NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.

    And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.

    Readership numbers are on a rise, 181 between midnight last eve and 3 pm today; just as happened in 2012-13). And in all honesty, I am in no way surprised, for indeed, more and more Americans today are seeing these people for who they really are, and all that they really are not.

in the Deep South. 

    Poor 'doctor' Ira Gaddy. He may feel picked on, which he likely was made familiar with as a kid.  

    They live hermetic lives and cannot be compared to anybody able to prove themselves, no matter the given circumstances. It is a matter of common humanity that people who are willing to treat anybody else as less than fully deserving human beings need to be remove for whatever roles they came chosen to pursue. 

       The bad amongst us have no devotion to any one set of values. (Japanese proverb.)

      In these United States, our own shared values are central to the processes that brought this nation into being. American with little bearing upon our shared values, they are like sheep lost in the woods on a cold winter night, with the wolves a-howling just up ahead and really all around. 

     And those who behave in this way pose threat to American people as a whole. Illness has no favorites, and profit incentives that create barriers to well established medical standards have no place in a democratically inspired health care stem. People who are not able to understand this, be they children of immigrants from 3rd world nation-states, or be they children of ignorant American parents, basically stink up the house. 

For some unknown reason, this [antiabortion] branch of Christianity cherishes the unborn and hates the living person.

    Every society educated people, but the primary responsibility of educated people is to bring wisdom back into the community and make it available to others so that the lives they are leading make sense. Vine Deloria. 

  For the record, this writer is neither prideful in having been provided the privilege of a sound college education (wherein I studied under the tutelage of author, lawyer, activist Vine Deloria, U of AZ, 2998-2000), nor have I any shame over being affected and disabled by serious mental illness. 

     As the kind of people who oppose women's rights, not limited to the right to abortion, members of the Catholic Church pretty well always look at women rights in very maligned manner. 

While yes, education of any kind is not so much a right as it is privilege, and level of such learning. Those who insult this, who use their own higher educational attributes as means to take unfair advantage of lesser empowered Americans, they make this writer sick.  

    Here again, ideals that defy the limited attitudes of all too many of these kind of people. American values are fading today, and the people who do not understand these values can be defined ass white people and wannabe white persons, people who's parents are from places like China of India, and so on, who base their values on basis of skin color. 

    That highly educated American psychiatrists cannot see all American as equals, they are insulting such ideals.  

    As for unit or nurse managers, such as Jeremy Williams (Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital's acute "NMBI" psychiatric unit manager), well intentioned professionals are providing much needed information specific to any person filling such roles. 

    The need is for people such as Williams to continue educating themselves, and this includes dedicated surveys of all possible improvements specific to such roles.

     The days of fee-for-service are ‘running out’

     CMS is applying pressure on health systems to transition from fee-for-service to value-based care by 2030.       The fact is, as per my own first personal experience, this Williams fellow has little understanding of "prioritize (ing) patient outcomes."  His effort to help me specific to the false accusation leveled toward me on December 24, 2019, was utterly lame, and as per the void in ethics in this matter, he made no statements in terms of doing one fucking thing in my own interests, 

    Fact is, again, I had a person with me when I met with Willams about this matter, and once we departed from that meeting, the first that person said was: "But he didn't say what he was goin g do about it". The man was very condescending towards us, despite the two of us were very well educated in higher education. 

   Thus painting reality, people who feel they are far more intelligent that others, and this man, as per my experiences, is just one more bonehead in the ever dysfunctional public mental health care system 

    This writer, and this publication, received a very well interesting comment just the other day, in response to the Friday, February 27, article published herein. More specifically, this person was agreeing with my claim that some of these bad acting American psychiatrists are arguably sociopaths, if not worse.

    As follows:'

      And psychopaths are typically NOT how Hollywood propaganda movies (or the Wikipedia/WebMD propaganda outlets) have showcased them. And therefore one better RE-learns what a psychopath REALLY is. One'll then know why they exploit/harm everyone, why they want to control everyone and have been creating a new world order/global dictatorship, and many other formerly puzzling things will become very clear.

     The official narrative is… “trust official science” and "trust the authorities" but as with these and all other "official narratives" they want you to trust and believe …

      But global rulership by psychopaths is only ONE part of the equation that makes up the destructive human condition as the cited article above explains.

    Without a proper understanding, and full acknowledgment, of the true WHOLE problem and reality, no real constructive LASTING change is possible for humanity.
And if anyone does NOT acknowledge, recognize, and face (either wittingly or unwittingly) the WHOLE truth THEY are helping to prevent this from happening. And so they are "part of the problem" and not part of the solution.

  Yes, many reasonably intelligent Americans are increasingly coming to understand shit people like this. People so entrenched in ignorance that they have little idea of just bad they are acting, who seek out the lesser empowered as means to feel superior.

   Take such unfair advantage away, and these people will wind up standing naked in the wind, with nobody much interested in coming their aid or assistance. Which these psychiatrists have been asking for- hell begging for- since the early 20th century, as per factual history, as per the record.  

    And as stated above and as always, I welcome all forms of direct feedback, and any person from anywhere who agrees with my concerns about these kind of people, this type of 'doctor.'

    Therein, the sociopath aspect of many American doctors in 2026, and as per my own experiences as a 64 year man today, psychiatrists are the worst of the worst. I did not even enter this discourse until 2010, when I was 49 years.

    Of course, I had by that time acquired a range of first person experiences in settings far away from any in-patient psychiatric settings. I have talked about my own former professional experience, such as when I worked in emergency medical care and practice, wherein duty to the person overrides the interests of the EMS responder. And yes, I spent as much time as anyone else in USA, working with people who are not psychiatrists, nor any other person working in our nation's very fucked up public mental health care system.

     Point being, that not until then, 2010, did this writer come to understand these concerns. And, only in this public mental health/illness system have I ever ran to bad acting 'medical professionals' of this sort, from gravely unqualified LCSWs and 'mangers' or public mental heath care administrators, to the many bad acting American psychiatrists running around our nation today. They work a team, these kind of bad actors, and this too I recognize quite easily today.

  I remember when Gaddy once told me he had met people like Holt when he was in medical school. All I can say to that today is, I'll bet you did, dumbass. You are very much like Holt, in ways that I may never be able to easily perceive. My limitations in context are grounded in my own sense of values and my core sense of civic duty. The inability of people like this to wrap their heads around the likelihood that they are all quite alike, that is their burden to bear. Period.

      Those who cannot see these nature of human dynamics as pertains to how we see and treat one another in these United States, they are the same troublemakers who have always made a mess of things here in USA, just wearing slightly toned down garb, and still putting on false appearances of caring; ergo, acting much like they always have. They cannot see this in themselves, are those kind of people. And this will in time land on them like a falling piano.
