UNADULTERATED FACT: Less than five days after I was admitted to the Arizona State Hospital, on January 11, 2011, my first attending primary care provider, Dr. Laxman Patel, stated verbatim, when I sought merely to compel his Punjabi ass to do the right thing: "This is the state hospital. What do you expect?" And as time played out, me refusing to stand idly be when I knew of your willingness to flaunt all elements of your given responsibilities and obligations as per the public trust, Patel took it up a notch, beginning with telling me, "Do not not concern yourself with the treatment of other patients. You need to focus on your own.", shortly after which he sought to discharge me, stating as he did and again verbatim, "This is not the right hospital for you.", only to find that that wasn't about to happen and thus telling me "You need to ask for someone to treat out at this point", only to find that as something beyond his lame ass authority.... All of it. I know that I scared you some, Patel, to be exposed for your shit.

MORE UNDULTERATED FACT: After Patel got away with getting me out his  client base there at ASH, I was cursed with an even worse primary attending provider, Dr. Perviaz Ahkter. And then, of course, Akhter was asl just as afraid as Patel was. So, on point with cowards in any sort of authority, Akhter chose to be complicit in what amounted to highly unlawful retaliation, choosing he did to go along with former since fired Cory Nelson and known sexual predator Steven Dingle, trying  to spook me into submission by moving me from the unit where I had been assigned based on my own diagnosis- and violating your own fucking protocol in doing that- and onto a unit violent enough to put my very life and limb at far more risk of harm than I deserved. Fuckers. Didn't quite work out, did it?

In summer, 2011, Pervaiz Ahkter, in all of his Pakistani arrogance, felt the need to ask me "Just who do you think you are?", prefacing that attitude on I being affected my mental illness. Likewise, there are number of others who ask that same question today, and in all honesty, did so long before I had to encounter your kind. This is a we thing, in other words. For each and every act of utter bullshit that you and your kind try to get away with, your own perverted lack of ethos and utter inability to do you jobs in accordance to the established standards of care that allow you to even work in a place like the state hospital.

I'm a part of the puzzle, you may as well as understand that. It is nothing more that my very real family heritage that most gives me the strength to look your kind in the eye and say, "Not on my watch."

In all truth, I was struck in my own right, having to ask myself pretty early on, "Where in the hell do these kind of people come from?" Ironic, indeed. And it did come to me, not too long later. "They come from places like India, and Pakistan, and the Phillipines. They come from places where democracy and human rights are virtually absent, that's where the hell they come from." Now, it need be said that I have good friends from such places, and you know what? They are nothing like you are today, hell I doubt they were ever like you. It's people like you who need to be sent right back where you came from, and that's the American way. Fact is, you Rat Bastards, my own father actually served in the interest of America, and he got there through one hell of a lot more sweat and effort than any of you scum. No one thing could be more evident. You come here to my home country, bringing the same level of ineptitide and abject ignorance in your home nations, well, about all I can say is that you done fucked up some.

And while that may stand as some sort of excuse, to come from somewhere else where folks not aligned with democracy come from, how it can be that the rest of you, you who were raised as I was in the United States, could ever be too shortsighted to understand such things? Fact is, Bowen and Christ, Dingle, you have all had ample opportunity to know better. All of your shit is your now fucking fault, and none of you have any real excuse when it comes the degree of inhumane events and incidents and all the rest there inside the fence lines of ASH.

True story. In summer, 2010, this writer was willing to trust and to be placed in a Tucson area group home, running under the auspices of the COPE, Inc., outpatient care provider. These places are all operated under the dismal authority of AZ DPHS. I attest that there were so many stomach turning issues going on that the damn place was essentially unlivable. Certain residents defecating in the living areas, and staff not willing to clean the shit up, claiming that is the responsibility of the ones doing it. Other residents much younger and very aggressive, willing to intimidate and even assault those less fit. All of them, affected by serious mental illness and possibly unable due to their given mental health diagnosis and disability to have that going for them, to take such responsibility for those such things. And staff, too, literally unable to so much as cook instant rice- I shit you not- much less so to take care of folks like I who are int this way disabled and affected by serious mental illness. The conditions exacerbated this writer's own personal symptoms, heightening the substantial risks associated with my own diagnosis, suicidal ideation most specifically, which did result in my own need to trust the Arizona Department of Health Services at that time in my life. Me winding up, that is, at the Arizona State Hospital, which was run at the time by overtly incompetent medical providers and administrative authorities. Such patterns are violations of law, breaches of the public trust. Nothing more, nothing else. 

All these things are the fault of people just like Creepy Cara Christ. Plain, unadulterated fact.

Yes, this is about Dr. Cara Christ. This is about a licensed medical doctor who really has no idea about what goes on with regard to group homes. What really goes in in such places, and why tragedies such as this one, yet one more, occur in the first place. This is about one person with more authority over the health and welfare of Arizona citizens. Not only the direct cause to Arizona's well known struggles with managing COVID under her watch, but also the otherwise preventable death, yet again, of an Arizona citizen affected by serious mental illness, April 06, 2021.

We are looking here at yet another death, and otherwise preventable death, caused by the ineptitude of the administrators entrusted by the public to oversee the Arizona State Hospital, and the appointed officials in the Arizona Department of Health Services who have the most authority and associated responsibility specific to the ASH operation, which is also granted to such officials through the pubic trust.

This is about Dr. Steven Dingle, sexual predator, Chief Medical Officer at ASH. And this is about all other persons so depraved in behavior that their chances ever of being hired anywhere other than at ASH would be patently unacceptable. Certain medical doctors, certain security staff, certain state health care  officials. This is about the citizens of Arizona who pay these Rat Bastards, and who suffer the impacts of these Rat Bastards' overt depravity. That simple, really, in every way.

It has never been my intent to in any way create false or otherwise unjustified claims about any of the above described persons. Rather, it is their known history(s), the public record, as per the terms of the public trust by which they are employed, that has compelled this writer to ever express what I know. One must ask, how can it be that in they day and age, these sorts of people are entrusted to serve in these positions? How is  it that they still are granted that trust regardless of this known history?

The history of the Arizona State Hospital has not improved one iota since the founding of this blog. If it had, I'd not have to continue going after this shit, these people, these so called medical professionals who the public has entrusted to oversee the health of the greater public. Shit don't fly, in other words. So here we go yet again.

Sticky thing is that, Dingle had a record as a sexual predator prior to being hired to work at ASH, grossly unlawful behavior that current Director of AZ DHS, Dr. Cara Christ aggressively defended as recently as 2018. Both these facts as per the record (I mean hell, look at this photo of the fucker.) Two obvious monsters in the midst, and this will end before too long. I promise as much. I have been in contact with certain authorities, and they know now, they know who you are, what you have been doing. 

And that you've thus far gotten away with it.

Fast forward to April, 2021. Dingle recently approved the discharge of a man who more recently killed yet another citizen of Arizona. Chris Lambeth. Who should have remained where he deserved to be, hospitalized at ASH, safe to himself and towards others. Other then, that is, Dingle's presence as the upper ranking doctor at ASH. 

This is one is also on Christ. No more no less than all the other shit she's accumulated since her appointment to this position via the trust of the public in 2015.

Only thier respective medical degrees has saved them. So far. 

Roger Forney, yeah he's pretty bad all by himself. 

But he's also accountable, an arguable amateur compared to these other two.

I am only calling you two out, Christ and Dingle, yet again, the both of you, because of your own depraved character. Becuase of of your own malfeasant misbehavior. Because people are dying because of you and because you fucking deserve it.

Indeed. Only two of the five named at the top of this article are entrusted by the public. Two state employees, that is, still as though they are untouchable. That's what they think, at least. 

While two of the five are not state employees, are rather disabled by serious mental illness, and are now facing with being incarcerated rather than where they deserved to be in the first place, hospitalized and safe. Because of these two state employees, another young man going to prison, the second such ASH patient in less a decade that we know of. Very much that, as per the record. 

And then there's April Mott. A victim of this shit only because of Dingle, again, but in association with people who the state chose to fire not too long ago. And for now, there's whoever Chris Lambeth killed the other day, an otherwise preventable death, because of Dingle, and because in this case, Christ, too. Neither of these victims would be dead today if not for these sorts of people, who willfully abuse the trust granted them, who feel they are somehow above the rest of us, which is really pretty fucking ironic, in fact, given that they are both overtly lower than the rest of us, in fact. As per the record, irony personified.  

You guys really suck. You know this, right? You know you ain't no better than the rest of us, right? Dingle, you were a sleaze back in my days at ASH, and I knew it the one time I sat and talked with you personally. Before, you know, you got all nervous and shit about who I am and what I am capable of. While you, Christ, with your creepy as it gets smile. No faith in you anymore, Cara, I mean, really, why should there be?
