2026. PJ Reed. The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse.
Key terms or words: Very dangerous medical doctors.
Of skeletons and age old prejudice.
Quality in mental health care is in a steep decline. There are a few identifiable factors underlying why this the case, no one more obvious than our nation's current adminstirstin, and we have qualms in stating the President Donald Trump is very much most to blame. He cares not one whit about mentally ill Americans, and as such, is benefiting the American Psychiatric Associations'a equally corrupt practices and its known history of enabling bad acting American psychiatrists.
| Ira Gaddy, "Doctor." And all that this implies, the photo alone, the man in full imagery. |
Big Pharm, but one bright line example in context, is highly corrupt, and as such, is serving as protector of the American Psychiatric Association, and without a doubt, it's many bad acting American psychiatrists.
Abuse Allegations at Acadia’s Oasis Behavioral Health
Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Arizona, operated by Acadia Healthcare, has been identified as one of several juvenile residential treatment centers in Arizona with a history of sexual abuse allegations. This facility is part of Acadia Healthcare’s network, which has faced widespread scrutiny for alleged abuse across multiple locations.
Pattern of Allegations Against Acadia Facilities
Acadia Healthcare, the largest stand-alone behavioral health services provider in the U.S., has faced numerous lawsuits and investigations concerning alleged abuse at its facilities. While specific details about Oasis Behavioral Health are limited, Acadia’s facilities have been accused of:
- Sexual abuse and rape of patients
- Inappropriate physical restraints
- Emotional abuse
- Excessive medication as punishment
- Holding patients against their will
- Manipulating insurance for longer patient stays
Oasis Behavioral Health employs dimwits, go figure. The always fucked mental health care system is rife with people just as troubled, for lack of a better word, as are those who turn to them. Said differently, fucked up people attract fucked people= a two way street, period. Ignorance feeds ignorance, and so on.
Throwing around words and terminology even understand linguistically. Bad use of the English language. The American people are growing stupider all the fucking time, a condition that zeniths anytime one in a place such as here. They are steeped in suspect as fuck assumptions about others. Ugly shit, for sure.
Pope Leo XIV denounced the delusion of omnipotence he says fuels the US-Israeli war in Iran.
- No difference at all between the delusional white male American psychiatrist who claimed that having walked in the same dirt of a very famous Austrian man somehow proved that he was of high character of skill. Dr. Richard Holt, who only a few years ago ran off to Alaska where mental health care is dismal at best, and where oversight of bad acting medical professionals of any kind is all but vacant altogether, did state to PJ Reed in early 2017; "I think you should know that I spent my first year out of medical school in Vienna, where I would walk upon the came paths that Freud once walked upon."
Therein proving the he is affected by mental illness, and feeling himself as superior to other doctors, and behaving in the same manner as many of these bad acting American psychiatrist. It cannot be denied that many of today's contemporary American psycychiatrists do suffer from the delusion of arguable omnipotence, feeling themselves inherently more gifted than other medical doctors, and therein better than others in general. No matter where they are from, now where they may so happen to run off to, these are the kind of people who suffered from bad parenting, the jaded influence of adult Americans who cannot wrap their heads around the plain fact that no person is better than anyone else, nor the equally plain fact that in these United States, civil rights are shared equally between all US citizens.
It is because they calm to the study "the mind", versus the brain, they feel that this makes to far smarter than other doctors who do not play this role. They are egocentric and in many cases, highly unethical, ranging from our abuse of their own patients to turning a blind eye towards staff abuses of mentally ill Americans.
In the state of Mississippi, where a Montana psychtirist named Ira Gaddy is from that state in the Deep and Dirty South, meanwhile, continues to white wash of the hateful history of this particular setting, relating a very jaded telling of the history of linings in that that state, as though they largely occurred in the darkness of the 19th century. No, white Mississippians were lynching, brutally hanging to death African-Americans until as recently as the 1970s, while the KKK maintains a sting presence down there, as was proven when this hatecnetic organization held a rally just outside of Jackson, MS, in 2024.
Factual history of this sort cannot lie, just as the history of psychiatry in our otherwise great nation cannot and does not lie. Psychiatric abuses of mentally ill Americans very much continues today, little different from these very wrongful behaviors associated with the past.
The majority of Medicaid fraud is committed by providers. Fraud by beneficiaries, like selling prescription drugs or sharing a Medicare card, occurs less frequently and tends to be smaller in scale.
What more need said, dirty ass providers, both standard medical doctors, and well as today's American psyohiarists. They are paid by federal money' in most any in-patient psychiatric settings, and yet, act badly and abuse their own patients. They are very dangrous doctors, and punish thier own patients when we raise our voices to challenge abuse of mentally ill Americans. They have no moral character, and are highly unethical. And yes, they benefit from such money, and then abuse the patients who come to in trust.
And here it is, more hard evidence spefcic to these kind of people. They need be held accountable for the shit they still get away with, causing otherwise preventable harms, nor limited to preventable death. April Mott, how was very tragically murdered by a violent patient who escaped from the Arizona State Hospital, would not died if the dirty ass psychiatrists at ASH had not covered up the violent escape of known to be violent mentally ill man. They get away with for more than the American people are not aware of. And the American Psychiatric Association very much shares in not caring such preventable tragedies.
The APA has never put the rights of mentally ill Americans on equal footing with its collective membership. While it's current president, Dr. Petros Levounis, proved himself as being highly egocentric, having been born in Greece, and cliaming that Greece has always been a site of modern democracy. No, Greece was a war mongering nation in history, and while it's not quite as fucked up as it might have been in the long ago past, this Levounis mother-fucker is no more intelligent than that average American psychiatrist today. They have proven to me more than than once that are really not very intellgent. Intelligent Americans would never treat mentally ill persons in the way that these doctors treat mentally ill Americans.
And the time is upon the American to again raise our voices as one and tell these bad acting psychiatrists how to behave. They are spoiled ass Americans, and we all know how wealthy people behave, and the fact is, these kind doctors behave no different today than they way they behaved in the past.
Back to the shit going in Arizona.
Over the past several years, a network of behavioral health facilities in Arizona defrauded the state Medicaid program, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), of up to $2.5 billion in taxpayer dollars. The facilities recruited unhoused populations and Native Americans, ultimately charging Medicaid exorbitant fees for services that were inadequate or not provided at all.
And as I continue to share hardship with others, it astounds me how much valid kindness there is in the world today, versus the manner in which people born in into wealth and privilege behave, snobs and wannabees across most all boards. And as pertains to the many bad acting medical professionals here in the US, a listing that is always topped out by the average American psychiatrist. They behave no better in the modern era than they did in the past, have chosen this profession on basis of needing persons at risk and vulnerable to be under their trusted authority.
They cannot see this in themselves, bad parenting and being raised in families that obviously never taught them to honor all human beings as their own equals. I have seen them, in and out of all in-patient psychiatric care settings, and have proven beyond refute that many still make their own patients targets of patently inhumane abuse, none of which is legal. They are all too comfortable with getting way with causing many otherwise preventable harms including preventable deaths. It's not a thing I have ever needed to fabricate, and as I have stated in the past, many things that I could never make up even if I wanted to.
Fuck them and the fact that they remain entrenched in their worst traditions. They share this shit with the racists who still dominate the Deep and Dirty South, who also feel that the ugliest past traditions in the USA is just fine. And this Gaddy mother fucker, he cared not one whit about a very hater centric false accusation towards me when I was in Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital's acute "NBMI" in-patient psychiatric care setting, and wherein a first generation Indian-American named Dr. Robert Munjal, whose parents were very likely from a first caste setting in India, cared not whit about the shit. Yes, highly dangerous, as are his own associates in that hospital. None of them honored my civil and human rights.

Note: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts. In this latter sense, I ask no more than straight up costs with no nature of fee arrangement; while in the former case, a contracted flat fee grounded in possible awards via a successful civil action, no more than 6% depending upon the specific issues most at stake.
And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed for the better in lasting fashion.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
