1) Cory "this is type of #!%*!! that gets people in my position fired" Nelson Has A New Job! Also known as The Predation Continues

Nelson Health Care Consulting, LLC.
4720 S. Nevada St., Chandler, AZ. 85249.

File #L20106955. Incorporation date June 8, 2015; approval date June 25, 2015.

TO THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION: Hello. I am contacting you regarding the above described individual and his fairly recently acquired corporate license. I ask that you take into consideration the fact that Mr. Cory Nelson was found deeply involved in grossly unlawful misconduct while serving as the CEO of Arizona's sole long term public mental health facility, the Arizona State Hospital, in Phoenix. He and a handful of other equally questionable employees working at the administrative level in ADHS/BHS were fired in March and April of this year, and while Mr. Nelson has yet to be criminally charged, the factual evidence specific to is misconduct is essentially irrefutable at this time.

I find it more than disturbing that less then 10 weeks following Mr. Nelson's termination form the state of AZ's public health care system, this with the reasons for his firing in mind, he was able to acquire the above licensure.

Thank you. P------------. (PJ Reed)

That's right. This Rat Bastard is asking the citizens of Arizona to consider him as a qualified and reliable member of the business community, with the realm of heath care in mind. A man not with actual health care training prior to entering Arizona's health care community, but rather, 9 years of experience in South Dakota's corrections industry. And in this particular case in mind, it's not as though anybody was actually willing to offer Cory "This is the type of #!*#!!* that gets people like me fired!" Nelson employment. Hell no, right? Who's stupid enough to trust this delinquent?

The fact of the matter is, that less then 5 weeks following his being fired from the Arizona Department of Heath for being 100% behind grossly unlawful abuse of authority and associated corruption (perjury, destruction of public records, etc.), former ASH CEO Cory "meathead" Nelson filed for and was granted the above status. Which is to say, Nelson himself created this new "position", for lack of a better word. We can thank the AZ Corporation Commission for that one. His official title at this point in time: Health Care Executive.

Health Care Executive? Was that not his title, in effect, when he was fired from Arizona's public health care system? As well, when he was CEO of the Arizona State Hospital, where- over a period of less just around one full year (ONE YEAR!) he systematically worsened the already substandard care practices and conditions in the state's sole long term public hospital. How arrogant and utterly sociopathic- as in lacking in emotion and related compassion for others- can a person get? But for myself... this is Cory Nelson to a tee.

Here are a few more tidbits of inaccurate character that Cory Nelson is subjecting the citizens of Arizona to:

WORK HISTORY
Deputy Director. President. Hospital CEO. Don't you just love the way in which this deeply unscrupulous man willfully omits specific information about which Arizona hospital he worked as for, in fact, as a supposedly competent CEO! Evading, as such, the now established facts underlying his obviously unethical character. These elements of Nelson's behavioral characteristics jibe perfectly with the means by which he somewhat successfully got away with  misrepresenting facts about the unlawful misconduct of himself and his various associates at ASH, and beyond once he became an executive level representative of ADHS/BHS, as applicable to the substandard conditions there, which- as we all know by now- Nelson' only exasperated once he took over as ASH's CEO in August, 2011.

Freakshow, because as I see it, what else can we call it, in truth? An environment where someone as professionally ugly as Cory Nelson, Health Care Executive can actually get away with posing as something he, in fact, is not. I haven't alot of time anymore for this Rat Bastard. For indeed, as per one of my central objectives at the time of founding this blog, the status of the former CEO of one of the most mismanaged public mental health facilities is just as it should be:
FIRED! And exposed as such for being involved in what many are calling the the ugliest public mental health facility scandal in the new millennium.

But do not hesitate in your own- whoever you might happen to be- to take a peek at the following URL,

And feel free as well to directly contact the Arizona Corporation Commission, at Corps-Director@azcc.gov, as the staff of PJ Reed The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse has already done:

That said, it's not big surprise to this particular writer that the official response from yet another clearly out of whack state agency looks just like this:

Thank you for your email.  The Arizona Corporation Commission does not issue licenses.  The A.C.C. incorporates corporations and limited liability companies.  The law concerning incorporation does not have any requirements with respect to an individual’s background.

If this individual or the LLC is licensed by the Department of Health, you might want to contact that agency with your concerns.

Again, I haven't much interest in this punk anymore, much less the time (my time being far too valuable for a Rat Bastard like Cory "crazycorycorner.weebly.com" Nelson), but there's every opportunity for others to take up the tak of seeing that this dude, who only arrived in Arizona 3 1/2 years ago, from his home state of North South Dakota, under another radical cloud of scandal specific to his prior position in that state (a state known to be as dirt poor and far below standard American par as it get anymore- ask any member of the numerous American Indian Tribes about that claim). I have said it before, "What do you do when you hit rock bottom in a state like South Dakota? Well, you head to Arizona, of course, and hide yourself away in the state's lone public mental health facility!"

IN CLOSING: I no longer live in Arizona, and I am certainly no huge fan of the state's administrative structure. But I do have a lot a very close friends there, and that most definitely includes my former patient-peers at The Arizona State Hospital. In this vein, I have always stated that Arizona deserves far better then to have dirt bags like Cory Nelson play any significant role in the state's health care system.

And yet there he still is, up to his some old tricks, dedicated as such to deceiving Arizona citizens as a matter of standard practice.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
