Spending time where I am is illustrating the fact that the general public is as if not more fucked up than are many people who are affected as I am by mental illness. This extends to people who work in out nation's always dysfunctional as fuck public mental health care system, which continues ot attract that very worst of those who may have actual attended college. It's not as though I am making any of this up, nor out to make false claims in context. Much to the contrary, I am sitting in a room surrounded by both members of the general public as well as such staff persons who really have no place in working with people who are, in fact, affected by mental illness. I have seen the best in the field, and I have seen the worst. And as I have stated more than once, the rare few able to prove themselves to me that they are up to the task of treating all American citizens as their own equals.

It's revolting, and reflects a very real notional crisis. Whereing our nation's most vulnerable citizens, raining from our children and elderly, to all disabled or otherwise at risk and vulnerable citizen peers. It's a state that we have not seen here in the US since, of shit, I don't for Sur since when. People cannot seem to see these truths, as per the lesser IQs of so many Americans today. What can be done, this too is a question I cannot meaningfully answer. All I know is that the civil and human rights of mentally ill American have never been enforced in keeping with the expectations of reasonably conscientious people.

Such as this woman, a Donna Noriega type, who had no idea how to communicate with others in a manner that adds up to honest intercations with others. The woman just stated a graphic assumption about people in general, and then shifted into lecturing us about what assumptions are, in fact. They need to be backed up by the lesser intelligent or otherwise reliant persons they deal with. They would have no chance of prevailing in their jobs if not for places like this, and poeple like these.

Very fortunate in terms of at risk and vulnerable American citizens, that our founder is both highly educated as well having proven his own civic duty in terms of going after the never yet well managed public mental health care system and the core factor that has held mentally ill Americans back over the last century. The American Psychiatric Association is 100% responsible having enabled bad acting American psychiatrists for just as long as it and they have existed in American society and culture. This is pain fact, and factual history proves as much. These people shun historical facts, fear being found out, and the time is due for all bad American psychiatrist to face due account.

There are all too many lying and patiently untrustworthy American psychiatrists running around out there today, be this with regard to the resent day USA, or as very much applies to the greater world today. And thanks to the good work of not only PJ Reed, but other resources such as the Citizens Commission of Human Rights International (CCHR), the time is coming when the corrupted institution that is the APA and it's many bad acting collective membership of contemporary American psychiatrists will learn the hard way mistreating at risk and vulnerable human. beings is flatly wrong on all levels.

No too much beginning September 01, NY Times front page exposer of the largest chain of public access psychiatric hospitals in the US, Acadia Health, and the related exposure of Oasis BLC managed care settings in the state of Arizona, and of course as relates to the role of the CCHR in going after the very corrupt APA itself.

And as per the usual, I have just completed a direct communication with the bad ass activists who are involved with the CCHR. It is about time that such efforts of coming forth as means to address the shit that still goes specific to psychiatry here in the US, and as applies, in the greater world at time of this writing. I am always seeking possible participation, if not actual emplorment with such resources. Have to see how this latest effort in this context plays out.

Just as the ongoing investigation specific to a civil lawsuit towards a Eugene, OR, hospital is ongoing today. Those people pulled the same shit that Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital pulled on me in 2019-2020, and if indeed things go my way in this effort to address this other hospital, I fully intend to use whatever better resources that may came to me, as in moolah, possible a moderate windfall of a sort, I will use to it to go after all hospitals that put the life and safety interests of mentally ill American at high risk of otherwise preventable harms. Its known, as per my own experiences, and as per the good work of others who see things on point with myself, that many of today's psychiatrists have caused excess otherwise preventable harms, not limited to preventable deaths, as does apply to April Mott, and many others in the US.

These bad acting medical professionals, and the ones who kiss their asses, have proven to me that that care far too little about the life, health, and safety interests of mentally ill Americans at very real risk of otherwise preventable outcomes. These doctors, for whatever goddamn reason, still act in the same motherfucking way that they behaved in the past, at all points of modern American history. They are by far the most dangerous medical doctors in the world, and they are continuing to get away with far too fucking much.

Fuck them, fuck the contemporary social worker LCSWs, and the equally fuked up psychiatric physician's assistants. They are all involved in holding back the civil and human rights of mentally ill American citizens, have never proven to any visible extent that they care about mentally ill Americans. And this does carry, as stated, to other areas in this world today.

Cannot rely on US government to do one fucking thing in the interest of persons like myself. Nope, it's upon us, the mentally ill, to do the right thing, and I am more than happy to do just that. As I have been up to since my 2010 first ever diagnosis with serious mental illness, as I still do today to the best of my given ability. They continue to lie to the American people, telling the public "Oh, we care very much about mentally ill citizens", when in fact, they have never proven this, in fact. The rare few, the good ones out there, have failed in terms of holding their bad acting peers to account. It's a profession wide level of corruption that will never sit well with me personally, and I have made clear more than once, that only bad actors would ever treat mentally ill persons so very horribly. They are not able to see just how fucked up they still are, have not the constitutions to take any such action, nor to change their own very suspect behaviors.

.  Rather exciting, these recent turns of events. And yes, we fully support out founder in helping him to find place in working with the good people with CCHR. No better candidate for such a role, and as such, we know that PJ Reed is somewhat the expert today in terms of these concerns. But we know, as well, and so does PJ Reed, that there is never any way knowing whether organizations such as this will respond in motive manner.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.

And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed for the better in lasting fashion. I have thus far done so  pro bono, with zero wish for fame or fortune. This is the kind of American that I am, as a matter of plain and proven fact. I learn from my own mistakes, and grow stronger in this context.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
