Kentucky lawmakers have brushed aside the objections of Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear to enact a new law that could protect global agrochemical manufacturer Bayer from state lawsuits alleging it failed to warn customers that a commonly used weedkiller could cause cancer.
Fact being, my own personal history of public interest activism predates that point in time when I was effectively forced to dedicate myself to defending the never yet enforced civil and human rights of mentally ill human beings. All American share equally in our own system of civil rights (yet there remain all too many ignorant Americans who cannot wrap their pointed heads around as much). while in this day age, the human rights of all human are to equally share these rights on equal footing).
And yes, as a graduate student in the University of Arizona's MA program in American Indian Studies, I took port in a concerted effort to go after the very corrupt corporation, Monsanto, in collaboration with the Internatianl Union of Concerned Scientists, under the direct mentorship of Garby Nathan. I was a member of the UA Tribal Law Clinic at the time, and the aim was to better protect the health and safety interests of both human beings residing in southern Mexico, with direct respect for the atrocious impacts of the chemical product, Roundup, on local plants, with additional regard for the health of the North American Monarch butterfly, whose annual migratory path was also detrimental by the use of Roundup in the soured regions of our continent. And we Americans who are reasonable well informed are aware that Bayer purchased Monsanto a number of years ago.
Fack Bayer and fuck big pharm, and the role of the legal drug industry itself in protecting the American Psychiatric Association's grossly unethical protocols and policies. As per the ongoing effort of the contemporary American psychiatrist in forcing people against their will with regard for the very invasive surgical procedure, electro-convulsive shock abuse, they are all one sort of people working in relation to one particular realm of highly corrupted corporate industry and institutional wrongdoing. For that is what it is, abuse and not fucking 'therapy.' I knew a kid named Bobby Gow who in the early 1970s, when he was too young to know better and too adventerous to say no, climbed a high power electric line pole and very stupidly (?) grabbed hold of one of those wires. Yes, my pal survived both the fal and the shock, left however with one arm badly scarred. And put into perspective herein, these idiots are still trying to sell snake oil in back alleys and lesser travelled by-ways, as per the history of the profession in these United States. They have no idea how foolish they are, how very foolish they appear to validly qualified scientists and other like people who know that statistical deduction and analysis have no place in scientific inquiry of any kind.
And so on the shit flows, like the shit that it is.
Those who have relied on the falsehoods of the DSM in providing sworn testimony in our nation's criminal courts have been behaving in contempt of the law and the court itself. How many people have suffered on this basis alone as direct consequence of people who have no willingness to honor plain and simple scientific methodology? Who have kept their way into such venues of public discourse and authority, only to spread their own shit beliefs and attitudes. Otherwise preventable shit of a very wide variety, death, harms, and unjust punishments not limited to patently unlawful and gravely inhumane use of punitive retaliation in means of forcing their own patients into submission. I have been subjected to this in its varied forms on too many occasions count, and it has solely been at those times when I have to sought to trust these kind of doctors and them only.
Even information expressed by the profession itself, as is shown below, stands out as highly suspect. The American psychiarist, the profession itself, is steeped in stigma, defined as follows.

Fuck is all I all I can say about the above, which strangely enough was published in the on-line rag, "Psychiatric Times" in the week of April 21, 2026. They discuss issues of very concern, suspect issues that make little sense in a context of medicine and medical care, as though the suspect nature of issues therein are only normal, which stands out as core dynamic of the profession itself, very weird shit that speaks to why so many Americans still see pychiatrists and psychiatry itself as a vert fishy area of medicine and medical care. Which it isn't and never has been, in fact. They have never embraced the physical nature of the human body as pertains to the human brain, which is an organ and not an abstraction. They are abstract, they are abnormal, and they are in a state of gothic disorder.
Not us who are saddled with a chronic form of very real, very serried illness. Just as the racist cannot see the human in the person of color, the typical contemporary psychiatrists, and as refuted by there forebears, cannot see the human in the mentally ill person, be the person a child or an adult. Our very illness has taught many SMI persons what it means to be ethical in how we look at others, which is a common by product of chronic hardship not limited to chronic illness itself. I refuse to characterize this as "ironic." Period.

DATA INDICATES FISH CAUGHT IN SOME MONTANA WATERBODIES MAY CONTAIN DETECTABLE LEVELS OF THE MAN-MADE POLLUTANTS KNOWN AS PFAS
HELENA, MT — The Interagency Fish Consumption Advisory Group (IFCAG), consisting of representatives from the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services (DPHHS), Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP), has issued an updated consumption advisory for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in fish. The new PFAS fish consumption advisory is listed in the Montana Sport Fish Consumption Guidelines found on the FWP website.

Just one more impact of outsiders of wealth and privilege takingover the state of Montana. But for the record, this is hardly a new thing, this poisoned and polluted water issue. I first lived in Missoula for a about three months away back in the late 90s, when I was somewhat seriously considering the UM's graduate program in Environmental Studies. I opted out of that on the same basis, there was only Montana citizen in the program, all the rest were from the east coast for the most part, rich kids who were only attracted to the program itself and the state of Montana on basis of pop cultural romantic ideas about what it means to become a resident of the sttae. And even then, in the late 90s, it was passed on to me, "Sure, do some fishing. Just don't eat the fish."
This shit carries to the ones who run Free Cycles there in Missoula, where I did a lot a volunteer work at. The man honcho in that operation is Bob Giordana, the son of wealthy parents in the state of Virginia, while his assistant, Emily Stevens, was born into wealth and privilege in the state of Washington, her parents so wealthy that has a place on one the San Juan Islands not far from Seattle. People like this have taking over and in my opinion ruining the American west for all too many years, not limited to my home state of New Mexico.
Back to the my one half time try out semester there at UM, I was also one of the only students from a western state, in fact, which is why I somewhat quickly bonded with the one student born and raised on a Montana ranch. We did not a have a whole lot in common, but I still remember our discussion of the need for people from Montana to be students in that program, in that, it takes one from such places to be best set up for a professional role in most any aspect of the professions there. And of course, not one of the people who work on Providence-St. Patrick's acute "NBMI" in-patient psychiatric unit is originally from the state of Montana. Yes, they too are ruining the character of the state, outsiders from places like the Deep South or other places so very removed from Montana, and likely, nowhere in the western US, either.
I well recall the fat assed, lying NBMI social worker LCSW Kate Wilfong feeling she needed to warn me away from a possible relocation to somewhere like Minnesota, herself being being form somewhere in the upper midwest, as though I have no idea what it's like to live in places so very cold. Fuck that, I grew ski racing, and spent several years living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, one the premiere alpine ski area in the US after I quit running gates. And that is a really cold spot on the map, as well. But when I was a teen, I also attended Ski Academy at Cannon Mountain, NH, one of the best ski racing prep programs in the US, and also a very fucking cold locale.
And as far as I am concerned, Wilfong is a Nazi class white American woman, certainly has that appearance, in my own humble but reasonably learned opinion. I have seen it all when it comes to these grossly inept social worker LCSWs who have no actual medical qualifications, who are very much in bed with bad acting American psychiatrists, and who thus only know to defend the worst imaginable psychiatric practices. I saw as much when I was in ASH, they have no idea how to discern between well grounded medical care practices and shit care practices.
Fuck them all, those boneheaded social workers, who are no more valid scientists than are any typical American psychiatrist, those who cannot see the flaws associated with statistical deduction and analysis. Hell, I studied science in college, and while my own visit to the discipline is far from a PHD, I know the difference between sound approaches to scientific theory and method and shit that does not stack up in terms of valid scientific method. I was a double major undergrad, a BA in American Studies, and a BS in Science, Technology, and Society, with especial interest in the history of science. This is where I learned all about the history of Eugenics in the US, while it was muck more recently that I came to understand the direct connection to eugenics in the history of the American psychiatric profession. They were called alienists at first, and were more focused on human behavior than on anything relating the human brain, which of course, is an organ through and through.
Like it or not, these fuckers remain the polar opposite of actual medical doctors. Which is why someone like Jason Molinaro could so easily shift away from his first choice as a doctor, to be a surgeon, and to instead to into psychiatry. And common sense tells us that he must have been a failure in that first choice, in that surgeons make one hell of a lot more moolah than does the average psychiatrist. And it carries as well, surgeons need have little going for them in the sense of 'bedside manner'. Molinaro, the dumbass, proved himself to me as very incompetent psychiatrist when he seemed to feel that all a person dealing with severe derisive crisis need do is read a book. And he went on the to prove himself as a basic lawbreaker when he chose to turn me away from an ER when I was struggling with suicidal crisis. And this is precisely the grounds for what is still a pending civil suit against a Eugene hospital, on basis of them turning me away when I was very much in suicidal crisis.
NBC correspondent and author Antonia Hylton describes the fact that one of her own African American loved ones, in the current USA, came to be terrified by white psychitirsts and white therapists, in her very telling 2023 book, "Madness. Insanity and Race in a Jim Crow Asylum." And our founder and associate advoacte-activist PJ Reed has described to us how deeply afraid he is today of the common bad acting American psychiatrist; not so much the therapists, they wield no actual authority cum power, per se'.
This is very much the state of affairs today as does pertain to psychiatric care and treatment in the contempt United States. They remain entrenched in the worst of their own past behaviors, attitudes, and traditions. They are that kind of person, that kind of American citizen. We all know people like this, or have surely encountered people like this in our own person to person interactions, however that may look.
It is true. I have been struggling with a very unsettling sense of deep set fear of late, and I attribute this to the very negative experiences I have had since no earlier than 2019-20. But I reckon that there is more to it, as per the shit l learned about these kind of doctors when I was hospitalized in the Arizona State Hospital well over 14-15 years ago now. Fact being, a beautiful young woman named April Mott really would be alive today if not for bad acting American psychiatrists and the highly corrupt people who act as administrators in our nation's always fucked up public mental health care system. This carries to my friends Mary Adams, Chris Blackman, and Sean Pelletier, all of whom died due to the graphically uncaring mindsets of these kind of people, these kind of doctors. No getting around this, and therein, hell yes these poeple scare me. No shame in admitting as much.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. I learn from my own mistakes, and grow stronger in this context.
