"2026. PJ Reed. The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse."
Key terms or words: denial, sociopathic, failure.
Even in this day and age, 2026, the vast majority of today's American psychiatrists continue to trod all over the civil and human rights of their own patients, little different from any point in the past.
And as such, they remain patently ignorant specific to the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1900, and its revised edition of 2008. And with as the very brave white men and women who stood up against the continued lynchings of black well into the 29th century, I stand up again st ongoing discrimination against persons who like myself struggle with serious mental illness.
While is to day I have no patience whatsoever with people today who continue to violate the civil rights of mentally ill Americans. And as I have made clear more than once, they are all one kind of person, who remain entrenched in thier own fucking traditions.
Fuck the dirty south, and white men such as Ira Gaddy, who in his own right was born into a white and very wealthy white family. They are all the ugliest American citizens in the US today, those who refuse to honor the ciivl and human rights of the very people whom they have long claimed that they very much care about mentally ill American citizens. No, history does not lie, only people can do that. And these fuckers lie at will, all in their own interest.
And yes, the manner is which racist white in Mississippi responded to the intervention of FBI resources specific to the murder's of three innocent men in 1964 mirrors how these all too many bad acting white male and female American psychiatrists have chosen to respond to myself when I raise my voice in opposition to ongoing abuses of mentally ill Americans.
This is hardly 'over the top'. as that is sometimes said. White hate in the deep south remains all too real, and is no less sickening to this writer that the shit I have seen and been out through by the majority of the psychiatrists I have been forced to deal with since 2010. Period.
Times coming when the American people will come after these bad acting mother-fucking American psychiatrists. In their ignorance, they feel they will always get away with the shit the still pull. Nope, not in these United States.

"Klan, the Ku Klax Klan. No more pointy hats, but plenty of pointy heads."
(From "Mississippi Burning". 1986).
"The KKK was in a murderous mood. It was June, 1964- the start of "Freedom Summer," a massive three-month long initiative to register southern blacks to vote and the FBI's direct response to the Klan's own campaign of fear and intimidation."
The above is cited from an FBI report on the shit that was still happening in the Deep South even as recently as 1964. And even in my own right, in summer 2012, Shreveport, LA, wherein I witnessed a hate-centric as fuck racist old white man ripping into a young black man, shouting at the poor fellow:
"You 'git your nigger ass off this sidewalk!"
That's right. They may not don pointy hats and masks anymore, not in public that is, but white hate of the kind remains very present in many areas of the Deep South today. And no state has as ugly a history in this context as does the state of Mississippi, a morass of racist history that has yet to fully fade off. Likely never will, especially given the racist white man running everything here in the US today; and as per varied recent experiences specific to myself only, I can and do attest to learning that at least some of these white American psychiatrists are on the same page as are those tearing the heart and soul about of American values, supporting a white capitalistic ruling class over the greater world.
At minimum, this carries to the 3rd world nation's where the American Psychiatric Association has been putting its cloven hoofed tracks upon. The APA prefers places where no rule of law nor democratic values have any meaning to the corrupted governments in many such nations today.
To hell with all contemporary white Americans born into wealth and privilege in states like Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, and so on. As with rare few well behaved American psychiatrists, there remain few non-white racists in many parts of the nation today, and most especially in the darkness of the Deep South at time of this writing. They likely cannot even see it in themselves, so convinced that of themselves, they've moved past that shit. No, only deep and lasting rebuke, and not a mere shifting in laws, will rid our nation of people like this. As carries, of course, to the many bad acting American psychiarists still running around our nation today.
They feel the rule of law does not apply to these in-patient psychiatric care settings, feel that rules of the sort impinge upon the way that they have always done things, and while some of them may well come off a decent American citizens, they largely resond negatively anytime I mention my success in exposing
Again, graphic racist hate towards African-Americans remains very real in the Deep South, and as per the fact that even in 1964, in that which was the arguably the most violently racist US state circa the period. Three innocent men, one of whom- James Chaney- was black, and two of whom- Andrew Goodman and Michael Shwermer- were targeted and brutally murdered by members of the Mississippi Klu Klux man in 1964. I was three years old at that time, and while I certainly had no awareness of this shit at that age, I do remember when Dr. Martin Luther King was assassinated by a racist in 1968.
Fact being, my family were all sitting at dinner with the highly news on when this tragic affair erupted in 1968. My own oldest brother, Reed, was a legitimate hippy born some 14 odd years before myself, but one with a firm sense of social justice, and not one who holed up the commune settings where all that seemed to matter most was sex and drugs. He worked in alongside African-Americans in a Oakland, CA, soup kitchen circa 1968-69. Even the woman I had a none year relationship was the daughter of commune hippies, and while I never thought about this at the time, today I well recall her dad talking about all sex and drugs going on when he was doing the cuumne hustle circa the early 1970s. White kids from good families who only cared about such shit of the nature, and as such, I have no real regrets that I am no longer involved with that woman, although I can also attest to her being a very decent person, who today is a very competent RN-APRN, and has her own office today in the small northern NM town of Llano, NM, where she runs her own family health care setting.
My family was instilled in all things civil rights circa my youth, and I know goddamn well that in these United States, beginning the fact that no person or persons have especial privileges nor entitlements, as per the plain fact that all Americans share in and benefit from our own system of civil rights on equal footing. These boneheaded mother-fuckers working in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system have no problem in benefiting from these civil rights, and yet, as per the mindsets of people like this, they feel that deserve a lion's share of all such rights.
You cannot teach such hateful mindsets out of the person who see things in this way. They are effectively brainwashed by poor upbringings and arguably ignorant family dynamics. I have no problem in saying this today, my own BA in American Studies at the University of New Mexico taught me well the fact that there are still many ignorant ass American citizens running around the US today, and as per reality, that this always goes back to how we were raised.
Nope, can't unlearn hate in a person, just as you really cannot teach love to a person. Kids learn about love be being loved, that is, just as they might learn about hate when their parents are hateful people. In pondering the direct connection between racist hate that still dominates the Deep South, and psychiatric ignorance as to civil and human rights, it is hardly over the top to state that these kind of bad acting people who still dominate the ever so fucked public mental health care system that mentally ill Americans still rely upon, very much act like racist haters here in the US, having to have someone to look down upon as means to feel all-powerful.
And in these cases they need to be taken aside and spanked with a hard metal spoon like the spoiled ass brats that they are. The only social worker I know who can be trusted is my old law school chum, Audrey Stevens, who like myself, never really wanted to by a lawyer, but thus has taken the strengths she earned in good stead at UA Law and has put them to very good use. I also know of one in MT who is doing decent work in helping people in need to get decently working bicycles, which does have meaning to me as former bicycle road racer with a range of positive successes against some of our nation's most talented bike racers, that social worker comes from excess wealth and privilege in the state of Washington, as does the man who founded the shop itself, coming as he does from the east coast.
And like the history of virtually all western American states, wealthy people are today taking over Montana, buying up many acres of otherwise public lands, and living in upscale neighborhoods adjacent to the state's larger towns and cities (as do both the above mentioned people who work in that bike shop, just outside Missoula, MT., proper). I am not fooled, not one bit, by that man who runs that shop, he has been in exploitation mode of land there in Missoula, while the property that the shop sits on was polluted by former users of that very turf, a thing he made clear to me at one point that he wants under wraps.
"Ku Klux Klan items are found as Mississippi Department of Public Safety packs to move."
Fucking yucking fuck! And people like IG, who had the luxury of only spend his summers in Montana for some time, prior to when he decided that he no longer liked the state of Florida, where he was previously set up in one the more luxiouous areas down Key West way. No telling what came to turn him off about Florida, hard to say when it comes to a white man like himself born as was into wealth and privilege in the very racist state of- wait for it- Mississippi. On this basis, obviously, yep, direct connection between that state's most offensive goings on, and Klu Klux Klan that remains very well popular there, even in this day and age.
To hell with this particular scrap of white trash- IG- that is very much still littering up our nation's never well managed public mental health care system. He and his associates, all of whom proved to that they care not one whit about my own rights as mentally ill American persons. And they all, as one, need have their licenses to practice medicine here in the US terminated. I care not, they all put my life at great risk of otherwise preventable harm prior to when I was forced to flee Montana about of very real concern for my own health care and safety interests.
As have I, in that which I do fairly damn well today. I know how very bogged down in ignorance these ass-wipe mental health care professionals mis generally tend to be, doctors and nurses included. But for so rare a few that, well, it really means little. They are all held back by the dominance of bad acting American psychiatrists in US today, and there are very fucking many of them, believe me when I say as much.
So don't try and tell this writer that contemporary US citizens born into white wealth and privilege in most any of the Deep Southern states, and many other whites down there, do not have direct ties to this nature of hate. White trash one and all, still stinking up the nation as a whole.
Need it even be said? DT is racist as hell, and racist whites all love the man. These are things that change very, very slowly. But in time, all things change, and those who cannot see as much, they lost the game before they cleared diapers.
So fuck you, Gaddy, and fuck you, old pal David Nelson. Racism is hate, and I know goddamn well that there are many white male American psychiatrists who still harbor the hate-centric, age old prejudices against mentally ill persons even today.
PJ Reed. March 24, 2026. Portland, OR.

Hate-centric punitive retaliation remains the hallmark defensive mechanism of today's all too many bad acting American psychiatrists. I attest to this. PJ Reed.
Without a doubt. No person is an better than anyone else, yet in the minds of all too many of today's American psychitirsts, they still still feel in this way with regard to their own patients. It is part and parcel to the factual history of the profession.
Period.
They best read this, mother-fucking dumb asses.
The Congress finds that—
(1) physical or mental disabilities in no way diminish a person’s right to fully participate in all aspects of society, yet many people with physical or mental disabilities have been precluded from doing so because of discrimination; others who have a record of a disability or are regarded as having a disability also have been subjected to discrimination;
(2) historically, society has tended to isolate and segregate individuals with disabilities, and, despite some improvements, such forms of discrimination against individuals with disabilities continue to be a serious and pervasive social problem;
(3) discrimination against individuals with disabilities persists in such critical areas as employment, housing, public accommodations, education, transportation, communication, recreation, institutionalization, health services, voting, and access to public services;
(4) unlike individuals who have experienced discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, or age, individuals who have experienced discrimination on the basis of disability have often had no legal recourse to redress such discrimination;
(5) individuals with disabilities continually encounter various forms of discrimination, including outright intentional exclusion, the discriminatory effects of architectural, transportation, and communication barriers, overprotective rules and policies, failure to make modifications to existing facilities and practices, exclusionary qualification standards and criteria, segregation, and relegation to lesser services, programs, activities, benefits, jobs, or other opportunities;
(6) census data, national polls, and other studies have documented that people with disabilities, as a group, occupy an inferior status in our society, and are severely disadvantaged socially, vocationally, economically, and educationally;
(7) the Nation’s proper goals regarding individuals with disabilities are to assure equality of opportunity, full participation, independent living, and economic self-sufficiency for such individuals; and
(8) the continuing existence of unfair and unnecessary discrimination and prejudice denies people with disabilities the opportunity to compete on an equal basis and to pursue those opportunities for which our free society is justifiably famous, and costs the United States billions of dollars in unnecessary expenses resulting from dependency and nonproductivity.
Five years after Lieutenant Colonel George A. Custer’s infamous defeat at the Battle of the Little Bighorn, Hunkpapa Teton Sioux leader Sitting Bull surrenders to the U.S. Army, which promises amnesty for him and his followers. Sitting Bull had been a major leader in the 1876 Sioux uprising that resulted in the death of Custer and 264 of his men at Little Bighorn. Pursued by the U.S. Army after the victory, he escaped to Canada with his followers.
For the record. I know what menans the most to me, I've no need to take good hard look at myself as means to determine such truth. There are all too many Americans out there today who lack in such understanding of self identify, nor that which need be changed. All of which serves the objectives of all and any abusere of trust and authority in the US today.
Sure, I say "They best learn this." But will they? That's to only question of merit today.
I was correct in recognizing how very dangerous Dr. Laxman Patel was as soon as I got to know him. Same goes for the many of self-serving and bad acting American psychiatrists running around out nation today, the bulk of whom seek out at risk and vulnerable human beings for the need as much- sociopathic zealots who just happen to have gotten through medical school. What I have said for years, if can get into law school, anyone can. And medical school, truth be told, is no fucking different.
The worst of worst American medical students choose psychiatry, for the most part. They are predatory in nature, and have never proven that they care about mentally ill American citizens. They try to sell hogwash and may as well still be seeking to sell snake oil in 19th century back alleys. Many people, that is, see through them, as do I. They are liars who are clearly socially inept, nervous nellies and textbook insecure adults.
Donning inane costumes when out in public, overdoing emotional responses to utterly plain things, bearing the age old prejudices of the past, and not believing that persons such as myself is capable of bringing about needed change for the better. I have done this, of course, just not to such accord that would ever satisfy them. They know I have busted bad acting American psychiarists for a good 15 years now, yet act as though they are not all the same kind of person, the same kind of doctor.
They were very likely the worst of the worst medical students, as stated above, which is why many medical students seem them as freak-shows. They know that many Americans still see them as very suspicious, a status they have earned all on their own. They dodge due responsibility as a matter of standard practice. and benefit from bureaucratic corruption, providing safe haven for known abusers of mentally ill persons and others. As one, they add up to the least admirable kind of medical professional even possible, and this is why wo many pole still do not trust them.
I have been accurate in all aspects of my own efforts to defend the never yet enforced civil and human rights of mentally ill persons. Proof has very much been in he pudding as per all that I thus far exposed. I
Commodification of the at risk, be they the homeless or the disabled, and near literally all disenfranchised populations in the US is hardly a new thing. Reducing human beings to door signs and arguably Ill attained profits. And there are many who take full advantage of public ignorance in its many forms as means to do really ugly things.
And as for the many psychiatric generated myths about mentally ill persons, all one has to do is survey headline news sturies in large US cities, wherein the very worst of the worst are lithely not even affected by mental illness. And yes, as per the fucked up policy and practices in a Eugene BHU setting, wherein no matter who the new admission to that setting might be, those fucked up people have have large male security guards surrounding all new admissions, from very dainty small women to equally nonthreatening male admissions.
Utterly shameless Americans medical professionals, who bring shame upon themselves and their own loved ones. They care not about even their own, have little in the way of social skills, and behing in ways that make them stand out like the shit people that they really are. I have seen them when not inside these settings, making sound ass fools of themselves. They are just as dysfunctional, in fact, as is the public mental health care system that they function in.
These people perpetuate such myths about mentally ill Americans as means to continue getting away with all they always have gotten away with, countless otherwise preventable deaths and harms. As per the false medical text that these kind of "medical professionals" so heavily depend upon, the American people are left with no way of knowing just how many such otherwise preventable tragedies have occurred as a direct result of the most dangerous medical professionals in modern history, and the most irresponsible governing entity in the history of modern western medicine.
And regardless of having earned higher education in certain field, this is not to say that all such Americans who attended college including graduate school, this is not say that all such persons can wrap their heads around such socio-cultural realties. This was proven to me by a white male American psyohiatrist in Missoula, MT, Gaddy, who shared his own ignorance specific to how hospital billing constructs are typically set up. No, there are many thing that are not taught in medical school, to the kind of Americans who believe that by earning a medical degree that they have proven themzelves and trustworthy or even law abiding.
The December 23, 2024, NY Times frony page epsosure of the largest chain of psychiatric hospital's in the US provided irrefutable evidence of criminally minded American psychiatrists, who were very much centrally involved in crimonal exptortion of public and private insurance monies.
History tell us that all disenfranchised Americans were subjected to some 60-75 full years of forced testing and sterilizations sans consent nor even any indication of actual illness, in fact. The American medical establishment circa the first 3/4 of the 20th century were involved in this shit, but as we have made clear time and time again, it is the American psychiatrist who has most made the choice to behave so badly.
Yes, the only reason they still get away with all they do lies in the fact that their patients are affected by mental illness. This has been the case for just as long as this kind of 'doctor' has held a place in American society.
Case in point, first version of the most irresponsible governing entity in the hsotiry of modern medicine, The American Psychiatric Association (APA) looked like this circa the darkness of the mid-19th century:
"Founded in 1844, the APA formed from a group of 13 superintendents from the then 24 mental hospitals in the United States who met in Philadelphia and established the "Association of Medical Superintendents of American Institutions for the Insane."
Surely we need not remind the American people of just how fucked those 'institution"s were in that period of time, nor the person who served as "superintendents." No coincidence at all, history of this nature, in pondering how these kind of medical professional still too behave so badly today. There are many things that directly bear upon the graphic irresponsible behaviors of all too many of even today's American psychiatrists.
However, the American public remains gravely ignorant about mental illness, about the condition itself, as well the rights of mentally ill American kids adults. Which plays right into hands of many bad acting American psychiatrists running around the US today. They greatly not only benefit from the ignorance of the American public specific to metally ill American, but endorse such ignorance, as means to continue getting away with all they still today.
Causing many otherwise preventable deaths and harms, and banking on their hope that that American people will not again raise our voices as means to tell these fuckers how to and how not to behave.
But they are adults, and no adult should need be told how to behave. This should shock the conscience of reasonably well informed modern human beings, in the US or not. And for sure, there are activist filmmakers from other modern nation, filmmakers and documentarians who have paid damn good attention to the shit that these specific US citizens are still out to pull on mentally ill American and the American people as a whole.
They very much much continue to lie to the American people, and goddamn them for hoping in this sense. They are the most dangerous medical professionals in the US and and the world today, having failed to keep pace with the many advancements specific to all forms of the sciences.
-----------------
It's clear from the data that readers of this site are reviewing the more graphic aspects of my own experiences when seeking to turn these kind of 'doctors', ranging for the story about Jesus R. Murietta's covered up escape from ASH in May, 2011, and the associated otherwise preventable death of April Mott. or former-since fired AZ heath care representative Cory Nelson's very immature personal website, "The Crazy Cory Corner" story published in August, 2013. This is common to many Americans today, having far more interest to learn the more deplorable and loudly obvious aspects of any such wrongdoing.
This is common to many Americans today, having far more interest in learning the more deplorable and loudly obvious aspects of any such wrongdoing. Or, conversely speaking, only paying attention to the most shocking of news reporting, blood and gore and that sort of the this. And, yes, you get your ass. I could tell so very stories of horrifying detial that I still shocks me personally, thus serving in terms of the one statement I have been making for just as along as I have minding this nature of shit.
"I could not make it up if I had to."
This very thought first came to me when I was still hospitalized in the Arizona State Hospital, where on near daily basis I witnessed grossly untenable behaviors of both lower ranking staff and the psychiatric staff, as well. In attendance to such epiphany was the thought that all I really needed to do was take a seat just about anywhere I was permitted to head to in the place, and that in doing so, I need only be a tad patient before some nature of fucked staff misbehavior would jump right out at me.
And as applies to the bonehead staff technician, Rick Tong, who stated this to me even before I was granted 'grounds privileges':
"Just make sure one of the other patients does not sneak up from behind you so as to smash your over the head with a large rock"
Yet, it very quickly occurred to me, within a month at most after my arrival to ASH, that it was not the patients one had to watch out for. Nope, it remans the staff= just like like this Tong son of a bitch- and as carries, as well, to the shit behaviors of the ASH psychiatrists, who mentallly ill American patients need worry the most about. This is effectively the case in any in-patient psychiatric care setting(s) today, in this day and age, in this, the year 2026.
So yes, some of our visitors are seeking to hear to most outlandish, the most egregious aspects of that which I have brought tot light since 2012. Which is fine, for in the end, it all counts. We have and will always include the role of bad acting psychiatrists identified byname in these essay-articles. Ergo, even lesser paid attention to, the final outcome is that all such readers will also have reasonably sound idea of the fucked up role of these many bad acting American psychiatrists running around the US today. But, just to be sure:
Jason Molinaro. Laxman Patel. Robert Munjal. Laura Salyers. Pervaiz Akhter. Ira Gaddy. Richard Holt. Jitrenda Patel. Beth Holden. Rosa Marcos-Ramos.
Ample evidence, much of which has been published herein, in support all that I and all that my associate activists have brought into light over the last 15 years. And as more people join up with us, more awareness as to these terrifying shrouded secrets is building day in, day out.
And to be sure, we've a half dozen more names of such bad acting psychiatrists that this writer has dealt with over the last 15 years, including those most recently encountered dirtbags since my return to Arizona last year, and my more recent return to Oregon. While those named above are the ones I have spent the most time around, a waste of time in seeking to trust them. Th
Conversely, another list, of the psychiatrists who were able to to prove to this writer of their own stellar character and ethos as licensed medical professionals, a true 'short list' that sadly is remaining just so short, in that things are only going backwards, worsening in a context of all that these bad acting psychiatrists are now able to get away with no thanks to the chaos tearing the heart and soul out of the American identity.
David Stoker. Richard Van Rhoades. Robert Most.
And here too I not able to recall the names of others who share in this status, largely on basis of my having spent lesser privileged time in their company. I have deep respect for medicine, several of my kin were medical doctors, for example. While even the nurse APRN who was willing to trust me shared what she had witnessed when earning college credits and doing her own rotation in a local to Albuquerque, NM, in-patient psychiatric care setting.
"I could never do that kind of work, They treat their own patients so very badly that I left each night close to tears." (E. Badash. 1994)
Yes, both this former farmer partner and I share in having a reasonably shound sense of conscience. While the blood of those working in our nation's ever so fucked up puli mental health care system all too after lack in such conscious awareness. To be sure, it saddens me as an activist who remains dedicated to the never enforced civil and human rights of mentally ill Americans, that so few of those I have been willing to trust have in fact added up in terms of my own expectations. All medical patients have every to fucking rights bear expectations specific to the people who treat them. Just as all American medical patients have equal fucking share of the civil rights that all American benefit from. Said benefit is no limited to only some US citizens, but do not try to tell this to the vast majority of people working in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system.
And as proven, not only do many of these kind of medical professionals so lack in conscientious character, the kind who are attracted working with at risk and vulnerable human beings. They have been raised to look at mentally ill persons as lesser depriving of all that other Ameroacn have coming to them, They are the children of hate-centric parents, often first generation kids of persons from 3rd world nation states, or perhaps merely raised in the American Deep South. On all counts, plain ass American democracy and equally plain civil and human rights mean far, far too little to people like this.

In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.
And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion
