2) Of Cory "this is type of #!%*!! that gets people in my position fired" Nelson's Legacy. And the acknowledged need to clean up his horrifically negative impacts on the operation of Arizona's sole long term public mental hospital.

Also known as The Predation Continues.

PHOENIX BUSINESS JOURNAL

Modest spending increases, no tax cuts (yet) in Gov. Doug Ducey’s $9.5B budget. By Mike Sunnucks, senior reporter. January 15, 2016.

"Arizona Governor Doug Ducey released a 9.48 billion budget plan Friday that includes 31.5 million in new money... The governor is (also) proposing a $5.3 million upgrade to the State Capitol in Phoenix, $20.4 million in upgrades to state buildings and money to hire more nurses and security guards and deal with problems at the Arizona State Hospital."

Big thanks to Arizona Governor Doug Ducey for expressing his willingness to take action on behalf of Arizona's most seriously mentally ill citizens, something that former governor Jan "Hey, sailor, howza' about gettin' a girl one more drink" Brewer  refused to do, this despite the fact that her son Ron is one of ASH's long term patient-consumers. As we saw in early 2016, when former ADHS director Will Humble unexpectedly quit his job as soon as Governor Ducey made it clear that he was not going to allow for the rampant corruption in several of Arizona's state agencies, there is true momentum at this time, momentum that I feel may feel serve to improve the experiences of ASH's patients and staff; on behalf of the ASH patient community, their families, and the greater public. All of this, as per the public trust. Clearly, the new governor is aware of and willing to do the right thing, a welcome relief, indeed, after the ugliness of the last administration.

Still, one has to wonder if Governor Ducey is similarly willing to take a good hard look at precisely why the conditions at ASH have been so terribly managed in the first place. It goes far beyond, runs deeper as it were, then a simple lack of nurse's and security staff; deeper, in fact, then even the presence of meathead such as Corey "this is type of #!%*!! that gets people in my position fired" Nelson, who basically become part of the overall problem as it already stood when he was hired and appointed to run the ASH operation in summer, 2012, by former ADHS Director Will "Yea Team!" Humble. Indeed, the ongoing problems at ASH were and continually being caused by persons in the highest ranking positions in ADHS, BHS, and right there in the Hospital itself, most namely in terms of historically confirmed data at this time, Chief Medical Officer Steven "not even worth a nickname" Dingle (who was centrally involved in virtually every aspect of the administrative decision making at ASH throughout that period of time that we all know today as the biggest public mental health facility scandal in the new millennium), and long time legal counsel to ASH, assistant AZ attorney general Joel "Angel of darkness-the mortician" Rudd (who has been at the table in every nine a.m. administrative staff meeting adjourned at ASH since the late 1990s, counseling and advising the ones running ASH in terms of how to get away with misrepresenting the facts about the ASH operation across the board). As I have said before, it is these sorts of individuals- all of whom had and still have more awareness and understanding about the problems at ASH then anybody else- and the trickle down effects of their grossly inhumane character, who are most significantly responsible for the suffering of ASH's patient community, as it has stood for two or more decades.

That said, the staff of "PJ Reed The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse" will once again formally request that current ADHS director Dr.  Cara Christ and her underling now serving as ASH's chief executive officer, Dr. Aaron Bowen to go as far as they have to in order to see that this matter is resolved once and for all. It's getting really tiring to the citizens of Arizona, to have keep seeing news about the substandard conditions at ASH; not to mention, to myself, and my associates, who have been seeking to address this issue for going on five (5) years now.

The fact remains, January 16, 2016, that no band-aid level posturing is going to do the trick, and the above named current officials are well aware of that fact. Ergo, any failure on their part to get the job done will only lead to them being included in the still building data about how and why one of the wealthiest state's sole long term public mental facility is operating is gross defiance of national and international medical standards. Getting to the root of the overall issues at stake in this case  will call upon immediate and direct oversight and accountability when it comes to persons such as Rudd, Dingle, Kara Burke, Maregery Ault, Teresa Bedoni,  Dr. Perviaz Akhter, Dr. Laxman Patel, Dr. Rosa Ramos- Roxan, Humble... and on the list goes in the context of my data- all of which will be included in the final draft of my pending manuscript. It doesn't matter to me whether they are or aren't still employed by ADHS anymore, not at all, for the very real impacts of their arguably criminal conduct is clearly still requiring attention, as exemplified by Governor Ducey's concerns at this time, for when it comes to these Rat Bastards, they are still getting away with it. For now. Will the ultimate text come to include the newer executives now working for ADHS/BHS/ASH in this context, as well? Only time will tell, and the clock is most definitely still ticking.

It's that bad.

“When I arrived he (Cory Nelson)was using a black Sharpee to redact information out of the report prior to providing the copy to the investigative journalist,” the memo said. “As he was crossing out information, he said ‘this is the type of (expletive) that gets people in my position fired." (see "Records Top AZ mental hospital officials bought or accused of falsifying records, information." By David Biscobing, ABC Ch15, May 18, 2015.)

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
