Of Joel Rudd: Who, for no less then 10-12 years, has worked on-site at The Arizona State Hospital, functioning in his capacity as an assistant attorney general, representing as such the interests of the Rat Bastards who to date have been exposed for engaging in grossly unlawful misconduct in the operation of ASH.

It is that simple. Dubbed by members of the Arizona State Hospital's Human Rights Committee as "Angel of Darkness", and in the case of this blog, "The Mortician", this individual is a licensed attorney who has long been in an optimum position to recognize the rampant presence of patient abuse by (some) technicians, nurses, and staff security, and the associated willingness of Hospital administrators to turn a blind eye to these issues. And as exposed in recent weeks by media, administrators who have in fact been engaged in destroying critical evidentiary materials that have everything to do with this unlawfulness across the board.

 

FACT: There is no way that Joel "The Mortician-Angel of Darkness" Rudd could have been unaware of these issues. But did he meet his obligations as per his licensure as an attorney entrusted by the public interest? Hell no he didn't! Not once. Bottom line, end of story.

 

IN CLOSING: I FORMALLY REQUEST THAT GOVERNOR DUCEY, AND DIRECTOR CRIST OF ADHS IMMEDIATELY TAKE ACTION THAT WILL BRING THIS MAN TO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Of Dr. Steven Dingle. The highest ranking medical official at The Arizona State Hospital circa 2009-2012, with absolute responsibility for ensuring that the medical practices at ASH be maintained in consistency with established medical standards. And who- to date- has yet to be brought to justice for being only one more of the individuals responsible for what this blog, as well as ABC Ch15 news, has confirmed beyond doubt that the grossly unlawful operation of The Arizona State Hospital is as real as it gets.

As one after another of the Rat Bastards who have been the focus of my work for the last 3+ years bite the dust, it is still apparent to me that many of those most deeply responsible for the abuses of ASH patients are still getting away with it. As follows.

I attest to the following, as per my very real experiences as an ASH patient, 2011-2012: Dr. Steven Dingle  willfully participated in allowing for the longstanding substandard medical practices and conditions at The Arizona State Hospital, conditions that by now are at the center of one of the most disturbing scandals in all America's overall public mental health care system. This is a man who acted as  ASH's Chief Medical Officer for a period of no less than 5 years, circa 2008-2012, engaging during that time in turning a blind eye to myriad occurrences of graphic patient abuse at ASH, in absolute complicity with the now exposed criminality of ASH's executive administrators. And for this, Dingle  was rewarded by recently departed ADHS Director Will Humble, a pattern of reward and shockingly unlawful nepotism that has occurred at the expense of Arizona's taxpayers, as well to that of the health and wellbeing of ASH's seriously mentally ill and disabled patient community across the board. As per the record,  Dingle was granted a major promotion granted by Humble in late 2012, from his one time position at ASH to the Directing Chief Medical Officer of the entire Arizona Department of Behavioral Health Services. This promotion, of course, occurred 100% consistent with the manner in which  Humble promoted former ASH CEO Cory Nelson, who has by now been exposed as one being of the most depraved individuals now facing likely criminal charges for own outright disgustingly sick administrative misconduct yet proven, as also reported- first by myself in articles published in this blog in early 2012- and more recently, ABC15.

In closing, Dingle: YOU ARE NEXT. And as for you, Joel Rudd, yes indeed, IT JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

Dear  Cory, Donna, Joel, and Will:

I hate to say I told you so. But I told you so.

Bite my dust, Cory "Meathead" Nelson, and good luck in finding a job that requires honesty and fundamental morals, you sociopathic, boneheaded lump of South Dakotan buffalo droppings. Had you only heeded on any level whatsoever my suggestion to you on October 7, 2011- "Please... Just do the right thing..."- at that point in time when you were still wet under the ears in your new position as Director/CEO of The Arizona State Hospital (but oh so obviously already engaged in neglecting the most fundamental of ethics specific to your entrusted responsibilities), you would not be in the rather awkward position you are in today. Or wait, now that's too much of an understatement. You're fucked, and you've nobody to blame but yourself. End of story.

And as for you, Donna "You are soooo busted!" Noriega, well... You simply are not deserving of the effort. But here's something to look forward to: Maybe I will come observe your criminal trial there in Maricopa County. What do you think of that, you lying piece of garbage?

And as for you, Joel "the Moritican-Angel of Darkness" Rudd, if you seriously believe none of these people are going to turn tail on your slimy ass, you have another thing coming. It's a dog eat dog world, right dumbnuttz? And being the dog that you are, I will make sure you get what you deserve. I promise you as much.

And last but far from the least, Will "Yea, team!!!" Humble, our recently departed Director of the Arizona Department of Health, who for no less then 4 years has blatantly condoned the now recognized corruption and related abuses of patient needs/rights at ASH, and most recently chose less then 7 weeks ago to run for the nearest rat hole, sensing as I know he did that the end was near. Condoned as such through his unrelenting blabber about how great the "ASH team" was doing under his "guidance." As perverted a display of bottom feeding propaganda as we might see in contemporary American society, and yet all a standard practice with respect for his utter lack of character. You too, bad sir, are due immediate oversight and accountability. And as I said to you in an article over 30 months ago, "You should do well in jail." So be sure to bring your shower shoes, old man, and watch out for anyone in the corrections system with experience at ASH.

EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU HAVE HAD THIS COMING FOR FAR, FAR TOO LONG. WITH DUE RESPECT FOR THE SURVIVORS OF ASH TO DATE (FORMER AND CURRENT), AS WELL AS THE VICTIMS WHO DUE TO YOUR PATENT INEPTITUDE AND UTTER LACK OF PROFESSIONAL CHARACTER IN THE CONTEXT OF HEALTH CARE ACROSS THE BOARD ARE NOW IN A BETTER PLACE (OR NOT), I WISH YOU THE DEEPEST HORROR IMAGINABLE FOR SIMPLY BEING WHO YOU ARE.
