NOTE: The editor and founder of this publication, P. Jack Reed, offers his services today as an expert witness specific to either civil actions, or better yet, criminal prosecutions of American psychiatrists subject to such prosecution in our otherwise great nation's criminal courts.     And yes, since this public blog was first published in April, 2012, a justifiable and wholly righteous process that did serve to bring about long past due federal oversight and intervention specific to the hospital wide corruption and the bad acting American psychiatrists working for the Arizona State Hospital circa 2011-2015, nothing has changed in lasting fashion.

      Trump, a close friend of Epstein, has said he parted ways with him long before he faced the sex trafficking charges. Clinton, too, has minimized his relationship with Epstein, acknowledging that he traveled on Epstein’s private jet but saying through a spokesperson that he had no knowledge of the late financier’s crimes. Clinton also has never been accused of misconduct by Epstein’s known victims. However, Republicans on the House committee are pushing him and Hillary Clinton to testify in their investigation.

    Lying white people are nothing new in today's USA. White males who feel they are entitled to get get away with serious shit, and we all know where I am going with that comment. But to be sure, all abusers of trusted authority are equally benefiting from the chaos in our nation's higher echelons of such abuses of trust.

    The American psychiatrist may well be provided a surgeon general they can agree with. Casey Means, who medical license is not even active, who has starred as a wellness coach, and her views of health care issues such as critically needed measles vaccines may as well have been spewed out the mouth of Robert Kennedy. But she is facing at least some backlash from concerned member of the US Congress, as her very jaded nomination plays out. 

     Freak=show people who very much mirror the average American psychiatirist today.

    Does this writer have faith in our current US Congress? No, not at all. They are in the pocket of rich political donors, as dirty as any other abusers of trusted authority. And not necessarily all that bright, these are patterned behaviors that all can see. 

    As with these many bad acting American psychiatrists, so bloody obvious to this writer that they never learned what it really means to care about people in need of any kind, much less so th care needs of medically ill human beings. They abuse the person to provider trust at will, and act as though it's only normal for one person to treat other so badly. They have been doing it for so fucking long that they cannot wrap their heads around fact based truth. They shirk from truth as a survival tactic, they dodge attention when such attention does not fit them, and they know how abusive many of them are, as per admitting to what has gone in out nation's state managed for time immemioral. 

     Representing a graphic void in common health care ethics, they have lied their way into practice, and will surely lie their right out of practice. And they may even learn the hard way in time that nobody in these United States is any better then anyone else.

    Once seen as a refuge, today the hospital is a grim symbol of bureaucracy, neglect, and failed promises. Trapped in a legislative and financial limbo, MSH finds itself in a crisis that has cost lives and dignity, leaving patients and staff to endure increasingly disturbing conditions

     FACTS BEING FACTS. The state of Montana is experiencing the fuller impacts of having out of staters come and take over what was once a very beautiful western mountain state. Beginning with a governor raised in New Jersey, and further typified by Montana psychiatrists who all come from somewhere else. No medical schools in Montana, for one thing, plus the fact that it is attracting very selfish Americans, not limited to the psychiatric community in this otherwise beautiful state.

    Costing the lives and dignity of mentally ill Montana citizen.  

       Montana's  remains in public  mental health crisis at time of this writing, but do Montana psychiatrists care? Of course they don't. Just as the state's dimwitted LCSWs don't care. All these people know to do in situations such as this is turn a blind eye to the suffering of others, and to sit on their greasy ass hands while people die. They have been doing this for just as long as the American psychirist has even existed, so of course we cannot expect anything better of them today. 

        Fuck. 

   For the record; I seriously considered enrolling in the MA program in Environmental Studies away back in the late 90s, but was disturbed by the fact that only one student in the program itself was from Montana, nor even from the western US, in fact. 

                 It's not in their pay scale. it would burden their selfish asses too much. They didn't sign up for public service in any form, and are among the worst of the worst in the worst in today's USA> 

     Thus, I instead chose The University of Arizona's stellar MA program in American Indian Studies, a program that still has more American Indian phd.s on it's faculty roster than any other like graduate program in the US. And today, so much corruption in the state's health department, the same one that granted an abusive as fuck wannabe white Chinese-American psychiatrist named Dr. Colby Wang a 'quiet resignation' in a process that should have had the man fired, and as I see things, should have further led to Wang losing his medical license. 

    Arizona is also where I attended law school. Which is somewhat laughable today, in that I never wanted to a lawyer in fact, knowing how much corruption arises with the American legal community. That was, as I sometimes joke, a decision made when I was under the influence.

    And you bet your ass this fucked up process involved those accursed social workers who have so little concern for others that it will always make this writer sick. The same kind of people who will defend the worst psychiatric care practices imaginable. Because they have zero valid medical training, and are thus unable to discern the graphic contrast between sound care practices and the polar opposite. 

     Yes, people such a fat ass Kate Wilfong (Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula, MT) or eager beaver black guy Robert Washington (The Arizona State Hospital), who come off as though they are polished professionals, yet behave like the people they really are. Unprofessional, dimwitted Americans who wouldn't be able to find a job anywhere else other than in the always dysfunctional public health care system including mental health care system.

   Myself, I was a licensed insurance agent before I even attended college, in fact, but realized that I did have the stomach for that particularly corrupted industry. Aha, and I equate the common social worker with the common insurance sales person, such as the bozo Dave (Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula, MT) who would enter the NBMI unit each day carrying a very official looking briefcase. What a ninny. A hippy wannabe who I was told needed to cut his fucking hair, and who I also once told to say the fuck away from me.

    Dave's response to my rightful serverance of his 'services?" "I can't help you if you won't let me." Fuck people drawn to work such as this on basis of it being called a "healing profession." If a person needs that as tempting qualifier, they surely lack knowledge of what helping others is really about. Perpetually unhelpful, uncaring, just as bad as the common psychiatrist ever today. They have always been attached at the hip, these kind of people, they have no means to get away with shit sans having one another as back up. 

   Cheesboall mother-fucing Americas, dirt bags and dunces who feel an MD means you care. Nope. not all doctors are all that caring, and some have never been caring as per their selected specialty. The rare few good people in public mental health care are greatly outnumbered by the shit people who still dominate our nation's always dysfunctional public mental care system. Nothing has changed for the better in the lives  of many, many mentally ill Americans, and it's the APA and these ass-wipe doctors who have always held mentally ill Americans back.  

   Fact is, this writer has more actual medical training than any of these mother-fucking 'licensed clinical' social workers.  And higher level  education under his belt, as well. As for psychiatrists who still rely on the DSM, even as EmT I was a more valid medical professional that any of them. Plain truth in the face of plain deceet. They are the last people who should have one fucking thing to do with the in-patient psychiatric care of at risk and vulnerable human beings. 

    They kiss the asses of bad acting American psychiatrists, for that is what they do best. No more in possession of proven character than are the vast majority of today's American psychiatrists. They do not see the illness in mental illness, thus act as the polar opposite to valid medical doctors, and rely upon plain bullshit in seeking to state their cases.

White people of ill advised mindsets,
one of whom is a fucking lawyer. All three of whom have ties to public mental health care.

    Being well read has its benefits. It can provide a person a learned eye in terms of understand the people around them. And I very understand the how and why's most associated with these many bad acting American psychiatrists. They are simple people who are easy to read, their behaviors stand out in such manner that they almost scream. 

   Southern racists rarely change(d), just as American psychiatrists rarely care to change their own bad behaviors. They are all one kind of American, one type of person, one ilk and one sort, sharing in the same pattered behaviors. I know this, I have been looking, hell, studying these kind of doctors for since 2010. And only 3-4 out of some 24 (and counting) matter. The rest are all bums.  

      A chillingly  accurate illustration of the state of affairs in the United States today, as pertains to these kind of doctors, wherein so very few care to treat their own patients as fully deserving human beings. Too bad for them that some people know how fucked up they really are, in fact. And too bad for that I have dedicated myself to fighting against psychiatric abuse of their own patients over the last 15 odd years. 

     Pretty nice to know you are in the right. At ASH, 2011, it got to the point where I would say that to myself, how very easy it was to just do the right thing, on basis of the many bad acting psychiatrists working there at that time. It was made easy because of how badly they behaved, a paradoxical sort of 'thang. And it has carried over the years, in near every in-patient psychiatric setting I have spent time in. 

      People who never change, be it their own behaviors or attitudes, have always been the most problematic US citizens. This is known, there are white racists still running around, too often holding positions of trusted authority (that's right, fool, authority is not, is never power, in fact), and of course some of these people are American medical doctors. Don't try to tell me that being born into white wealth and privilege in the Deep South doesn't imply something very ugly. 

Because it does, just being born in to wealth and privilege, period, most often leads to self serving Americans who only know to look down on the rest of us. I got to Louisiana in spring, 2012, and learned very quickly that my dear old pal David N., a white man of wealth and privilege down that way, and his family history was directly tied to the KKK.

     Sad but true, and there is just no getting around any of it. Wake up and learn how to be honest in all your affairs, you malfactoring mother-fucking American psychiatrists.  

     The worst of the worst Americans have always been white men. They are common Americans, the kind who lack vision, who are unable to value social progress, the kind who may just choose to become American psychiatrists.  Watching the "State of the Union" speech last night, man oh man, it was like watching a video of since fired ASH CEO Cory Nelson spew out his own aligned claims in a "State of the Hospital" in=video produced by that particular liar.

   Garbage in, garbage out. Nelson still flirts with other lines of employment in public health, such as when he successfully duped the citizens of Sioux City, Iowa. These kind of people lie their way through the American landscape, seek to hide out where they think nobody is able to watch them. 

    Wrong, wrong, wrong. Fuck. This writer did warn the Sioux City administrators about Nelson's jaded professional history (see this publication:  Cory D. Nelson, Think Again. And beware, Sioux City, Iowa. There is a monster in your midst. Sunday, December 02, 2108.), just I warned the ass-wipe psychiatrists working for Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital about Dr. Colby Wang (well before they chose to provide a known to be very abusive psychiatrist safe haven. 

    But they didn't listen. They never care to listen to the voices of people, and this dribbles right the fuck down to the fact that most of today's American psychiatrists don't listen to their own patients. They exist as though in Saran-wrapped bubbles, unfeeling, frozen like deer in the headlights, terrified of being found out once and for all. 

     The desperation is obvious, the nervousness and white male insecurity, patterned behaviors that this writer reads no more difficulty than I can read a book for grown ups. And like the spoiled ninnies that many of them are, they lie when they do not have to lie, because telling the truth scares them. They were not taught to be honest in all ways possible, were encouraged to maim the truth anytime direct challenges to them arise. 

   And, like liars in general, they confuse themselves by lying when there's really no need to lie, cannot easily recall the statements they may have made in the recent past. It's just like that, these kind of people; and these white or wannabe-white male American psychiatrists, they are a type, a sort, an ilk, a form of thing.  

    These kind of Americans are  hardly invisible. Matters not that they function when in the job behind locked doors and smash proof windows. These aspects of in-patient psychiatric care further the ugliest myths about those of us who affected by serious mental illness, as though we are all inherently dangerous. 

    Irony speaks to the truth, they are the elephants in glass houses. They beg for attention, so I provide as much, freely and without hesitation. And to their fault, these demands for respect, it's all a facade born of weak minded white men, traditions ensconced in the warped beliefs of the past, age old prejudices, fucking La Brea tar pit dinosaurs with white coats and stethoscopes... Although the commoner psychiatrist rarely wears a stethoscope. 

   Only when they electro-shock the shit out of people do they don the white coats, dressing themselves so as to appear like real doctors, It's fucking embar- rassing to witness first person every time, costumes so very gaudy that idiots like this stand out like used condoms left on a sidewalk in any downtown USA.

    One would think that highly educated Americans would know to honor the history of civil rights here in this otherwise great nation. You would hope that medical professionals in the US would know to follow established standards of care. You would expect any kind of medical doctor to prove themselves via valid scientific method.

    Just not these kind of 'doctors', these type Americans. They have always gotten away with treating mentally ill Americans like dirt. They have never sought to better upon their own behaviors. They are the medical students who struggle with things of validity specific to any other kind of doctor. 

    Yes, psychiatry has long attracted the least ethical medical students as matter of fact. It's plain enough to see that the only competent psychiatrists out there are the one's who went above and beyond in education themselves about the brain itself. As we see with white men such  as Dr. Richard Van Rhodes, MD, Phd., who today is tenured faculty of the University of Arizona College of Medicine, or Dr. Bruce Perry, MD, Phd, author of "The Boy who was raised as a dog." (Basic Books. 2007. 2017)

   And while we are on this pesky topic of 'going above and beyond' let's just ponder the good work of Dr. Perry over the last 25 odd years. He is the Senior Fellow of the Child Trauma Academy in Houston, Texas, and an adjunct professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, Ill. 

    And Dr. Perry is not only the one who sees the the psychiatric diagnosis of "attention deficit disorder is not  a real disease, is best though of as a description. If you look at how you end with that label, it is remarkable because any one of us at an given time would fit at least a couple of those gravely suspect criteria." 

   And he is also one to the many neuroscientists who today are blowing big holes in the falsehoods associated the with the 'psychiatric bible", the accursed Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Stating very early in the above cited text:

     The biggest problem with the DMS is that it is like a computer manual assembled by a committee that seeks to determine the causes and cures for the machine's problems by asking you to consider the sound it makes."

     And as stated more than once be this writer, only lesser intelligent medical professional would ever buy hook, line and sinker into any such invalid scientific methods of diagnosis. Those American psychiatrists still dependent upon the false findings of the DSM immediately disqualify themselves as legitimate medical doctors, on basis of having misdiagnosed mental illness itself for just as long as the DSM has been in use. 

     I don't make this shit up, could not make it up even if I had to. I speak to truth, and rely upon proven evidence in exposing bad acting American psychiatrists. Why? Because I can, because I know how to, because I care, and because it is the right thing to do. Period. The things I have witnessed first person as to these kind of 'doctors' are extensive and disturbing though and through. 

   Times up for these many boneheaded, untrust-worthy American psychiatrists. The very text that you so heavily depend upon so very readily is going to hang you in the end. I promise a much.

     Yes, 15 years of being wholly justified, proven accurate time and time again, and yet, these are people who just never know what it means to change, no matter how much it is needed. It is the behaviors of the all too many bad acting American psychiatrists that stand out so clearly today. And it is true, the change you don't want may just be the only change that matters. Those who cannot see these nature of human dynamics as pertains to how we see and treat one another in these United States, they are the same troublemakers of old, wearing slightly toned down garb, but acting much like they always have.
