"Arizona State Hospital sued by advocacy organization over patient record access."

Above story line by David Biscobing. September 13, 2018. KNVX ABC Channel 5.

Well, now, you don't say.

For the record: The staff of PJ Reed The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse have remained in close contact with investigative journalist Dave Biscobing since July, 2013.

INTRODUCTION.

Identical to one of the most serious issues that arose when former-since fired Arizona State Hospital (ASH) administrators Cory Nelson and Donna Noriega were involved in what some mental health advocates have characterized as the ugliest public mental health care facilities scandals in recent history, here we see that, indeed, things there are little if at all different in terms of the ones running ASH today, from Dr. Aaron Bowen to Lisa Wynn and on that list goes.

Just as we have been reporting over the last seven months. Point in fact herein- These goddamned people cannot be trusted.

Donna Noriega
Fired 2015.
Cory Nelson
Fired 2015.

Thanks, as always, to Dave Biscobing and the staff of KNVX Ch5 for continually going after the corruption at ASH, which directly poses risk of harm to the ASH patient community as a whole. And deep appreciation, as well, to the good people at the Arizona Center for Disability Law (ACDL) for taking this issue into the courts; the author of this blog publication has been associated with ACDL since he was still hospitalized at ASH (ironically, when since fired ASH administrator Jennifer Alewelt was still a member of ACDL's staff), and it's a good thing to see that they are on the ball today.

As long ago as 2012, and as recently as August, 2018, the staff of PJ Reed The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse has produced information about the willingness of ASH and their superiors in the Arizona Department of Health Services to deny due access to both public and patient records. Such denials are only one means for these people to get away with their shit, to the direct detriment of ASH patients, and may well be a gross violation of the provisions of Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (42 160 United States Code; Public Law 104-191, 1996), when a patient actually requests access to their own records. They do this with impunity as a matter of standard practice, all of it moral cowardice and abject lack of ethos.

Discussion.

Biscobing's latest report about ASH, entitled "Arizona State Hospital sued by advocacy organization over patient record access" (September 13, 2018), directly indicates that the Hospital's current CEO, Dr. Aaron Bowen, and his various ne'erdowells (such as Lisa Wynn and Dr. Steven Dingle) are once again engaging in furthering abuses of patients, the role of doctors and other medical staff in it all, and a wide range of related issues that we have written about in this publication for the last six years.

Suppression of these forms of data represent the hope(s) of Bowen to deny the public any awareness about the issues most at stake, all of which fall under Bowen's  direct authority. Which, it only follows, also lies within the responsibilities of Director of Arizona's Department of Health Services, Dr. Cara Christ, who for years has repeatedly characterized ASH as a center of psychiatric excellence. Meanwhile, the welfare of ASH patients has been patently ignored. Again.

Will Humble.
Former-since fled
Director, ADHS.
Cara Christ has engaged in this twisted propaganda while simultaneously denying the significance of the proven depravity of Steven Dingle, identified by the AZ Board of Medical Examiners as a sexual abuser of women working under his given authority, and by condoning the hiring of Lisa Wynn  after she was investigated by that same board for unethical and egregious misbehavior- just like her predecessor Will Humble did circa 2012-2015, rigorously praising the administrators of ASH in defiance of emerging evidence about these forms of corruption during that period of time. Which as we all know did contribute to several preventable patient deaths at ASH, lead to several formal investigations of the federal government, and ultimately to the firing(s) of no less then seven individuals working under Humble's authority.

Given the fact that over the last six months, this blog publication has actively alerted these people that, should they not get off their toad stools and do the right thing while they still can, the most necessarily again hit the fan. The failure of which has led us all- be it the patients at ASH, the federal government, the media, and the Rat Bastards centrally involved in it all-- to precisely where we are today.

This, I regret to say, is only the beginning.

IN CLOSING: We told you so. We did, time and time again. So as you go about drinking your morning coffee, eating your at-home meals with family and friends, or otherwise carrying on as though nothing is going on, just remember: You could easily have avoided it all.

If only you had a sense of conscience, reasonable intelligence, and decency, that is. As consequence, thus, undue history only repeats itself because of people like you.

You stink, the lot of you. And what you have coming is of your own making. No excuses, it is that simple.

I would really love input of any kind from anybody with any interest whatsoever in the issues that I am sharing in this blog. I mean it, anybody, for I will be the first one to admit that I may be inaccurately depicting certain aspects of the conditions
at ASH, and anonymous comments are fine. In any case, I am more than willing to value anybody's feelings about my writing, and I assure you that I will not intentionally exploit or otherwise abuse your right to express yourself as you deem fit. This topic is far, far too important for anything less. Thank you, whoever you are. Peace and Frogs.
