruths about mental illness and mental ill persons, and still carrying in the same way they did decades and decades ago. One big fat lie to the American people for just a long as the American psychiatrist has been permitted to play grownup doctors. They act like the spoiled brats that they are, and need to be told by the greater pulic how to behave, or how not to behave.
No other kind of medical doctor has ever required this. Period. It's all public record, none of it cannot be reviewed in full via simple study of American history. They were treating mentally ill human beings as though sub-human until well into the early 1970s.
And today, they are making fools out of themselves in contnuning to endorse invalid scientific methods of diagnosing that which really is one form of serious illness. They reject the 'illness' in mental illness on basis of the fact that they would require to act like valid medical doctors. Which they are not, nor have ever been. They are charlatan class American citizens, as per what have always been.
And as this publication shifts into a substantive comparative study of the white hate towards people of color that still makes itself overly evident in most areas of the Deep and Dirty South, we will continue to include all pertinent socio-cultural findings that bear upon the shit behaviors of all too many of today's American psychiatrists, male and female. This we can do, for as a group, we are all well educated and able to speak to such aspects of American society and culture.

Dr. Jason "Rocco" Molinaro needed to have his medical license stripped after turning me away from the Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital ER in early February, 2020, after I had survived a very serious suicide attempt. It was patently contrary to established standards of care, grossly unethical, and very much defiant of the law, to boot. The fact that many months later, one of Molinaro's associates, Dr. Ira Gaddy, stated "We had a talk with him about that", only further proves that in-house bullshit of the kind speaks to them acting in ways that they are far from qualified for. No, that fucker- Molinaro- was fully deserving of far greater rebuke that good old boys process of deferring from reality.
They think they are far more than what they are, in fact. They did not go to law school, hello, they did not train as investigators, hello, and they are not qualified to make decisions specific to criminal behaviors of the people who work under their direct authority, hello.
They assume that on basis of their own patients being affected by mental illness, they can behave however they may so choose to behave. They've proven time and time again that they feel above the law. They insult the values and principles associated with our national history, and piss upon the civil and human rights of the people who come to them in trust. For as long as they have existed, in fact, they have falsely claimed that they very much care about mentally ill Americans, yet the factual history of the profession, as per the horror show hospitals and that which they once called, "Institutional superintendents", they were never actual doctors.
Yes, they may have earned MDs in more recent years, but that falls far short in proving that they care about mentally ill persons, or about people in genral. They continue to abuse our rights, and see it as only normal. Their dedication to normalizing abuse of mentally ill American children and adults is sickening on its face. They remains entrenched in age old prejudices that continue to hold mentally ill Americans back.
Imagine what it might be like to have been involved in a serious car accident, trapped for example and in great crisis in a motor vehicle, and to have one these people show up as first responder. I recall well how Dr. Robert Munjal, a longtime member of the psychiatirsts who work of Prov.- St. Pat's acute in-patient "NBMI" care unit, reacted when one of the patients there began choking on some food- he dashed right past everyone else, including the RN's who were helping that person, straight the nurse's station telephones. Utter proof that he was not able to do what any real medial doctor would do.
I worked for several years in EMS, wherein I worked many long overnight weekend shifts in the UNM Hospital ER as emergency medical technician III. And therein learned via dedicated service what duty to the person and patient look like. These ass wipe American psychiatrists shun any such status, having no fucking idea of what duty to the person looks like, and they breach the provider to patient trust as a matter of standard procedure. They surround themselves with others who likely have nothing in the way of valid medical qualifications, who will defend the worst psychiatric care practices imaginable, on basis of not being to tell what are good medical care practices and what are not good medical care practices.
This is the Wally World landscape that the American Psychiatric Association created many long fucking years ago. They prefer smoked mirrors, and still appear in back-alleys where they seek to sell unproven 'medical technology' to hard working American citizens. They likely never had to work hard in any nature of physically demanding jobs, have likely never had even one bit of blistering on their grimy ass hands. Whimps and wannabe bullies, and willing to provide safe haven to their own peers who may be known as abusers of mentally ill Americans. Sexual abusers of woman and children, fucking perverts and pedophiles, the worst of the worst Americans who manage to scam their way into medical school.

As we further draw connection between the hate that continues out African-American kids and adults at great risk of wholly unjust abuse, and psychiatric ignorance as to the civil and human rights of mentally ill Americans, below is one more tawdry detail to how very hate-centric the white and in-power citizens of Mississippi have pretty well always been.
Mississippi Allow Legislature to Abolish Public Schools and Provide Funds for Non-Public Education Amendment was on the ballot as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment in Mississippi on December 21, 1954. It was approved.

No need to mince words here. This effort of the white citizens of Mississippi to abolish public access to education has its roots in drastically ugly discrimination against all people of color in that particularly nefarious southern state. And as per the overt presence of the KKK in Mississippi today, we are comfortable in stating that no other state down there in the Deep and Dirty South more remains entrenched in such hate of the supposed past that does any other American state at this time. There are course at least some variations to this reality, but when it comes to graphic hate towards African Americans, Mississippi wins the record evert time.
It's just too bad that some things bear directly upon the character flaws of most any human being(s), both in very personal terms as well as in socio=cultiral terms. That racist hate in Deep and Dirty South very much mirrors ongoing public discrimination towards mentally ill Americas, yes, dumb fucking luck through and through specific ot mentally ill Americans 2026; and the fact that it the American Psychiatric Association and it's bastard cousin The American Psychological Association, and the collective membership at issue therein, continue to hold the civil and human rights of mentally ill children and adults even in this day and age.
Fuck them, the many ignorant pieces of trash that still dominate our nation's always fucked up public mental health care system. Fuck them and whatever sewer they climbed out of. Fuck how they see us, and how they likely see all arguably disenfranchised human beings today.
