The APA and its collective membership are ignoring the truth.
We begin with brief excerpt from the April 14, 2026, findings of the Citizens Commission of Human Rights International. Torture, that is the bus word at issue.
The psychiatric groups’ statement also wants ECT to be forced on individuals who are incapable of consenting or who refuse consent. In alignment with various U.N. conventions, CCHR maintains that any psychiatric practice coercively imposed constitutes torture.
And there it is, EC is not therapy, it is torture. And wannabe 'doctors' who are ignoring the good faith efforts of all who dedicated to defending the never enforced rights of mentally ill persons, not limited to them ignoring the valid findings of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights International specific to the very brutal use of electro-convulsive shock on very young children, as well as forcing people sans consent specific to this shit . I have proven much since 2010, and I know that there remain a high number of very dangerous American psychiatrists running around the US today. And just as emancipation had little impact on what hate in the Deep and Dirty South, wherein former slaves were forced into indentured servitude by wealthy ass plantation owners, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 had even less influence on the American Psychiatric Association and its very unethical collective membership.
If this were not true, the horror show hospitals of the mid to late 20th century would not have bene in operation in the first place, and the failed promise of deinstitutionalization in late 1960s and early 1970s had no impact on the chosen behaviors of American psychiatrists. They have never been willing to treat mentally ill Americans as equals, and the poor cause therein has everything to do with plain as day public ignarance about mentally ill human beings.
They are not better than the general public, and maintain the same attitudes about mentally ill people that they greater public maintains today. And yes, it all plays into allowing today's American psychiatrists to get way with causing all too many preventable deaths, and state mental hospitals would not be sites of very abusive American psychiarists. This is the nature of the beast, mirrors the racist hate that held the Deep and Dirty South in it's grip, and these kind of doctors remain highly dangerous, as per the many psychiatric scandals emerging today, and as per my own vested experiences in seeking to trust these kind of people. As one, the common social worker LCSW and all else who work in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system remain very ignorant about the rights of mentally ill American citizens.
The ones I have sought to trust over the last 15 years were all made aware= by me- of my success in exposing psychiatric abuse that remains a norm in state managed mental hospitals. But they care not whit about any of it. They are lying to the American people today, just as they always have, claiming that they care about mentally ill Americans. Yet, proven evidence, factual truth tells us that the American Psychiatric Association has been willful in enabling bad acting American psychiatrists for just as long as they have been called psychiatrist.
And further learning of what white hate that remains in the Deep and Dirty South looks like, the wealthy families with long and set histories in this area of the nation, those who more likely than not have some degree of connection to the slave industry and what is called "plantation culture", may come to look down on those who remain racist in down there. But what they cannot realize, as per the sickness that racism is, in fact, is looking down on others is the core symptom at issue, and this carries to how many psychiatrists view their own patients today. They feel they are enlightened and better than those in the past, but in fact, they remain the same kind of doctor, and as we who are fighting for the civil and human rights of mentally ill kids and adults know all too well, there are many bad acting American psychiatrists running around the USA today.
I am a human rights activist who has proven that bad acting American psychiatrists are still willing to make their own patients targets of patiently unlwufal and gravely inhumane abuses, and as I have learned the hard way, as well, the same patterns hold well away from state managed mental hospitals today. Like the sickness that it has always been, psychiatric discrimination towards the rights and care needs of mentally ill persons is spreading today. This has been proven by others, as well, such as this scathing exposure of electro-convulsive shock treatment, which is flat out torture on basis of how these doctors are beehive today.
Forcing people into grossly invasive brain surgery. No other way to look at it, They are the palar opposite of caring medical doctors, and based on the continued reliance on bad scientific methods of diagnosis and treatment, they are pseudo-doctors, at best, and far from real scientists, to boot. As for white hate that remains all too real in many areas of the Deep and Dirty South, I was an undergraduate when a black man was dragged to death not far from the small city of Jasper, Texos, in 1994.
And at that time, when I was at UNM, a published a response in the UNM student newspaper to op-ed published by a known white racist there in this university at the time, an Aryan Nation sort of ass-wipe, who had sought to downplay the truth about ongoing white hate in the US, and in that brief letter to the editor, I encouraged that piece of white trash to take a a trip down to Jasper, TX, and to send some time working in the fields, alongside the many blacks who continue to ge forced to work in the cotton fields down there. They are indentured, is what they are, and white hate down there, and people like this make me sick. As does any American psychiatrist who is still willing to the abuse the civil and human rights of mentally ill kids and adults.
So don't try to tell me that white people born into wealth and privilege in down have no ties to racist hate. I am a member of the American Indian Movement, which has never been a card carrying club, and I have proven myself as caring one hell of lot more about mentally ill American than do most of these American psychiatrists. That which is in me, that which I was taught young prior to impacts seven tragedy upon my family, I bear a sound sense of civic duty, and know all too well that I am not better than anyone else. In this light, I am the polar opposite of the kind of people who work in our nations always fucked up public mental health care system, as proven by my good faith efforts to defend the rights of others like myself. It's old hat to me and people like me.

l. And here we see why it only makes sense that so many American psychiatrists so support our very dangerous President. They have never been on the side of valid science, have long favored statistical deduction and analysis, behaving in this regard like gambling addicts. But gambling with the lives of mentally ill American is very ugly. And any nature of medical doctor who forces their patient into invasive forms of brain surgery without first establishing the consent of those patients need be criminally charged.
And this is one thing that they are still hoping to get away with. No, there are many people who oppose these care practices today, and as such, these bad acting psychiatrists are very due for serious accoutnlbity. The time has been long past for this, as per the manner in which they have treating mentally ill people as though we are not deserving human beings.
We are all human beings, including these kind of doctors. That they cannot see mentally persons as human beings, fully deserving or not, they need to have their medical licenses revoked. They entered medical school with due expectations of their future patients. But these doctors feel that mentally ill people have no right to expectations. They see mentally ill people as lesser deserving of the civil rights that they benefit from, and that all American share in equally.
These are primitive views upon mentally ill human beings, age old prejudices and utterly unethical attitudes. No wonder the worst medical students choose this area of medical care and treatment. They may have done pretty well in medical school, but grades and the like fall far short of what adds up to responsible medical doctors. No, health care ethics tell us that all patients are to be treated on equal footing with any type of medical professional.
Much evidence specific to a serious decline of mental health care in the US, and this can be blamed on these type of people. They are the most dangerous type of medical doctors, and 1005 responsible for an unknowable number of otherwise preventable harms not limited to preventable deaths. No doctor should be able to get away with this, and yet, these doctors have been lying American people for just as long as these fuckers have existed.
I have been 100% justified in defending the rights of mentally ill American, and furthermore, have been 100& accurate specific to these type of doctors. I have learned the hard way that these kind of doctors have so little compassion specific to the ongoing struggles of mentally ill Americans. They care not about the fact that mentally ill American who bene forced onto the streets face high risk of violence. They care not about the laws that bear upon them, as per the degree to which many them feel above the law. And they are willing to deny their patients the right to consent to various aspects of psychiatric care practices.
There is little more basic aspect of health care ethics than patient consent. Yet, in 2015, one Dr. Wang tried to force me take a certain medication without my consent. And yet, they are forcing people to be subjected to ECT without consent. This all proves just how fucking dangerous these people are. They can ignore the many psychtiric scandals if they want to. That will only add up to more due accountability. It's astounding the degree to which they feel that they are not the same kind of doctors who have been exposed in these scandals, on point with all that I have personally brought to light since 2012.
They see me a threat, and they are goddamn right that I am a threat in terms of exposing them for they really are. I have seen it all, have heard it all, and have been put through hell ever since I entered the Arizona State Hospital. They use punishment as means to force us into submission, holding it against us for not agreeing with the way they treat us. These are really ugly people, they just are, and I am not about to back off now. I will be here for the long haul, and as I have made clear, I am readily avialbiel to provide my own testimony as an expert witness specific to both civil actions as well criminal prosecution. And people have reached out to in this context in recent months.
But, I am currently party to pending lawsuit at this time, in the interest of mentally ill Oregon citizens. Thus, I am not in a position to take part in any such activities for the moment. This I have had to tell three different parties over the last 8 weeks, people who reached out me in terms of suing bad acting American psychiairsts. It is all due time. The time has come for lawsuits in the interest of mentally ill Americans. They have not improved upon they way they treat us, and behave just as badly as they have always behaved. I attest to all I have experienced specific to these kind of people, and my past efforts have been proven as accurate as per the roles of media in those exposures of both ASH as well as MSH.
It really is past due time for both lawsuits in the interest of mentally ill Americans, as well due accountalbity for the many harms they still cause specific ot mentally ill Americans. They have been centrally involved in causing preventable deaths, as was proven when April Moot died in 2011, as well as many other people who have died horrible deaths to these kind of doctors. They are all complicit in this shit, but are so very blinded by their own ignorance that they cannot wrap their egocentric minds around any of this. Yes, we are on the right page today.
I don't feel sorry for any them. They have brought that which they have coming to them upon themselves. They have never felt they would be subject to due accountlbity, have benefited with entrenched impunity for so very long that they feel above due accountably for their own actions. And they feel above other kinds of doctors, as well, feel that in 'studying the mind' means that they smarter than others.
I have run into this shit with both psychologists as well as psychiatrists. But, fact is, many of these people are far from intelligent. They behave n ways that say as much, and I have described these behaviors for years now. Only stupid poeple would believe that lesser fortunate people are lesser deserving human beings. And this just how they look at mentally ill human beings today, No different from any point in the past, ignorant and egocentric, so full of themselves that they cannot see anyone else as their equal. Fuck these people, and fuck the shame that they are bringing upon the medical professions.
Yes, as I heard it in Flagstaff just about 12 weeks ago now. Being diagnosed with mental illness in the US is just "dumb luck." And mental illness has ruined my own life, as have these many bad actors in our nation's public mental health care system. They are the ones who have been holding us back, them and them only.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.
And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed for the better in lasting fashion. I have thus far done so pro bono, with zero wish for fame or fortune. This is the kind of American that I am, as a matter of plain and proven fact. I learn from my own mistakes, and grow stronger in this context.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
