The 2013 Murder of James Boyd.
Random Notes. He has a five day along looking beard, is maybe 30-35 years old or older, wears shorts in what are still too chilly conditions, and as he moves along the sidewalk with his yes turned down eyes to the ground in front of him on his path, is engaging in a conversation with himself if not his demons, hand motions in accompaniment, quite obviously a mentally ill man living on the streets. His time here, on this earth, is marked, given that mentally ill men and women in those circumstances remain 8-9% more at risk of violence to be imparted upon us but other persons who are not affected by mental illness. And, as per recent developments specific to further limitations of access to care in the interest and as per the care and safety needs of seriously mentally ill American citizens, the man is one of tens of millions of such mental ill Americans who will possibly if not likely ever grow much older.
All such concerns can be blamed on the American Psychiatric Association's graphically corrupted protocols, which extends by practical necessity to systemic indifference specific to the vast majority of its own collective membership. These are trusted medical professionals who have yet to put the interests of their own patients on equal footing with themselves. There lack of concern for mentallly ill American mirrors the of the general public, all too many of whom remain ignorant about mental illness, which directly benefits the maligned aims of these kind of people. in fact, public ignorance about mental illness is yet one more thing that can be justly blamed upon the APA, for it knows very well that such ignorance directly benefits the ability of bad acting American psychiatrists to continue getting away with glaringly atrocious wrongdoing, including all too many otherwise preventable harms and deaths.
It is well known record that seriously mentally ill persons die at much younger ages that the general public, and as stated, the homeless mentally man described above may not come to see the age of 45. These people, these uncaring American psychiatrists, stand out today as the least ethical medical professionals in the history of modern medicine, a status associated with the profession itself for many, many long years.
P. Jack Reed. Portland, OR. March 16, 2026.
I spent some time visiting downtown Portland, OR, several days ago and was not entirely surprised by number of homeless men and women I saw at various spots in the given landscape. Many tents, some right on downtown sidewalks, and yes, and is always the case, a nociale number of persons affected by mental illness. This a direct consequence of the fact that today, state managed mental hospitals are discriminating against those of us who have no history of violence, which does apply to me personally.
Having spent well over 3 full years in in-patient psychiatric care settings, I have never lifted so much as a finger towards any member of hospital staff nor any one my many peers. Did this matter to the dirty psychiatrists working in the Providence-St. Patrick's acute "NBMI" psychiatric care setting in Missoula, MT, after I had been targeted by a very hateful false accusation leveled to me by low ranked staff technician in the early hours of Christmas, 2019? Of course it didn't. They don't give a rat's ass about their own patients, care not about the direct harms when one is victimized by such hateful false accusations.
They are all in very real of lasting due accountability, and many very need to have their licenses to practice medicine stripped of them, as would any medcical doctor willing to put the health and safety interests of their own patients far behind their own interests as medical professionals. And given the many otherwise preventable harms and deaths caused by all too many of today's American psychiatrists, there is equal need for due criminal charges. They have more than once proven that they very feel above the same laws that apply to all US citizens, and as such, have proven themselves and criminally minded in so many cases that it will never sit well with this writer.
__________
On top of exacerbating the symptoms of their own patients, via abusing them, they may well cause otherwise wholly unexpected diagnoses. Who would bot develop anxiety in knowing that by openly challenging abuse of one's own peers or by merely defending one's own rights, they more often than not subject their own patients to punitive retaliation.
I can and I do attest to as much. I have been repeatedly been subjected to punitive retaliation, and attest as well that in no way, in these cases, have I ever done one fuckoing thing wrong. It gets the way, doing the rights, and then being subject to this shit. Yes, anytime I enter in-patient psychiatric care settings, and other like public service settings, I do all but immediately grow anxious when I enter such settings. Knowing that should I so much as mention problems that I know need to be reported, that these kind of people will act out in punitive retaliation.
It's horrible to experience, nothing shot of that. But to them, they care not, they continue to get away abusing their own patients. I have gone through this as recently as the Show Low, AZ, hospital I was in, kicked out as soon a raised my own concerns. They care not about the medical needs of their own patients, no more than they do care about our civil rights. They pose very real threat to mentally ill Americans who may not be able accept being teated so badly.
And even as write sun things, I always get nervous, as though I have no right to defend my own rights. They are so ver set on preserving the status quo, that they will go great lengths as means to make sure that nobody will challenge them. That, in truth, is quite frightening to have to deal with people like this. They a

Dr. Colby Wang A highly insecure American male. Who just so happens to be a psychiatrist in Missoula, MT.
A flash from the past. 2013.
My only aim is to clarify one critical reality:
Dr. Ira Gaddy. The ninny in full view. Arrogant, insecure' white male American. The son of a white Mississippi doctor. White wealth in the Deep South, and all that that implies.
Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.
And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
