15 years of the same, and nothing has changed for the better, these kind of doctors and their ways, they are unable to see the nature of wrongs that they bear in their own right, have not the strength of character to act in such a way. They are no less dangerous today than they have ever been towards the civil and human rights and care needs of mentally ill American citizens. It's just that bad, and it is hardly shrouded truth anymore. My own proven exposures of abusive American psychiatrists, and the attendant history of the profession, and now we looking straight at the fallacy of the DSM.

But to be sure, when you think of someone like Forney, above, our nation's always dysfunctional public mental health care system still attracts monsters, and such monsters extend to bad acting American psychiatrists, such as the long time Chief Medical Officer at ASH, Dr. Steven Dingle. Who had formerly been chastised and directly sanctioned by the Arizona Medical Board for sexually harassing female medical residents working directly under his authority, getting fired as such from a more private teaching hospital where this monster worked prior to finding safe haven at the Arizona State Hospital.
More to the point. This is like a book about illness that knows nothing about illness itself, which relies upon assumption versus known fact, and which asks the reader to believe in something that is not valid on it face; drafted by dimwits who no nothing about valid scientific methods, practices, nor findings; all of which has produced wholly false diagnosis of medical illness. For the better part of the last 80+ years, these kind of doctors have been behind a major racket that amounts to nothing short of a a grave injustice.
And here it is again, those kind of people, who need others to look out for them, so as to not be seen for who they really are. These are highly worried medical professionals, as this writer sees it, needing to ask for safe haven from one another. And yes, Providence-St Patrick's Hospital carried on the tradition all too well in hiring a the known abuser of mentally Montana citizens, Dr. Colby Wang. What can really be said when it comes to people like this and who act like this? They are highly afraid of being found out for who they really are, and they feel that there may be strength in numbers. Well, not when the numbers are dominated by people who make really poor choices, and this is what is before too long going to take down these lying and openly abusive American psychiatrists.
They have been in the wrong for the whole of time that I have been reporting on my own experiences when seeking to trust these kind of doctors. I have never needed to fabricate one thing, have been accused of lying about them, when in fact, only they are doing all the lying today, and only they have made it a task to hold mentally ill persons back. They do this like nobody else can, this is their only real specialty, and they are very much on verge of what they have coming to them. Go Fignure.
Man, what a tale this is becoming, and what shame these bad acting American psychiatrists will in time bring on upon the American medical system as a whole. And while many people already see these kind of doctors as rather 'fishy' or 'supicious', I foresee them becoming the laughing stocks they really are, buying into plainly invalid scientific methods, as they have been doing for just as long as the accursed "Bible"of the highly corrupt American Psychiatric Association, the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) has even been published.

In this, the year 2025, there is no longer any excuse for American psychiatrists to act as though they are any better than anyone else. This bears directly upon the horrific history of American psychiatry, as per the fact the these are the kind of Americans who align by default to gravely maligned values and principles. They are that kind of American person, the kind we have all seen before, be they the textbook spoiled brats who only care about themselves, or be they the sort who were raised to believe in anti-American values and principles.
Who I am: 64 years old, affected and disabled by serious mental illness.
What I do: Go after all bad acting American psychiatrists in the US today.
Why I do what I do: Because all human beings are equals, and because only one kind of person cum doctor acts so very badly. Or people like Donna Noriega (above).

Kids born and raised by ignorant Americans who for some reason missed the boat on ever the most major of social changes in the United States. They are out there, they are in our nation's highest level of federal authority, and they are all sharing in tearing the heart and soul out of our nation's best tended to values and principles. They are dangerous, they are toxic, they are inbred, they are the sorts of Americans whose parents were likely hooked up with the salve trade, or they are the Americans whose parents are actually from places like Pakistan or India. Those who work in mental hospitals, who were perhaps born and raised in places such as this, where democracy is but a pipe dream, and where civil and human rights mean nothing, they pose grave risk to American citizens who are affected and disabled by serious mental illness of any kind.
This is a return to the same blog site that led to long past due federal oversight and intervention at the Arizona State Hospital, Phoenix, AZ. But over the last 12-15 years of this writer-activist's going only after the rather obvious structural deficiencies specific to state managed mental hospitals and other like in-patient psychiatric care care settings, and having proves in this sense that American psychiatrists working in such settings may well make their own patients targets of highly unlawful abuses of our own civl rights, and gravely inhumane abuse not limited to psychiatiric generated motional and psychological abuse.

"But I am not able to see any patterns, Patrick."
As was stated to me verbatim in late December, 2019, by one of the many Anglophiled American psychiatrists named Dr. Robert Munjal. This is how the man responded to the clear and present threat of harm posed to all patients in Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula, MT. These are people who only care about things that in whatever manner impact them personally. If it's about others, any others beyond their closed sphere of seeming existence, they only know to turn a blind eye to such reality.
To Dr. Munjal, ergo: No problem for me to see bright line patterns, and you sir and your patterned behaviors mark you as a highly untrustworthy and even dangerous American man who just happens to be an American psychiatrist today. You are mirroring the behaviors of many other abusers of authority today, and like the dimwits that most of you are, you confuse trusted authority with power, and you are also too stupid to see through the fallacy of the DSM in all of its storied editions.
I have long called out the inane presence of the American Psychiatric Associations's absurd Diagnostic Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders, and the profession's heavy dependence upon statistical deduction, analysis and practice. And today, people of far more beneficial character, and who have better proved themselves as willing to go above and beyond, in not just settling for the MD at issues, but in further hard earning Phds. in the neurological sciences.
I am today focused on the many bad acting white male American psychiatrists, and and others who prove themselves to be just as dirty as their respective progenitors. They are the kind of people who only know to keep doing things in the same way that things have always been done, who care not about the fact that they have long been responsible for an unknowable number of otherwise preventable harms. That this adds up to preventable deaths, and it very much does, as per my own extensive first person experiences in dealing with these kind of doctors. They only know to defend their own selfish ass interests, have never proven themselves as caring about all persons as equals, and are the some kind of Americans who have always made a big mess of things.
Yes, Patterns that all say one thing, proven evidence that speaks to truth about the vast lie that American psychiatrists have been spewing out for just as long as the profession has been in existence. They did not honor established scientific method when they had the chance, and they are heading fact towards becoming laughing stacks with so little in the way of personal ethos. It is time for any such bad acting American psychiatrists to be taken down, for the rights of mentally ill Americans to be honored in full, and for any medical professionals who cannot honor the civil rights that all Americans share equally to be properly educated as to the role of civil rights in these United States of America
All too many emerging developments, from psychiatric scandal to direct criticism of the fallacy of the DSM, for these kind of bad acting American doctors to anymore get away with the shit that they do. I have been barking up the correct tree all along, have correctly identified the shit behaviors of white male American psychiatrists who care not to honor the civil rights of mentally ill American citizens, and have proven that which I have again and again put forth, and have always done so lawfully. That it is is about one kind of American person, likely those raised with all too much protection, and who were clearly raised in ways that today still have them looking down upon mentally ill persons as though we are lesser deserving human beings.
And it is interesting to hear people who believe in UFOS talk about conspiracies, nutcase types, who mirror the same at times nutcase language of all too many American psychiatrists today. Liars who like most liars cannot keep straight what they may stated truthfully, classic in this sense. They say one thing one day, then deny saying in the next, and as proven by the very dangerous medical staff at Providence-St Patrick's Hospital, far prefer to blame and shame their own patients for the mistakes that they make. This is how people like this conduct themselves, their is how lesser conscientious Americans behave.
To Dr. Richard Holt, ergo: No, stupid ass, it matters not one whit that you may happened to have once walked upon some or another piece of dirt, as in piece of this earth.
They are as if not more affected by serious mental illness than are many of their own patients, in these such cases, and Holt proves as much in stating the above as matter of how he chose to introduce himself to me in early 2017. While more generally, in considering all of the otherwise preventable harms that they just don't seem to care about, is this not sociopathy in its most scandalous form and application? People who break trust as matter of seeming need, who have been causing an unknowable number of harm on basis of relying upon deeply flawed reasoning that cannot ensure valid scientific results. They have been acting more like addicted gamblers, and in this light, have very much been gambling with the lives of mentally ill Americans for just so long as they have relied upon the grossly invalid text of the DSM. They exist in a fantasy world, where to them, civil rights do not apply to all Americans equally.
And as for the breadth of DSM generated testimony abused in our nation's criminal justice system, you bad acting psychiatrists who have been basing your own DSM generated testimony in our criminal justice have very effectively been lying while under oath, a criminal offense in many cases, depending on the degree of wrongful convictions or vice versa, as has applied to Americans citizens mired in our nations very corrupted criminal justice system. It's all one big nasty stew, lying psychiatrists working in complicity with dirty lawyers and judges. But to make sure, just to keep this conversation where it belongs- because these doctors will seek to defer from it at each chance they can- it is in defense of the never yet enforced civil rights of persons such as myself. I have learned the hard way of the lengths these kind of doctors are willing to go as means to silence the lawful voice of their own mentally ill and disabled American patients.
They have never put forth any sound defense in terms of how they behave, and are behaving in ways that should alarm all Americans at this critical time in American history. They are benefiting from national chaos that is benefiting all abusers trust and authority, are amongst the worst of the worst Americans today, and may see access health care as an undeserved entitlement. They act as though they have power that does not exist, and are simply too shortsighted to see through the fallacy of the one text that they have so long been addicted to.
I have heard it all, from the justifications of wrongful behavior to the statements claiming that we the mentally should expect to be abused. These are people who will always see others as being somehow one step behind them, somehow not deserving of they feel have coming to them. Its not rocket science, there have always been ignorant Americans stomping around the US over the last few decades, and these people are the same who target lesser empowered human beings. That they go to medical school really says nothing about the possbile character, or lack thereonf, of those who come to see psychiatriry as a good fit. They come in with all the wrong intentions.
To Dr. Ira Gaddy, ergo: Yo, call it 'evil' or whatever you so choose. You are textbook southern white dumb shit, and wouldn't know right from wrong from a hay bale. You come from white money and privilege from the dirty south, and have direct ties to racist hate and all that this implies.
While to allow a grossly ignorant 'psychiatric physician's assistant to use the precise same words that abusers of children and other vulnerable human beings, in defending the mistakes of the highly corrupted psychiatrists who work for Providence-St. Patricks Hospital's acute "NBMI" psychiatric care unit. They cannot be trusted, while the man who makes the managerial decisions specific to who works as a Providence-St. Patricks Hospitals psychiatric staff, Jeremy Williams, recently hired on a man who was fired by the Montana State Hospital. They are proving more each and every day just how little they can trusted, and they need be subject to robust civil rights lawsuit. It's already happened to other Providence, Inc., and this one barely missed out on being sued alongside the Providene Legacy, Inc., hospitals that were recently sued.
No coincidence at all that the fat cow who stated verbatim, "Have you not been Abel to put that behind you yet? We certainly have!" works for a hospital that flies under guise of the Catholic Church, which remains very well known for abusing children. That these people in Missoula are posing such threat to all mentally ill Montana citizens who may turn this hospital, they need to be taken to full account. Period.
For the fact is, my old man had more character in his little finger than any of you people have in general. Sure, we all have our faults, but nothing so much as approaching your shit has ever arisen in my life, my family history, and on that list goes.

My father. 30 full years of serving on behalf of all American citizen. Born on the Chickasaw reservation, Ada, OK, this is what it means to be a true warrior in USA. AAA baseball, standout athlete in all sports, including in his years of United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. This is what it means to have strength earned in proven manner. Men and women like myself, people like us, are make of these things, and mentally ill American are by far better than than the average American psychiatrists who tell everyone how much they acre about us. Men and women like myself have never allowed for people like you to get way with all that you are, all that you do.
I was born in the Jacksonville (FLA) Naval Hosptial in 1961, at time when my dad was Lt. Commander of Air Base Oceana, Pensacola, FLA, and we lived on the Island of Bermuda, in house originally built by pirate, until I was 13 months old. My father's administrative duties specific to the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962-62, forced my family to relocate to Virginia Beach for just around one year, before we made the final move to the mountains of New Mexico. And I have no problem in declaring that my father proves himself to be a far better man than the average American psychiatrists today, cowards who have not the nerve to take a good hard look at themselves, nor the stength to change their won behaviors. Nope, they only respond when they are told what to do as much as per the history of the profession.
As when we the more conscientious American people said No! To eugenics, to forced sterilizations, to treating homosexual as depraved criminals. And on the list goes. But they shall in time be proven as the laughing stocks that they really have been for oh so many years, and still seen by many Americans as highly suspicious. And they are also blowing it in terms of plain smarts, are just fumbling forward, unable to grasp the fallacy of the DSM.
But I have no need to boast one thing, in that I not raised in any such a way. Yet even an armchair scientist can see right the hell through the idiocy of relying upon statistical deduction and analysis producing medical diagnosis. These are lazy ass, less than sharpest in the took out back American doctors, who have no incentive to do even the simplest of right thing. They are not the kind of Americans who can be relied upon to care for highly vulnerable and and at risk human beings. They have never honored the rights or the care needs of the very people who they still claim to care so very much about.
Too bad for them that I studied the sciences as an undergrad, nor that I learned all about Cold Springs Harbor circa the same period, as well. I connect all to what I can recall via nothing more less fantastic than my own life journey, and can read these ass wipe bad acting psychiatrists like the filth they represent, in fact. They have never seen us as equals, and in these United States, that immediately makes the person a lesser responsible and a lesser respected American citizen. Simple minded, doofusses and dimwits, this is the name of the party they signed onto, the same frats they were once in, the same stupid as kids they were when young. They grow to be who they are as kids, we all do this. I grew up knowing right from wrong, and they grew up not knowing right from wrong.
If they were as smart as they claim, if this were so, they would honor established scientific method, and they would abide with established standards of health care law and policy. Yet there is no evidence in support of any claim that they have ever seen mentally ill persons as fully deserving human beings. They are the worst of the worst modern American citizens. I have seen the radical decline of quality mental health care occurring at time of this writing, and I know who is responblble for it. Them, and the APA. End of story.
Period. Times up, so get the hell out of the way already, and allow for American progress to occur. Deep reform is coming, and none of those involved in this for last century will ever get away with this for much longer. No way, ain't happening, this bullshit use of invalid 'medical text', not in these United States. We will never have any way knowing how many otherwise well American citizens have died as direct result of these kind of bad acting American psychiatrists, and do not be fooled in taking for granted that the APA nor its collective membership is up to the task of changing sans direct demand of the American people.
Ain't happened in the past, sure ain't about today. We are a nation of people who never allowed for any medical profeiosnal to treat any type of medically ill person like dirt. That American pyschitiary cannot see the 'illness' in mental illness speaks to the impacts of its own false narrative. These are professionals who lie to themselves, in other words, those kind of American professionals. And the time will welcome them they are finally found out.
