Robert Boyd
Murdered by
Albuquerque APD
law officers.
2013

Proof that I care for all mentally ill Americans equally. I made it my choice to first attend a protest march in response to this shit, and then become a founding member of APDForward, as means to address APD's use of excessive use of deadly force; they had, in fact, killed some 9 mentally ill residents of the city, one of whom was peacefully sitting in his parent's backyard.

Yep, I do what I can in the interest of all mentally ill American citizens. While only this kind of doctor so flagrantly trod over the civil and human rights of their own patients. No excuse, and the fact that one is mentally ill Americans does not justify abuse of our civil and human rights.

I am and we are better than the bulk of these who work in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system. They have always been our own public enemy, having always abused us, in the horror show hospitals of old, and on the list goes. They are the ones who have made a mission of hiding mentally ill Americans back.

Knowing, that were conscientious Americans and well aware of how badly these people still behave, they would never put up with it. Sadly, our nation is such a crisis that today, movements akin to say, the Civil Rights movement, is ver had tp pull off today, and it's well kno
wn, that mentally ill persons on the streets face 8% more risk of being victims of violence, violence imposed upon us by persons not affected by metnal illness.

The 2013 murder of Robert Boyd and others, as well the murder of Carlos "Ragman" Garver in 1987. Who was asleep when someone doused the poor man in lighter fluid and burned him to death.

One would think that other medical doctors would never agree with having their own patients being murdered on streets of USA. So many such realties remain exclusive to the American psychitiric profession, and the many contemporary bad acting America psyhciatrists in the USA today.

Just as I asked if it was reasonably just to characterize people like this as sociopathic, if not psychopathic, I more recently premised the idea that the teamwork aspect, the relationship between willful bad acting American psychiatrists and definitively unqualified (for medical work), kiss ass licensed clinical social workers, resembles something along the lines of organized crime.

Such a premise implies criminal behaviors and mindsets, in company with organizational foundations that defend such persons. First things one might think of, in this context, are the mafiosos who have long been involved in the illegal aspects of gambling here in the US.

This said, I have also premised the idea that any psychiatrist 'yoked' along with insurance companies to the false medical text have never provided accurate diagnostic findings specific to serious mental illness. What is this if not an organizational monstrosity?

Adding to the this, protection provided by the pharmaceutical industry, wherein these kind of medical professionals, who are not valid doctors in this man's eyes, have fallen into increasing not only diagnoses of mental illness, while further adding excessive sub-diagnoses to most established 'diagnoses' of  serious mental illness. Proving the much more how little they understand mental illness, in fact.

In doing this, they are justifying adding more and more pills yet to medication therapy specific to mental illness. They throw these pills around in such a way that one might ask if they even take medications seriously.

Take, for example, 'Dr.' Ira -otherwise preventable- Gaddy who chose to perform in an in-house You Tube video wherein he tried to market unproven 'medical' technology, which they might choose to call happy lights. And in doing so, stated something along the lines of "I might prescribe antidepressants to my patients in the fall, and take them off those anti-depressants in the spring."

Uh-huh, just that. Almost all too casual about prescribing such medications.

While 'seasonal affective' stands as yet one more questionable misdiagnosis of mental illness, sort of like pop culture mimics the truth. Below is the formal definition of this claimed diagnosis.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a form of depression triggered by changing seasons, usually starting in late fall/early winter and ending in spring, driven by reduced sunlight affecting circadian rhythms and serotonin.  Symptoms include low energy, oversleeping, carbohydrate cravings, and sadness. Risk factors include living far from the equator, being female, and having a history of depression.
There are no 'forms' of depression, per se'.
"Triggered" by changing seasons, "driven" by too little sun. And I won't waste my time of these supposed "symptoms".
While, God will it ever stop, "living far from the equator" (as do tens of thousands, if not millions modern of human beings), "being female" (what the fuck, and again, miiliions of females), and "having a history of depression" (ever heard of circular reasoning, hello?).
People in Alaska don't need "happy lights, nor do people in Siberia, and so on the list goes. Only Montana? Bullshit through and through.
This shit is nothing better than  nervous energy on on basis of not understanding depression itself, adding more sub-diagnosis of depression with each changing day. Circa the first decade of this century, when I was first diagnosed with SMI (2010) there was only one diagnosis of depression, called at the time major depressive disorderSince then, however....
And the only real problem that it is a form illness, versus a 'disorder.' They shy away from the illness factor on basis of relying on the false medical text, the accursed DSM, which far as long it was published, was generating invalid diagnostic findings. As in, they have been invalidly diagnosing serious mental illness since he mid-20th century, and this only shows how little these people understand mental illness itself.
And in adding more and more sub-diagnosis to many forms of SMI. I do see this as a sign that these doctors do not understand SMI today, on basis of relying on this patently false medical text.
Disorder, my ass. They are in disorder, abusing the civil and human rights of their own trusting, at risk and vulnerable patients.
And ain't it convenient, the acronym sad, in company with the unproven, as in untested medical technology known as happy lights. Severe depression, referred to via the accursed DSM, as major depressive disorder, exceeds the term 'sad', in and of itself is not an illness, it merely implies a state of 'mind 'that does not speak to the reality of severe depression.
Happiness, as well, is nothing but a mere state of 'mind', while mind itself is but a conceptual reference that has nothing much to do the BRAIN (an organ). Sure, there are certain chemical activities in the brain that do bear upon such states of mind, yet is also true that medical technology is not capable of producing actual happiness.
This writer joked about this long ago, as in, "What will these bozos come up with next, excess elation disorder". There is nothing funny about valid diagnoses of medical illnesses, nothing at all. These people need take their fucking jobs far more seriously than they obviously do. They are freaking laughable in their own behaviors, utterly that.
I could care less what they think of this, they are the least trustworthy medical professionals I have ever in my life sought to trust. I know the history of this profession, from promoting shit beliefs in eugenics, to forcing medical testing and sterilizations to all persons seen as lesser than for well over 60 fucking years.
Sure, other medical doctors took part in much of this, but for the most part, the rest of the medical profession have progressed along with the rest of the nation, while the psychiatric professions remains entrenched in age prejudices towards mentally ill American, believing we are not able to bring about due change, as this writer has done more than one, to mother-fucking state managed mental hospitals.
Those materials I had gathered while I was at ASH would have been seized were they up to speed with what I was documenting, and this speaks to this age old prejudice towards us; that yes, we are able to bring about needed change specific to hospitals such as this, and the ass-wipe doctors who I once believed were only found in such settings.
Nope, as per Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital choosing to hire a very abusive American psychiatrist who couldn't cut it in a state managed mental hospital, the Montana State Hospital. Which, as I see things, shows that mental health care is again going backwards. I know this history, this specific history, very fucking well, and yes, they remain entrenched in long past traditions.
The American Psychiatric Association rejects the place of recreational drugs such as marijuana in the American story, although it is true that in the late 1970s, I used to score weed for a female psychiatrist who's name I cannot recall, good weed for that matter.
That person was clearly far more openminded than the bulk of today's American psychiatrists, who still refuse to admit the very real benefits of marijuana, which can very much improve upon equal real struggles such and insomnia and the like.
I can do and do attest to as much, in that my abuse driven insomnia circa the late 70s, weed served both to calm my nerves as well as serving to allow me sleep in good tidings.
And one might just ask users of marijuana what it's purpose or effect is. In my varied lifetime experiences I have hear this referred to as an attitude adjustment, or a high or buzz. There have been far more ways to describe the effect of marijuana in the American his story, but I argue herein that somewhere in that linguistic mish-mash lies equally useful references such as happiness itself.
This is a bit of a tangent, admittedly, but it nonetheless serves to describe the graphic disconnect of some people, and yes, herein I am talking about the wealthy and privileged, namely, between mainstream goings on. These people are both socailly inept in addition to being far from ethical.
Another observation, an epiphany of a sort. Movie actors have an easy time portraying bad acting psychiatrists simply because psychiatrists quite generally speaking mirror actors in their own right. Such as, acting as though they sincerely care about their own patients, while simultaneously trodding all over the civil and human rights of their own patients.
This is not caring, in fact, and any degree of challenge to this very basic fact amounts to nothing of merit. I have seen how badly many of these kind of doctors behave. I had for at least a few years presumed that only state managed mental hospitals were willing to employ bad acting American psychiatrists, as per my first person experiences in two such hospitals since 201O.
Today, though, they can be found in near virtually any in-patient psyche setting today. This I also attest to via nothing more suspicious than my now well reasoned 1st person experiences, haven spent some 3.40+ years in seeking to trust them, and still counting. Such as in Providence-St. Patrick's, Missoula, MT, and one psychiatrists who lost his job in a state managed mental hospital.
While these patterns of providing safe haven to known abusers of mentally ill Americans, and so on, extends into the broader realm of how they behave. Not limited to known behavior of Dr. Stephan Dingle, for example, who proved himself as a man willing to sexually abuse American women working under his direct authority.
If one were to follow mainstream news reports, such as the exposure of the nation's largest chain of public psychiatric hospitals, Acadia HC, which was busted in full for having extorted millions of public and private insurance monies, it's cleat that some have criminal mindsets.
And here, too, those psychiatrists have fought to divorce themselves from reality. Fact being, they held their own patients for longer that was needed. And as such, they were certainly involved in this extortion shit, for only the attending psychiatrists have the authority to determine discharge processes.
Blaming it on the administrators, when, as stated above, no administrator has the authority to determine discharge, it's always on the attending psychiatrists.
Or the fact that Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula, MT, provided safe haven to a male psychiatrist who was removed from care and practice in the Montana State Hospital. Dingle and so on, and this issue of safe haven bullshit further proves how corrupt these kind of doctors remain today. And here, too, they are saying, "No, we do not do the hiring".
Yet, I know for a fact that they were well aware of Wang, in that was very open with them on basis if him being my psychiatrist when was at in MSH, and therein, made them aware of Wang well before he was hired there. I do this, to hopefully educate these people as to such bad acting American psychiatrists.
But they also hired Wang after I had left Missoula out of fear for my for my own health care safety interests, after they had turned me away after a very serious suicide attempt. No coincidence at all that only a mere 5-6 weeks earlier, I had taken issue with being falsely accused of attacking a female staff member. And, even denial of access is such terms amounts to punitive retaliation, punishing me for having taken issue over that shit.
While as my first person experience in those two different state managed mental hospitals in two different states (AZ and MT) have proven to me that American psychiatrists who work in such places are still willing to make their own patients targets of patently unlawful abuses, which in itself is distinctly inhumane.
What more be needed to prove this shit?
No getting around first person experience, much like there is no getting around both established standards of medical care, nor established US law itself. These are the only kind of licensed doctors who so flagrantly act as though they have a lion's share of the civil rights that all Americans share equally, while many scandals specific to them and them only have proven that all too many of them feel themselves above such established standards of US Law and public policy.
How much more can really be said. I mean, for crying out loud, I have as much experience as most any other man of my age in turning to non-psychiatric care services, where I have never been treated nearly as badly as I have been treated by these many bad acting American psychiatrists. It remains a night and and day contrast that this writer will never agree with. Period.
The 1952 first copy of
the accursed DSM.

And as for them being socially inept, that has everything to with a graphic disconnect from their own patients, in that only these doctors have so fucking many of their own patients who have been forced onto the streets today. Not that all homeless Americans are affected by serious illness, no, only that the many, arguably very many homeless people are affected mental illness. Contrasts of between this kind of so-called 'medical doctor', and valid medical doctors.
Yes, they stand well away from actual medical doctors, and have never been actual medical doctors, on basis of relying on the false medical text for no less than the last 75 years. Prior to that they did not even have to have such reference source. Nope, they went about calling mentally people being affected by insanity before the DSM was establalished in 1952.
One really has to wonder what these kind of people were calling mentally ill people even farther back in American history. I think of how American Indians would think of these white Americans in the darkness of 19th century. For one thing, these kind of American would have been calling people like us, American Indians, "savages." And boy, if they messed around with American Indians in 19th century would likely have killed if not scalped by American Indians in that period of time.
The core reality, herein, this has been a white man's kind of 'medicine' for as long as the profession in whatever from has existed. They exploit black American psychiatrists, using them to better appear as though are not racists.
But I know better, and so does author Antonia Hylton, and her book "Madness. Insanity, Race in a Jim Crow Asylum." (Hatchett Book Group. January 23, 2024), that many of today's contemporary psychiatrists are just as racist as they were in the long ago past. And yes, in her introduction to the book, she describes of one her loved ones was terrified by both a white psychiatrist as well as be a white therapist, circa 2014-15.
Hate and racism has plagued the American medical establisment for many years, but as per the usual, American psychiatrists have always fallen behind progress. Ergo, many today remain racists. Hylton's telling book was written in the tradition of another critical text of the sort, "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks." (Crown Publishers. February 10, 2010.)
This latter book describes hate centric white American medical doctors who used her body as means to do research without her permission. Lacks was born in August 18, 1920, and died on October 04, 1951, the daughter of a poor Southern tobacco farmer, while Henrietta developed a cancerous cervical tumor, and her cells were expioited and cultured by white a American researcher employed by George Otto Gey at Johns Hospkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.
Just one more black American who suffered the hate- centric white Americans. And believe me when I say that any white person born in Mississippi who comes from white wealth and privilege in this part of the nation almost surely has family ties to the slave trade, if not the KKK, fact. And Dr. Ira Gaddy, a white male American psychiatrist who has lived and practiced in Missoula, MT, since no later than 2018, and is a white person born into wealth and privilege in the Deep South- Mississippi, arguably yon e of the most racist states in the Deep South.
And as per the very revealing movie, "Mississippi Burning", therein we learn just how fucking racist people from that state are, in fact. These are realities that these kind of doctor
They all seek to divorce themselves from the history of the psychiatric profession, a very ugly history here in the US. And this extends almost by necessity to divorcing themselves from other such history, inc-luding family histories that would not please the American people.
I have seen and heard it all form these kind of doctors, and such, I am of the learned option today that few American psychiatrists today can be trusted, for th fact remans, they are no longer found in just state managed mental hospitals. They are spreading well beyond just those kind of hospitals. Cancerous and far from trustworthy. _____________________________

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
