The otherwise preventable death of a member of the public.                                                 

    April Mott. September 29, 2011. This woman would still be alive today if not for dirty ass American psychiatrists employed by the state of Arizona, a highly corrupt public health care system, willing to hire known abusers of at risk American citizens. This is all public record. 

      And as does pertain to all that these dirty ass psychiatirsts still get away with, yes, the one's working in the Arizona State Hospital, all of whom are American citizens, were willful in not reporting the violent escape of known to be violent man. And, they all directly contributed to yes one more otherwise preventable death. A innocent member of the general public, a beautiful young woman named April Mott who suffered a brutal murder due to these dirty ass American psychiatrists.  

   Not one of them faced due accountability for violating the Tarrasoff Act, also defined as the city to warn, a standard that applies to all mental health care professionals. While it may seem that there is some legal wiggle room in interpreting the terms of this duty, as in, the supposed requirement that all and any possible victims be named prior to the the harms caused, this does not free the involved mentally health care professionals directly behind this cover up, nor the equally unethical hospital administrators, from due accountability. 

     Only lesser ethical human beings would ever choose to manipulate the language and terms of this well established duty to warn the public of known threats to public safety. This very proves the fact that many American psychiatrists pose  highly dangerous threat to the health and safety interests of not only their own trusting patient-citizens, but the general public, as well. No getting around these nature of data, no wiggle room at all in terms of bad acting American psychiaitrts who behave no better today than the have in the darkness of not so long ago past.

RERUN: This story was originally published in this blog in June, 2012. And I attest to the bare bones fact that I am the sole informant by which the following debacle was ever brought to the attention of the public. I reported the earliest details of this cycle of violence and associated criminal misconduct of ASH administrators to JJ Hensley (of the Arizona Republic newspaper), while still and ASH patient in May, 2011. But when this reporter sought to confirm that report, ASH administrators patently denied all elements of the information I shared with him at that time. 

       Thus, JJ Hensley felt he had to let the report go, due to not being able to confirm my report. 90 days later (August 2011), a young Phoenix woman with no association to the state's sole long term public mental health care facility was brutally murdered as a direct consequence the above described denial (by ASH); only following this horrific event was JJ Hensley compelled to take my initial report seriously, and (again) only after I informed him (yet again) of what was going on in the context.

       The Tarasoff law (or Tarasoff duty) mandates that mental health professionals must take reasonable steps to protect third parties from a patient's threats of violence, commonly known as the "duty to warn" or "duty to protect". Originating from a 1976 California Supreme Court ruling, this law dictates that confidentiality ends where public peril begins, requiring practitioners to warn victims and/or notify law enforcement when a patient makes a specific, serious threat against an identifiable victim.

        I have stated more than once that I would struggle in asking any woman to trust on basis of how badly I treated the one woman in my life who was willing ot trust me in long term intimate relationship. The polar opposite of the bad American psychiatrists who are very much responsible for countless otherwise preventable harms, not limited to preventable death and as does bear upon the otherwise preventable murder of April Moot. And who are still willing to ask mentally ill Americans to trust them. They have no sense of basic conscience, are gravely unethical, and yes, pose high risk a otherwise preventable harms to all American citizens today.  

     They are shit people with high levels of education. They are liars and perverts, they have done great harm to mentally ill American for just as long as they have been called 'psychiatrists.' The American Psychiatric Association continues to enable bad acting American psychiatrists, just as it has been doing since it was founded in the very dark age of 1844. They have never cared about mentally ill persons, not children nor adults. Tell this writer that this is a false claim. Please, I beg for as much today.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.

    And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed for the better in lasting fashion. I have thus far done so  pro bono, with zero wish for fame or fortune. This is the kind of American that I am, as a matter of plain and proven fact. I learn from my own mistakes, and grow stronger in this context.
