        They just do not give a shit about mentally ill American citizens. They again prove themselves as highly selfish (see below), and given that they have a medical degree, are highly unethical. They only care about things that directly affect them, and continue to tell the American people how much they care about SMI US citizens, be it mentally children or adults. There is also much evidence to the effect that many of them feel above the law, and have never proven they care about the rights of mentally ill Americans. Well over a century of abusing those Americans who are affected by mental illness, as per the hospitals of the early to mid-20th century. 

     The American Psychiatric Association was founded in 1844, and no telling how looked at mentally Americans in that period of US history, and yes, were very much in operation when those hospital were in operation in the early to mid-20th century. They take for granted that American have not progressed, and they sure as have not progressed over the last century. Nope, they care not about the many advancements in the medical sciences, and only care to keep throwing more and more pills at mentally ill Americans, lazy and having no sense of vision.

      You know things are fucked up when it takes politicians to change things. Montana psychiatrists are only sitting on their hands, a classic indication of the just how little they care about Montana's mentally ill citizens, and the many kids in the Montana are dying by suicide, in a state where the rate of suicide has always been one the highest rates in the nation. 

     That "politicians" are making promises of addressing this, further proves how selfish ass American psychiatrists who just so happen to reside in the state of Montana, and beyond. They have never, these kind of people, these kind of doctors, been anything resembling leaders in the interest of mentally ill American citizens. Nope, they are the polar opposite of the kind of American who make positive differences, as per my prevaling in brining about long past due oversights and intervention specific to in-patient psychiatric care settings.

     I laugh today in remembering when Ira Gaddy expressed his belief that Covid would pose a thereat for a very short time. He sought to impress me, as though he is valid medical doctor, and as such, he is just as ignorant as are all too many of today's American psychiatrist. 

   Yep, I care more about the mentally ill than do the vast majority of these kind of people, all who work in our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system. They still trod all over the civil and human rights of the their own patients, as though only they have a right to these standards of law. 

    There is ample evidence today proving that all too many American psychiatrists remain entrenched in their own worst behaviors, lying, engaging in unlawful misconduct, and abusing the civil and human rights of the mentally ill Americans still willing to turn to them in trust. They take for granted that nobody cares about the rights of mentally ill American citizens, which mirrors these very suspect attitudes of the not so long ago past. Outside of a deep set lack of incentive to change their own at times disturbing behaviors, they have proven themselves in many cases as being highly unethical and gravely immoral. 

    Matters not one whit that they went to medical school. Many of these so called trustworthy American psychiatrists are no less ignorant about the rights and care needs of seriously mentally ill American children and adults that are the vast majority of the greater public. Raised in way where nobody taught them that all Americans, no matter who they are, in fact, have equal share of the civil rights that define our nation's most cherished values. And as per the experiences of our founder , we are well aware that all too many of these kind of 'doctors' still make their own patients targets of patently unlawful abuses of the civil and human rights that all people share equally.  

    These bad acting American psychiatrists somehow believe that only they have right to these civil and human rights, which they benefit form on equal footing with all other Americans. And many, as per the many recent psychiatric scandals that have recently emerged in the mainstream US press, feel that they are somehow above our nation's system of public laws and well established policies measures, not limited to to the American With Disabilities Act of 1990/2008.

    This 2008 revised edition of the ADA makes clear that abuse of the rights of disabled mentally ill American continue to play out in many public health settings, and this carries today to the vast majority of our nation's in-patient psychiatric care settings. At no point in the history of the American psychiatric profession have these people proven that see mentally ill Americans as equals. This is wrong on its face, no other way to put it, and shame will in time bear down upon all and any American psychiatrists unable it not unwilling to embrace the fact that all Americans have equal share of these rights. 

      Mentally ill Americans are just as weak and human beings, no different from any other American citizen, not limited to the contemporary American psychiatrist. Yet, many Americans are still so ignorant that look down on mentally ill persons, and this carries all too many American psychiatrists. They share in this character flaw with many Americans today, and have no incentive to change their own behaviors. They act just as badly today as they always have, as per the the hospitals of old, and all too many of today's in-patient psychiatric care settings. They have always gotten away with causing otherwise preventable harms, and in all to many cases, they care little about public safety, as well. As proven by the otherwise preventable death of April Mott, Phoenix, AZ, in late September, 2011.. They may well cause otherwise deaths of both mentally ill American as well as member of general public. 

    Mentally ill America are not the ones who look down of others, as per learning the hard way the pain that comes with being looked on. And these doctors, all many today, contuse to lie, and abuse the civil and human rights of their awn patients. I have seen this in mast any in-patient psychiatrist care settings today, ranging from Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula, MT, to Eldorado Springs Hospital in Tucson, AZ, and elsewhere in our nation today. Where once I felt this was limited to only state managed mental hospital, I know today that it applies well away from those settings. 

    There is at this time a national mental heath crisis, and I feel it has a lot to to with the many people taking newer released form of psychiatric medication, in fact. They are strung out by so many of these newly introduced pills, clearly suffering in ways that even I find hard to describe herein, and at least some of these people are behaving like drug addicts. The need is not for more pills. but a return to cognitive behavioral therapy in the interest of those diagnoses that are known to benefit from such therapy. They are becoming all too lazy, care not to much more that throw more and more yet pills at persons who like myself, are affected and disabled by serious mental illness, and who remain at-high risk and vulnerable to psychiatric abuse in the vast majority of today's in-patient psychiatric care settings. 

     And only one kind of medical professional is to blame for this shit. They have always been behind a wide range of otherwise preventable harms including preventable deaths. I would never have believed this until I was first diagnosed with serious mental illness in 2010, and the horrendous psychiatric care practices in the Arizona State Hospital my time there, circa 2011. That so many of these American psychiatrists acknowledge the shit that still goes in these in-patient care settings, they too are proving a grave lack of ethos, not caring about all mentally ill American citizens on equal footing with themselves and all other US citizens. 

   It is no coincidence that an Indian-American psychiatrists named Laxman Patel, who was born into a first cast India, and who stated to me in person, "What do expect. This is the state hospital" when I turned to him to report the abuse of one my peers. A pattern that carries go one sho born in the us, whose parents were very likely had parents who were children of first caste Indian family from India.   

    Just as it no coincidence that a white male American psychiatrist, Ira Gaddy, was born into a wealthy family in the deep and dirty South. Racism remains very real concern specific to American psychiatry, as proven by author Antonia Hylton, and others. The Gaddy family name is tied to a South Carolina plantation, and yet, following the emergence of emancipation in 1863, this family only moved farther south, into the state of Mississippi, where the KKK maintains a constant presence even today. Tough shit, Gaddy, I know these truths about American psychiatry, including as pertains to the American eugenics period in the early 20th century, and so on right up through the failed promise of 'deinstutinlization', and to that period when the APA Board argued for some 7 years following the emerghne of gay rights in the late 1960s, before they were forced to cease and desist in seeking homosexual Americans as depraved criminals. And Gaddy, again, who for some reason felt need ot express bizarre-ass concern over having once known a trans woman, Zooey Zephyr, who today is a Montana legislative representative. The following describes Rep. Zephyr's own activism in defense of the MT LBGTQ community:

   Zephyr was a vocal opponent of multiple anti-LGBT bills introduced during the 2023 legislative session.During a floor debate on April 18, 2023, Zephyr admonished those who supported Senate Billl 99, which prohibited gender-affirming medical and surgical care for minors. She first commented, "If you are forcing a trans child to go through puberty when they are trans, that is tantamount to torture, and this body should be ashamed." When this remark triggered an objection from Republican majority leader Sue Vinton, Zephyr replied, "The only thing I will say is if you vote 'yes' on this bill and 'yes' on these amendments, I hope the next time there's an invocation when you bow your heads in prayer, you see the blood on your hands." Zephyr's comments prompted an immediate backlash from House Republicans. The Montana Freedom Caucus issued a statement misgendering Zephyr and calling for her censure. House Minority Leader Kim Abbot defended her, describing the statement as "blatantly disrespectful and the farthest thing imaginable from the 'commitment to civil discourse' that these letter writers demand". After, Speaker Matt Regier refused to let Zephyr speak on any bills despite no censure having taken place.

      And, it is no coincidence that a white male American psychiatrist so very fucked up in the head as Dr. Steven Holt would be so enamored with the British Crown, who also proved himself of being affected in his own right by known diagnosis of mental illness, delusion of grandeur in stating to me in early 2017, "I think you should know that I spent my first year our medical school in Vienna, where I would walk upon the same paths that Freud once walked upon." Egocentric and somehow believing that in touching the same ground that a very famous man once touched somehow proves that he is a competent medical professional. This is sort of crap I could not make up if I had to, as I have stated more than once since spending 13 hellish months in the Arizona State Hospital, January 10, 2011-February 16, 2012. 

       Fact is, Britain terrorized the Irish, and got it's ass kicked in the American resolution. Thus proving that all too many of the psychiatrists are a standing insult to American values and principles, as expressed in the known history of our otherwise great nation. Feeling themselves not only better than others, but above US law all too many cases, and proven by the front page NY Times exposure of Acadia BHC, where over 100 psychiatrists were implicated on basis of over 75 American psychiarists were implicated for stealing public and private insurance monies. They also break federal law in trotting on the civil and human rights of their own patients.      

       As for the known history of Deep and and Dirty South, it is common knowledge that wealthy white families remained entrenched if white hate of the past, and as such, yes, like it or not, Ira Gaddy is one such person. But these kind people are masters of deception, having never proven that they care for mentally ill American. As per the APA having always been enabling bad acting American psychiatrists. 

    And at some point, as per simple reality in terms of increases in these psychiatric scandals, in attendance to the many flaws in how these kind of 'doctors' decide upon very important 'findings', time will come when no such malarky will any longer be accepted by the scientific community itself, and, as will follow, by the American people as a whole.

    Herein we offer a tad of criticism of the all too endorsed "randomized clinical trial", which remains the psychiatric community's sole first and best manner in which to come up with what the APA has long characterized as valid scientific methods.

     Just as statistical deduction and analysis is far from valid approach to the to the sciences, these doctors are not valid siecntists nor deserving to be called 'medical doctor.' 

Russia had vowed to strike back for an attack Friday

Russia’s Defense Ministry on Sunday confirmed the weapon’s use, as well as other missile types, to strike Ukrainian “military command and control facilities,” air bases and military industrial enterprises. The ministry added the attack was retaliation for Ukrainian attacks on “civilian facilities on Russian territory,” without giving detail. 

    Punitive retalioain is the stuff of very dangerous human beings, and as proven by our founded, punitive retaliation in its many forms in the hallmark reaction of bad acting American pschiatrits even today. They are, as we have made clear in the past, no less dangouus today

     The pressure they most commonly deal with in thier jobs has to do with case load dynamics and keeping up to speed with the plethora of new psychiatric medications currently spewing out of the proverbial pie hole of Big Pharm. They are slaves specific to Big Pharm.

      And there shall be no forgetting the September 03, 2024, NY Times front page exposure of the nations largest chain of public access psychiatric hospitals, Acadia Behavioral Health, Inc. Wherein little different from the May 23, 2026, AP headline above, the Times headline read:

     "History Repeats Itself: Patient are Kept in Psychiatric Hospitals for profit, not medical need, says the New York Times."     

..   So don't try to tell anybody that there is not an overt increase in immoral, unethical, law breaking American psychiatrists running around our nation at time of this writing. They and the choices they make are a direct consequence of the chaos currently tearing the heart and soul out of American values and principles. And as for national concerns such as what going on with Trump's blatant assault on people of color, immigrants and all other disenfranchised American citizens, the typical American psychiatrist continues to focus only upon his or her own selfish interests, a world away from what the American people should expect of these people, who have the gall to call themselves trustworthy medical doctors.

    Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P.
