NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Readership update:
Well, we did see quite the surge cum spike in reader visits to this site over period of about four days, February 26-March 02, 2026. That has cooled down some by this point, which does not concern this writer at all. Looking are less than 40 reader visits on the day, but it all counts.
I know that people are upping the ante all the time, paying more attention to reality, and getting fed up with hearing about how badly these doctors still behave today. I know, ergo, that more hits, perhaps a few more good surges will very possibly, even very likely arise in the very near future.
People digest such truths almost slowly in some cases, shocking learning of unspoken truth to such a degree that they need time to really accept the points made so clearly. Or. conversely, people will heed my good faith advice and further confirm all that I have thus far bought to light, and which I have made very clear in recent years, in addition to reviewing the many psychiatric scandals in mainstream news of late. It's all right there for all to see.
This is the way of things, any reasonably competent independent journalist type person understands such things. I learned as much from the ASH project, saw similar leaps and bounds reflected in reader visits. All of which smoothed in time to a near constant rate of such visits, leading as it did in time and surely will to more media resources reaching out to me.

Yet another data byte proving how little Montana psychiatrists care about all mentally ill Americans equally, versus only those who seek their care in other in-patient care settings. No change for the better since I exposed MSH in 2016-17.

Fuck all any of these less than caring American psychiatrists, and fair warning to all and any who are still addicted like bad gamblers to the accursed statistical deduction, analysis and findings generated by the false medial text these doctors have so long relied upon.
What they have been doing, and are still doing today in all too many cases, is gambling with the lives of mentally ill Americans, and causing an unknowable number of otherwise preventable deaths and harms over the last 75=90 years.
Prior to that period, 90 years ago, it's sickening to imagine how those earliest versions of today's American psychiatrists looked at mentally ill human beings. And it remains disgusting, the shit manner in which many of them still that us today.
In refusing to embrace the history of the profession, they are refusing to learn from their own drastic mistakes. They prefer to remain bling to such truth, which really proves how stupid they tend to be, in fact. Only stupid people would ever.... You get my drift.
It remains on them, thus, is there own fucking fault. I embrace all factual history, from that which speaks to the colonization of Americas, or that specific to modern yet still lagging behind nation states such as India. While Pakistan is proving how brutal its citizens act time of this writing, bearing directly upon psychiatrists born, raised, and educated over there.
Factual history never lies, only liars or mistruths can do that. And all these doctors know to do is spew out mistruths and manipulations of common sense. As though any of this even need be said. Period.
Such as the meanest mother-fucking pychiatrst I ever had to deal to this time, Dr. Pervaiz Ahkter. Now it need be said that another ASH psychiatrists, a female born, and raised in the Philippines, Dr. Rosa Ramos-Marcos proved that she may be even meaner than Akhter, having thrown away no less than 5 letters offered by seven disability right organizatios, RE advanced wheel chair technology, sent in the interest of one of her own patient, Audrey Peterson, who had lost one arm and both of her lower legs after attempting suicide on a fucking train track not far outside of Tucson, AZ proper. That action sentenced Auderey to relying on a mechanical wheelchair- with again- only one arm.
And you but your ass that I was the one who began that process, reaching out to a primary disability rights resource the same day I met Ms. Peterson there at ASH. I care far more about mentally ill American citizens than do these people, these criminally minded, unethical, uncaring and cold-hearted persons who deserve 0 respect from the American people
Defenses made by Ramos-Marcos for denying Audrey this access included claiming that she had been offered prosthetic legs. But that is fucking bullshit, that nature of process requires many months of therapy (which would never be available in a mental hospital like ASH), for the meantime if nothing else, that poor young mentally ill woman had and has every goddamn right to such wheelchair technology.
This really the hell is the kind of people we are talking about herein. Selfish to the core, unethical, grossly uncaring, and black hearted through and through.
They excuse themselves left and right for their own fucked up choices, behaviors, and care practices. That speaks to how such people are raised each and every time. Raised badly, that is, in contest with well established American values and principles. Utter defiance of the at times murky American spirit, only made murky by racists and other haters who are still all too common in these United States.

And while this was mere joke about Bill Clinton, a known sexual abuser of his own female subordinates, it speaks to how the Judeo-Chriastian belief system 'works', not limited to forgiveness for wrongs provided by male Catholic priests, some number of whom are known pedophiles. Again, factual history that can never lie.
So them too, fuck them many bad acting Chatholic priests, who are all male, as per that religions own traditions. Now I know many very decent Catholics, having grown up in New Mexico. But this changes nothing. Yet again.
Thus further justifying my demand that all American psychiatrists care all mentally ill Americans equally. The things go on in those state managed mental hospitals remains every bit as brutal as what we all know went on in the horror show hospitals of the early to slightly later 20th century. And the failed promise, just one more of those, as per the needed deinstitutionalization process. Yes, these doctors plainly suck, no other way of putting it.
No, these kind of people, these pseudo-doctors deserve no respect from the American people. Not that many Americans have provided such respect towards these kind of people. Nope, they are still seen as highly suspicious. Which to them is only normal. Period.
I have said it before, that I find it unconscionable for any American psychiatrist to turn a blind eye to what does still go in most of the in-patient, state managed mental hospitals. Ergo, this duty extends to all American psychiatrist, not only the mothefuckers who work in Missoula and elsewhere in the state of Montana at time of this writing.
"Just hope you never wind up in the Mississippi State Hospital." 'Dr.' Ira-otherwise preventable- Gaddy, 2018. Hell, you best hope you don't wind up shaming the American medical establishment, or worse. I sure don't need stupid people giving much and such advice. Nope, I don't need to be told that things get worse in our nations worst areas of the nation, not limited to the part of the nation where this son of a bitch grew up as a rich white kid, Mississippi, away down in the dirty Deep South, where white racism remains all too real. I know as much, I saw it rear its ugly head many times over the 14-15 months I spent living in Louisiana, 2012 into 2013, where and when I also learned that my oldest friends from down was raised into white privilege in family with very real ties to the Ku Klux Klan.
Verbatim proven evidence that this southern corn-pone rich boy has knowledge of the suffering of mentally ill Americans in his own home state and othe like settings in the nation, with Mississippi being where Gaddy was raised, in fact. As I see it, the man has duty to defend the rights and care needs of mentally ill persons in the state where he was raised.
Seaborn Larson and I collaborated circa the years 2018-2019, after I had done the thing in serving as the impetus to long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the Montana State Hospital. And as this work moves forward (while the typical American psychiatrist remains entrenched in the past, being age old prejudice towards persons such as myself), more collaborative relationships are developing with each passing day.
This said, this writer is always fielding new opportunity to better do what we already do so well, be it busting the shit behaviors of American psychiatrists in state managed mental hospitals and other in-patient 'care' settings, or going after individual bad acting doctors.
And as our experience has proven, American citizens cannot rely on state managed health care systems any any more than we can on the people who work in the out otherwise great nation's always dysfunctional public health care system.

I am not a violent man. But boy I would have lobed to run into this pussy in the streets when I still lived in Missoula. Punk ass wannabe tough guy, pfftttt.
This, as per the fact that the very abusive pseudo-white male Chinese-American psyhchiatrist, psuedo 'Dr.' Colby "Otherwise preventable" Wang benefited from the protection of Montana's very corrupt public health care system in fall, 2016. Corruption that now extends to Missoula, MT, where I lived from 2016-2023; before fleeing out o justified concern for my own health and safety interests, thanks in large part to the asswipes who work for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital's acute "NBMI" in-patient psychiatric care setting.
Wang in a man who really should have faced at least some criminal charges, after stealing state property from the Montana State Hospital, if nothing else; at that time when he should have been fired, versus being provided a 'quiet under the table resignation' in October, 2016, by Montana very broken pubic health care system.
Just yesterday, as a matter of fact, I had an interesting enough conversation with MT Free Press reporter Mara Silvers about the absurd decision of Jeramy Williams, and company, in choosing to hire a known to be abusive male American psychiatrist. Have to see what that amounts to. But whatever, this shitty ass detail has been reported herein for years.
Montana, where the state still employs a fucking social worker to act as oversee-er of a very serious public health crisis, a suicide rate that matches that of places like Alaska, and where MT kids in recent years have killing themselves at around 2.5X the national rate of youth suicides.
These type people, American LCSWs, pose grave risk to mentally ill American citizens, proven by their willingness to defend the worst psychiatric care practices imaginable, largely because they cannot recognize sound versus unsound care practices, due to not having any legitimate medical training.
Fuck them, they need be held accountable on a par equal to the many bad acting psychiatrists, the very people who have been holding mental ill Americans back, atrocious 'teamwork' that mirrors organized crime.
They are, in this sense. the greatest public enemy facing mentally ill Americans at this time, the year 2026. As they have been for as long as the DSM has been in use, and so on. many decades of the ugliest behaviors one might imagine when it comes to people who demand to be respected as proven medical professionals. These people are a flawed product of the DSM's falsely generated diagnoses of serious mental illness, yoked to the shit that this false medical text generates, in fact.
While Montana psychiatrists are doing that which they are best known for in general, sitting on their grimy hands while MT kids die otherwise preventable deaths by suicide, which is traumatizing the holy shit out of those MT parents and families who losing their own children to suicide.
They sat on their grimy ass hands when 10s upon 10s of thousands of their own severely mentally ill patients were forced onto the very dangerous American streets circa 1972-75. And they are doing just that today, as yet more seriously mentally ill Americans are being forced onto the still very dangerous American streets today, as per the current limitations to accessing validly needed long term care in public psychiatric care settings.
Following which Wang, in fall 2016, was enabled to pose his known to be abusive mannerisms towards o/p patients, having scored safe haven with the 3-Rivers agency, Missoula, MT. And after that, in 2023, being provided even better paying safe haven when mid-level hospital manager Jeremy Williams, in complicity with other bad acting psychiatrists, somehow sas wisdom in giving Wang a job. They enable bad acting American psychiatrists to the same degree that the very corrupt American Psychiatric Association in all of its prior forms has been enabling bad psychiatrists since it was founded in the darkness of the mid=19th century.

As said to me by a peer in the downtown Eugene, OR, BHU unit just a few scant weeks ago, a well educated man and former Air Force officer and pilot who lost his own son to suicide some 10 years before we met in early 2026. The same trauma that all too many Montana parents are facing today, as per that state's ghastly youth suicide crisis.
Goddamn straight, I might have said to this man, were my ego of that sort. And as for fresh possibility(s), to serve all mentally ill American citizens with no exception, ideally via landing a position with one of the well established defenders entities of mentally ill American citizens. Such as Interborough Development & Consultation Center, (IDCC) based in the greater New York City area.
The topic of denial of access to needed in-patient psychiatric care is really catching the attention of public policy makers and activists not terribly unlike myself, including the good people who work for the Bazelon Law Center, NYC, and those with NYC's IDCC; and other like advocacy entities. Time is running out, and that is all I will say for the moment.

Note mention above of the Montana State Hospital staff technician, who came to me, literally, and expressed justified concern over the failure of the state of Montana to maintain required staff to patient quotients. The kid's name is Riley, a 21 year old young man at the time who proved that he knew the law better than did MSH's dirty ass on-site Board of Governor's attorney Craig Fitch, as well as
Thus and therein, this writer (PJ Reed) is currently in an ongoing conversation with the great folks who work in IDCC's outreach and employment office. They provide a range of very exclusive services that defy many if not most contemporary care practices, policies, and management approaches to public mental health care.
And indeed, this boneheaded 'manager', Jeremy Williams very much qualifies in terms of one key element of the above input: "It's essential that those in positions of power, like CEOs and department heads, prioritize the well-being of their patients over budget constraints."
And as does apply to all such professionals, such as the bonehead Jay Pottenger who failed in his role as CEO of the Montana State Hospital circa 2016-17. These men are all amongst the very dumbest men in the USA today.

If any one statement point specific to the many corrupted CEO and mid level mental health care unit managers applies dirty to men like Jeremy Williams, Jay Pottenger, and Cory Nelson, this is one very much fits the bill. They are all stealing the money that pays them, acting badly while on the clock. To them, of course, it's all only normal. Abnormal human behavior of the sort of all too common in the US today, and this writer I far from the only person who is well aware of this fact. Period.
And as more and more conscientious and well informed American's actively deconstruct the broader dynamics at stake when it comes to highly at risk, vulnerable American children and adults, the time will come when the American psychiatric establishment will, as stated more than once, be caught off guard by a a falling piano.

No suppose to me at the time, either. They are wholly unprepared to deal with the truth, as per having grown waaaaay too comfortable in dealing with Americans who for whatever reason cannot speak for themselves. As with the many disenfranchised Americans that these doctors forcibly sterilized circa the years 1900-1955, and as per mentally ill American today who bear very debilitating states of mind. I have in the past said debilitating diagnoses, but know today that these fuckers have been invalidly 'diagnosing' mental illness for just as long as the accursed DSM has been in use.
Plainly stated, duty to the person in any health care setting of any related set of circumstances must outweigh the objectives of such selfish, and in too many cases, distinctly unintelligent individuals who still dominate our nation's public mental health care system. And said duty of any medical doctor includes valid medical diagnoses of actual illness.
This sure the fuck ain't rocket science, after all. Yet...
.....One specific system of public health care, and one specific medical profession, that have always attracted less than well intentioned bad actors who still dominate public mental health care seeings in our otherwise great nation.

As stated above, these really are the kind of people we are delaying with herein. Need any more evidence to this effect be needed? No, I don' think so. Put that in your pipe and smoke, Petros Levounis, you egotistical gay freak show of a man. Gay men and women in many in-patient care are equally discriminated against by many contemporary American psychiatrist.
And should not only a pending law suit against an Oregon ER that has been turning away mentally ill American citizens in times of crisis go my way, in addition to the possibility of actual employment with a well learned and well intentioned entity such as the IDCC, you can bet your ass I will be better established and better able to increase my own focus on the all too many bad acting American psychiatrists trists running around today.

'Dr.' Ira- otherwise preventable- Gaddy once proved to me his own lack of understanding of the economic concerns specific to the place where he has worked for some 8-9 years now. A typical dumbass, as I see it, who is os very narrow minded that he can only envision a replay of age old prejudices towards mentally ill Americans.
It's not as though I am necessarily of high intelligence, and to hell with the fact that I actually scored quite high in the proverbial IQ test in 1995. Fact being, I am one American who knows better than get all hung up on such methods. It's not my territory, as I see it. I am merely one with a wide range of personal life experiences, raised when young by a very sound source of parental guidance.
And with due regard to the downtown Eugene, OR, BHU units use of camera technology staring straight at mentally ill men and woman as they are using the toilet, don't try to tell me that sexual deviants are not attracted to such settings. Forney more than proves this fact in full. And without a doubt, some of these psychiatrists are sexually deviant, as per Dr. Steven's presence in our nation's always fucked up public mental health care system.
This is how it is. Some Americans just cannot wrap their heads around common human savvy, and those kind of people are the sort who are attracted to something like a false medical text, the accursed DSM in all of its versions. They see opportunity to take unfair advantage of lesser empowered human beings as ethical. And as seen above, some of them are patent monsters who will sexually abuse others, including the always innocent human child, ala Forney's known criminal record.
Proving the opposite in terms of ethical conduct, as per the void in ethical conduct specific to all too many contemporary American psychiatrists, even in this day and age. They are the same people who worked in the horror show hospitals of the early to med-20th century, no change in their own chosen behaviors.
Yes, all behavior but for deranged behavior in a matter os choice. It's up to the observer to determine which of these today's American psychiatrists are, in fact.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine.
