     An update.

        Our work continues unabated, including as pertains to exposing highly corrupted state managed departments of public hospital care services, as follows in a recent letter to Phoenix, AZ, journalist named Mark Brodie.

Greetings, Mr Brodie. 

     My name is P. Jack "PJ" Reed. I am well established today as a fierce defender of the never yet enforced civil and human rights of mentally ill American citizens. 

    I will sum up things with this: In 2011-15, I served as the impetus to long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the Arizona State Hospital. I had initiated this process solo circa 2012-13, with a blog project and publication entitled "PJ Reed. The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse." After some 14 months of bringing data specific to ASH into public light, David Biscobing of ABC-KNVX CH15 contacted me via the blog itself, to this same email address I still use today. 

    Mr. Biscobing began his contact by informing me that he was aiming to initiate his own investigation of ASH, and inquired as to whether I would be willing to collaborate in that process, and stated his hope to draw from this blog in doing so. His verbatim words to this effect- which I of course still have in my files- were as follows:

      "You are a very good writer, Mr. Pickens, and I can sense that you have heartfelt concern for the ASH patient community" 

    And yes, of course I okayed this collaborative agreement. And in the period fall 2013 and well into 2014, KNVX and Biscobing aired a number of scathing reports about the hospital wide corruption there in ASH, at that time. And when the smoke cleared circa 2015, with the hiring of Dr. Cara Christ to replace your recent interviewee, Will Humble, in what had been his long role as Director of AZ's DPHHS, seven (7) higher ranked AZ health care officials having direct ties to the operation of ASH over the years 2009-15 were summarily fired.

     This is all public record, of course, as is the fact that Dr. Christ herself later defended the ASH Chief Medical Officer at ASH, Dr. Stephen Dingle, despite his being identified as having sexually abused female subordinates (medical residents!) working under his direct authority in a private PHX teaching hospital in the early 2000s; Dingle was thus fired by that hospital, and was also reprimanded on this basis by the AZ Medical Board. Ergo, he then found safe haven to work at ASH in 2005 or 2006, I believe.

     All these facts stated herein, i will add one more detail as what Dingle later got away with as the CMO there at ASH, during Will Humble's tenure with AZ ADHS. In late May, 2011, a known to be violent ASH patient named Jesus R. Murrieta violently escaped ASH, only to have Dingle act in complicity with other medical staff in covering Murietta's violent escape up. And without going into further detail about this horrifying tale, which is all public record as per my having reported those details in my above cited blog publication (See: "A Modern Day Horror Story." PJ Reed. The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse" April 14, 2012), I will simply add the fact that not quite 90 days to the day after this cover up of Murietta's violent escape from ASH, the man brutally murdered a Phoenix woman named April Mott. 

      And, for the record herein, Dingle and his ASH associates all grossly violated the well established Tarasoff Act of 1976, a patent standard of known federal law, which clearly requires all persons working in mental health to report known threats to people or persons, AKA The Duty to Warn. Regardless, they all away with it. 

      Now, consider this, Mr. Brodie. Will Humble was Director of AZ DPHHS for the whole of the above wrongdoing(s) associated with ASH in the period cited above, 2011-15, and as such, Humble had full awareness of these varied and very serious concerns. 

      I suggest that you contemplate the meaning of due diligence in your own reporting, Mr. Brodie, and exercise far better scrutiny of your own sources. Fact being, Will Humble's history with AZ ADHS just that quickly disqualifies him from playing any role in discussing current issues specific to ASH. 

      I will welcome any further communication from your end of the conduit, Mr. Brodie.

   FACT: Will Humble, et al of his ilk, is just as dirty as are the majority of today's American psychiatrists. A man who feels its perfectly normal to have been involved in such scandals. And AZ ADHS is just a corrupt as is MT's Department of Health and Human Services. Wholly disconnected from the needs of the public, mirroring the disconnect of most contemporary American psychiatrists from the day n day out lives of their own patients. 

    Staff of this publication does far more than solely focus on patently egregious psychiatric abuse(s) that still goes in state managed mental hospitals. Need this be said? (In context, this is more or less for these pseudo-doctors to learn, in fact). We are well aware that all such corruption directly serves the interests of the many bad acting American psychiatrists running around the USA today. Shameless American citizens one and all, wholly uncaring and proving themselves as very unqualified to work with at risk and vulnerable human beings. 

     And narrow minded in all possible conjecture about the activities and behariors of other persons, including as pertains to their own patients. Thus- need it even be said?- that there is far more shit at stake herein than these people understand or will ever admit to.

NEW YORK — Three brothers, including two of the nation's most successful luxury real estate brokers, were convicted of sex trafficking Monday after a five-week trial over accusations that they drugged and raped scores of women they had dazzled with their wealth and opulent lifestyle.

Phoenix, AZ.                                                  Pre-ASH   They do this all too well, manipulation of the fact, justification of the ugly-ass truth, and utterly lacking in ethos. Just as the slime bag white male American psychiatrist "Dr." Stephen Dingle (above verbatim words, as per the record) tried to pull off when one of his victims basically state to him in very concise and clear terms:                               "NO!"   I posited the same concept to another rather slimy while male American psychiatrist up Montana way- yep, the Gaddy- not too long ago. As in, with regard to the abusive manner in which many of these kind of people still treat us, the right of seriously mentally ill kids and adults- men and women- to "Just say no!"      They are all over the damn place in our otherwise great nation today, sleazy ass white American males, and this type of 'doctor' only along with their equally suspect female counter parts. Shameless white men, dirty minded, perverts and dimwits.    It seems to very much come with the profession itself, patent lies and overt manipulation of language, gross abuses of the patient/person to provider trust. I don't know quite what else to say about this shit right now. 

    So I shall not ever try. Been a bit busy these last couple of days, legal prep with my lawyer, helping my peers here where I am residing at this time with fairly rudimentary needs. This is how I live my life, no matter where I am. 

  Never perfect, who the fuck is? Point being, at least give it your best shot, you know. Try to look at your own behaviors, merely so as to be reasonable cautious

    I do not know if it is relates to my struggles with serious mental illness or what. But I seem to be very sensitive to all sorts of weird ass shit.

     EG: circa my arrival to Oregon in spring 2023, after I had chosen to flee the Montana city I had very much enjoyed living out of very real concern for my own health and safety interests, this after I had been turned away from a Missoula, MT Hospital. Putting my life an greatly undue risk of otherwise preventable harm and even risk of death. 

   Anyway, I found myself repeatedly experienc- ing a very intense pre-waking hour nightmare sequence of a sort, which I today associate with these increasing AI surveillance networks. This in addition to being turned away by several OR hospitals circa 2023, when I was in very real crisis, in fact. Of course, that has been exposed very well here in OR by now, and such expose' shall continue as this latest legal action towards the Eugene location of Peace Hospital moves forward.

    The organization I am now working with, Oregon Disability Rights, not only sued the Portland location of Peace Hospital as well the Providence-Legacy OR and into WA state chain of hospitals, but has also brought a number of very powerful lawsuits against the OR State Hospital over the last 8 years. 

    I am in good company, indeed, the same people who I first came to work with when I first arrived in Oregon, 2023, offering free my own free consultation specific to the above cited suits here in Portand, and so on. And yes, as per one suit against the OR Stte Hospital in 2020, otherwise preventable harms and deaths as a direct consequence of the many bad acting American psychiatrists running around this other- wise great nation at time of the writing.

      They are being looked at from many angles today, a near literal overlay of scrutiny that these kind of people cannot even nor ever grasp. Mainstream news reporting, documentary film about over diagnosis and overmedicating American citizens, some of whom were not even meanly ill (see: "Medicating Normal". 2020. Directed by Wendy Ratcliffe and Lynn Cunningham and Dave Cope), as well relating to this very publication today. 

      This film is about the issue of American psychiatrist who today are both over-"diagnosing" (my quotes herein) as well as irresponsibly over- medicating American kids and adults, some of whom may not ever be mentally ill, in fact. They throw pills around like candy, and spew out psychobabble at will, like the dunces they really are, in fact. 

    These kind of people who always wait, quite frankly, until the shit hits the not so proverbial fan, are clearly idiots. Only very stupid Americans would sit on their asses while the ball gets to a rolling, while heightening attention continues to build up, prior to when, well, all they take for granted comes crashing down around them like the falling Twin Towers showered damaged buildings onto the streets of NYC, September 11, 2011.

     I was just stepping into the shower, in my first week at the James A. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, when news of this disaster broke on the radio. I thus called the then President of UA Law, a woman named Tony Farraro, and told her that on basis of having good friends living in NUC at the time, that I would not be attending class on the day, which she of course was fine with.

     And yes, stupid ass American psychiatrists have always waited until the shit hits fan. They have not the brains to understand very real threat when it comes straight at them, having been raised in ways where due threat of most any kind is ignored. They are that kind of American, the very most dangerous out here until- Bam! They bullet hits them right twixt the eyes. And yes, as this publication continued to draw scads of attention, these fuckers are fast approaching the same, yet again. 

     This happened to the letter specific to ASH in 2015, and again, to MSH, as per a CMS generated Notice of Jeopardy pertaining to its very license of operation circa early 2017. In both cases, I made clear well in advance of taking needed action that what I knew to be going on was simply not permitted by either public ethical sentiment nor the law, in fact. Did they- and this carries beyond the medical staffers to overtly corrupt  mid-level managers (Jeff Phluge [MSH} and administrators (Cory Nelson [ASH 2011-2015] and Jay Pottenger [MSH fall 2016,-early 2017]).

    Months, even years of knowing that pending doom was just up the road, textbook negligence defined by this nefarious string on grimy hands, until it was simply to fucking late. And there are others, be it medical (Munjal, Gaddy, Molinaro) and social worker staff (Wilfong and at least one boneheaded manager (Williams) who are employed by the very corrupted Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital's office of  'behavioral health", who are all ignoring this same degree of up the road, just around the curve ahead doom and damnation. 

   Patterns again. Other than wannabe bully and wannabe white guy, "Dr" Colby Wang in fall 2016, the centrally involved psychiatrists, ASH and MSH, both male and female, skated safely away from due accountability. These people exercise the most direct authority in virtually all and any in-patient psychiatric care settings, as they always have. 

    While Wang benefitted from the highly corrupted MT Department of Health and Human Services, as are all bad acting American psychiatrists in the state of Montana at time of this writing. Shameless, and shaming not only themselves, but their loved ones, as well. Way go, losers, way to fucking go.     

    Only thugs and bullies would ever use undue punishment in any form as means to cow others into wrongful submission. These people, these men, and yes at least some of these women, feel the need to grossly abuse the authority entrusted to them, and heavily depend of such methods the preserve their own selfish interests. A very preverted status quo, is what it remains even in this day and age. 

    Times just about up. 

       Poor, poor 'lil 'ol American psychiatrist, doofuses and dimwits, stumbling along as though drunk on wood strained corn liquor.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted  flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.

    And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.
