NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.
And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.
What can I say?
I have been proven right time and time again, and as such, I know the full truths specific to American psychiatry. I am just one concerned citizen who never agreed with the atrocious manner in which all too many of these so called trustworthy doctors behave today.
And for those who think all I do is go after badly run mental hospitals, no, I serve the interests of all mentally ill Americans to the best of my given ability. Such as when I had returned to New Mexico in 2013, when a homeless mentally ill was shot to death by at least six Albuquerque law enforcement officers (APD) just beyond the east side of Albuquerque, where he was spending his nights behind a boulder adjacent to some of the city's most exclusive homes, wealthy people who care not one whit for mentally ill American citizens.
Now this man, his name was Robert Boyd, had never so much as lit a campfire. And at one point, when the police sent a dog at the man, he simply put his hand out so very calmly and peacefully that he effectively 'disarmed' the animal, leading it merely sniff his offered hand, before turning and returning to the awaiting officer. They also threw a series of "flash grenades' at the poor guy, none of which altersd his physical position, standing with his arms be his side and unarmed.
Now, APD had been excreting excessive deadly force for several years, and in fact, had shot and killed one young mentally ill resident of the city, not far from UNM, who was at time skiing in the backyard of his parent's home, reading a book.
Thus, upon hearing about public protest march specific to the fact that Albuquerque had shot and killed 16 city residents in total over a period of only 3 years, I rode my bike over 18 miles into the city proper (I was living in the town of Tijeras, well outside the eastern side of the city itself.
There was first the march, and then a gathering at local to the UNM area park, arranged by professor from the same program I got my BA in, American Studies. And after getting to know that man, and a number of others, I was invited and took them up on the founding of APDFoward, a formal effort to address the APD's use of excessive deadly force.
So don't get into your heads that my defense of mentally Americans is limited to busting badly run state mental hospitals. And realize, as per this aspect of my own role over the last 15 years, that my character is well proven. I have no need to boost nor the ego to do so, anyway.
It's the American psychiatrists who's egos are outrageous. Just as it's them who are trodding all over the civil and human rights of their own patients. And it is they who feel they are above the law, and better than others in that sense alone. They are full of themselves, and believe that merely by having an MD, that people would assume they care.
This is why I will never again trust any psychiatrist who still relies on the false medical text, the DSM< They are clearly lacking in what it takes to care for at risk and vulnerable human beings, and the shitty ass care practices have not changed one bit form the not so long ago past.
I did not seek any conflict when I was hospitalized in the Arizona State Hospital, circa January 10, 2011, and February 16, 2012. While there I did nothing wrong in documenting my varied experiences while in that facility. I did the right thing in seeking to protect the public by by contacting the Arizona Republic Newspaper after the violent escape of Jesus R. Murrieta in late May, 2011. And for that, the then Chief Medical Officer, Steven Dingle, in complicity with the since fired ASH CEO, Cory Nelson, subjected me unlawful punitive retaliation, thus proving just how untrustworthy these kind of medical professionals remain today.
That action was both against US law, and highly inhumane, forcing me off the proper unit for my specific diagnosis of major depressive disorder with no psychotic traits, and forcing me onto a unit designated to treat persons suffering acute psychosis. But again, I am not affected by any level of pyhchosis, less so acute psychosis.
Neither did I seek a conflict when I lawfully summited two patient-consumer grievances about my having suffered abuse my rights about a very abusive Dr. Colby Wang in late May, 2015.
Specifically, one of those grievances had to do with Wang's blatant breach of my right to informed consent, wherein he prescribed a medication without first consulting with me; and need it be said that informed consent remains a very fundamental aspect of well established medical standards, hardly limited to the rights of mentally ill Americans.
The second grievance I filed about Wang was his effort to interfere my pending discharge, which was in motion when he returned from having hip surgery. In the matter, I was a civilly committed patient and consumer of DHHPS services. Yet, as soon as he sat down with me in person, Wang stated verbatim:
"Do you really think I am going to just let you run away." And again, need it be said that no doctor had any right to interfere with my pending discharge.
Wang earned those two complaints, which is to say, He was the instigator in that fairly low key conflict. I left MSH at that time not wishing for another ASH project specific to that hospital, and felt that I would possibly never again be in the damn place, either.
But, I am not able to control or in any manipulate my own form of mental illness. And as such, I was returned to MSH in fall, 2016, not wishing for any further conflict. Yet, Wang then subjected me to punitive retaliation on basis of my having submitted those 2015 complaints about him, in the same pattern of the retaliation that I was subjected in Arizona five full years earlier.
Such patterns, I see this today, extend to how these doctors behave today. They all share in seeing mentally ill persons as not deserving our own rightful share of civil rights here in the US. And they care not for the many mentally ill Americans who are also disabled by serious mental illness.
Yes, the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, and its revised ed. in 2008, is a stand alone standard of care, but it is also a civil right in every sense of the term. And, as also see it today, these are most dangerous medical professionals in American history.
They were treating mentally ill persons as though they were sub-humans in mental hospitals from the early to mid-20th Century, and even then, all Americans had equal share of our own system of civil rights. And they were also centrally involved in some 50 odd years of forced sterilizations specific to all persons seen as lesser then, which is to say, all disfranchised Americans, not just mentally ill Americans.
To them, it mattered not one whit if those victims were ill, fact, which speaks to false medical text that these doctors have relied on this as early as 1917.
Now, the first version of today's DSM-5 was referred to as "The Statistical Manual for the Use of Institutions for the Insane", which included 22 different diagnoses of what then called "Insanity", published in 1917. This text was developed by both the National Common on Mental Hygiene (now called "Mental Health America") and the American Medico-Psychological Association.
And it need be noted that the first versions of this text was not grounded in valid scientific methods nor approaches. Which is to say, it wasn't vlid science then, and it is not science today.
And, as per my dedication to the rights of mentally ill Americans, I served as the impetus to long past federal oversight and intervention to both the Arizona State Hospital circa 2012-15, as well the Montana State Hospitals circa 2016-17. I did not focus on only my rights, not by any means, my actions were in the interest of all patients in those two different state hospitals.
And I also learned the hard way in 2019, when the psychiatrists working for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital turned a blind eye towards a false accusation that claimed I had physically assaulted a staff technician. Which defied my repseitice history as an American citizen. I have no record of violence, period, nor have I ever lifted so much as a finger towards stuff nor patients.
Of course I did not agree with that false accusation towards, and in fact, the manner in which Dr. Robert Munjal and his psychiatric physician's, a fifty-ish female assistant both cared not one whit about the impacts that I suffered in relation to being subject to an accusation that claimed I assaulted a female. Munjal claimed that he could see no patterns, which meant nothing. And his assistant stated to me on day five, 12/29/19, "Have you not been able to put that behind you? We certainly have."
And again I ask herein, need it be said that this language mirrors the language so heavily depended upon by abusers of vulnerable human beings. I am a survivor of childhood abuse, I was very familiar with this nature of language.
And I have signed learned the hard way that bad acting American psychiatrists can be found well away from state managed mental hospitals. This applied to Providence-Hospital's staff generated bullshit towards me, and since then, I have dealt with other such psychiatrists since then. Such as the one who insisted that I had been taking a psychiatric medication that had been discounted some five days prior.
And, the medication itself, Lithium, demands blood testing, and here too, this same psychiatrist again insisted that I had a blood test some 2-3 days before she insisted that I had been taking this medication. But I had only undergone one blood test when I first arrived there, some weeks before this bad acting white female lied twice in this matter.
Proving that its not only white male psychiatrists who act so very badly. And this was proven again in the Show Low site, a female psychiatrist tele-heating from somewhere in the backwoods of Arkansas, who verbally equated longer term in-patient care "as a classic socialist agenda", and who made clear that she was hoping for a white capitalist takeover of the world itself.
None of them are trustworthy, the than those who went above and beyond in educating themselves, earning not only an MD. but Phd.s in the neurological sciences, who as one are blowing a big hole in the lying DSM. It's atrocious what these kind of doctors still get away with today, and I have seen this shit for some 15 years now.
I have no reason to back off on my moral prosecution of these all too many bad acting American psyhiatrists running around like rabid dogs. I have been proven as correct more than once, as stated above, and yes, I know the fuller truths about these kind of motherfuckers.
Therein I continue to exercise nothing more grandiose than sound American civic duty, as I was taught well when I was young boy.

Those who cannot see these nature of human dynamics as pertains to how we see and treat one another in these United States, they are the same troublemakers who have always made a mess of things here in USA, just wearing slightly toned down garb, and still putting on false appearances of caring; ergo, acting much like they always have. They cannot see this in themselves, are those kind of people.
And this will in time land on them like a falling piano.

In1917, together with the National Commission on Mental Hygiene (now Mental Health America), the American Medico-Psychological Association developed a new guide for mental hospitals called the Statistical Manual for the Use of Institutions for the Insane. This guide included twenty-two diagnoses. It would be revised several times by the Association, and by the tenth edition in 1942, was titled Statistical Manual for the Use of Hospitals of Mental Diseases

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
